I've been REALLY busy lately, but I've actually been drawing quite a bit more now that I'm in AP art at the high school. So! Expect moar art.

I JUST got Re:COM yesterday, and HOLY FRIGGIN CRAP I'm excited!! I've only heard two voices out of the six Org. members in the game (besides Axel), and they're both perfect! Marluxia's voice is all smooth and pretty, while Larxene's is all bitchy and cool. (Though I kinda wish there was more high pitch evilness in it)

Ok, so I haven't been getting ANY journals or deviations from ANY of my watchers, and none of you guys are showing up on the friends online or offline in the top right. : | Sooo.... if you drew anything or said anything that may be important, the reason that I haven't said anything is because deviantart is being stupid. Anyone know how to fix this problem? :<


omgoooshhhhh Japan is coming up in like... 3 and a half months!! *is super excited* There's so much to do, and like.. WAHHH. *flop* I need over 600 bucks for spending money by May 15, and I only have like... three hundred fifety. So ahm, I'm officially opening up commisions. I needs the money plz : o. At the moment, I don't have prices, but note me about it and I'll give you a price. <3

ALSO, Sakuracon is coming up at the end of March, and I need stuff for my Zexion cosplay. Like.. seriously. All I have is ~Aleiki 's Organization coat, and my haircut. I still need leather(looking) knee high boots, pants, and gloves, grey and blue hair dye, and supplies for his Lexicon.

ON THAT NOTE. I have a request for all you guys! If you want a free sketch, all you have to do is find the most random article you can find and send it to me via note or here in this comment box! Rules are as follow:
1. The article MUST NOT have any strong sexual themes(generally keep it PG13)
2. Try and find articles that are at least a page long, but I will take shorter ones.
3. Try to avoid Wikepedia, but if it's a really good article I may accept it. (This also goes for Encyclopedia dramatica)

Holy crap is there really only 6 days 'till Christmas??? 8O Time certainly does fly. Well, I finally got around to doing this wishlist thingy, even though Christmas is less than a week away.



Step One
- Make a post containing your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

I'm so excited! I got chosen to go to Japan again! I'll be going May 5 through 15th with the ambassadors from both the High school and middle school.

If I get a job at Quiznos or the hospital, I should be getting quite a bit of spending money, so if you are =emixoO , ~whiteweredragon , or *AlfaFilly please tell me if there's anything special you might want from Japan, as long as it's not too expensive. This is one of those things with no time-limit, the point of which is self-improvement and widening of artistic horizons. This is for anthro artists who would like to branch out and learn to draw new animals. It does not mean that you cannot draw your favorite animals or one of the Famous Four (explained below), but is meant to be done on your own time as inspiration allows.

It is also partially meant to combat the redundancy of the anthro genre here at DA. Sadly, over 90% of all anthro artwork submitted here consists of the Famous Four: wolves, foxes, felines, and hedgehogs (Sonic-style, but still). While there is nothing wrong with drawing these fine animals, it is a bit distressing to see a mere four types of animals dominating by such an overwhelming percentage, considering the wide diversity of non-human life on the planet.

What is the 10 Anthro Challenge?
The challenge is to resolve to draw anthros of ten unfamiliar creatures, based on suggestions from friends and watchers. You do not have to take the first ten, and people who suggest animals to you do not have to repost or partake of the Challenge. You may be selective and choose which suggestions you want to take, but you cannot deny all of them nor choose creatures you have done before for the Challenge. If you have not done one of the Famous Four (Wolves, foxes, felines, or hedgehogs), you may accept one or all of them as part of your Challenge.

What is considered to count toward the Challenge?
Mythical animals and extinct animals count, but fanspecies (Such as Pokemon and Zoras) do not. Original species created by your friends/self also do not count for this. You cannot do an animal you have drawn before as a part of your Challenge (But by all means, draw them if that's what you're itching to do at the moment!). Art trades and gift artwork can be put toward the Challenge. For instance, if you select, say, a jaguarundi as an animal for your Challenge and happen to know someone with a jaguarundi character, an art trade with or gift art to them of that character counts as having learned to draw that animal.

What should I do if I want to participate?
Copy-paste this information into a journal titled "10 Anthro Challenge", minus the paragraph below if you don't think it's important. Or rephrase the basics of it in your own words to shorten it up.
