Destruction

Bodies lay, scathed and torn, along the streets of this doomed village. The workings of foreign shinobi, sent to destroy the helpless town.

What was it all worth?

Golden eyes scanned over the carnage and the fires that burned like hell itself.

Living

“Hime-sama!” a black haired kunoichi appeared suddenly, kneeled down in respect. The golden eyed princess turned her head, her stunningly beautiful face grim.

i just spent the day at my nana's for a family get together, and boy, did i feel alienated.

My mum's uncle from america was over for the last time, so all my uncles and aunties [11 of them] and their familes were there.
Now normally get-togethers like this are okay for me because i would busy myself with minding the many younger little kids, but most didnt show.
so that was my general plan out the window.

Charlene and Rebecca were there, but so was Ashlyn, my second cousin, whom i've never met before. Now looking at her and comparing her to me i felt very VERY insignificant. She was so unbelieveably pretty for a girl i assumed my age.
I only found out that evening she's almost 20

but thats not what bothered me the most, bothered me so much the only way i could relieve the pain i was feeling inside was to think about getting home to write this.

You see, i'm very socially awkward, so much so i wont speak unless spoken to, my answers consist of 'yes, no, fine, yea' and i sit staring into space as to not suddenly drop dead with boredom.
But again thats not what upset me.

The thing is, i have this thing when i eat. when i go out i dont- no sorry wont eat- unless there's something i CAN eat. basically i'm very VERY picky.
it's not my fault! there's just a lot of stuff i cant eat!
so anyway i chose to hide in the living room while everyone else ate ther dinner, a beautiful feast i may add, reading the end of New Moon.

Every so often my aunts and my mom would come in an check on me, trying to convince me to seat at the dinner table. i refused politely and timidly, not wanting to seem more awkward than i was already. At one point [now this is the bit that hurt me] Mom and Nano [Aunty Ann] came in and asked me to go out into the dining room.

Then mam said something that just broke me and made me cry. you might not think this anything major or even hurtful but it was to me
"Sure what can i do? she never eats, she's just too quiet and awkward. She's EMBARRASSING"

She is more worried about what other people say about 'HER' daughter than how i really felt. Now she said this in a certain way that made me cry but i tried really hard to forget it [and have sucessfully]
She understood how it sounded and apologized but the damage had been done, i broke into tears.
Nano told her to go and finish making the desserts and held me tight, comforting me.

Nano has always been like another mother to me. Me and her are really alike. So after this i spent the most of the day in the car, starving myself and reading intently. I dozed once or twice until Steven came along and offered to play football with me [the redhead from [link]

Happily, i jumped out of the car and went up the back of the house to kick the ball around with him. We talked about school, Ballymac, cows XD, and how his summer and driving was going.
He showed me where he drives the tractor through a close knit of trees [very dangerous looking too!]
and after that i ventured inside to steal a piece of bread. i had only made it to the basket when my other aunt Theresa called me into the front room with her and the other three girls.

and boy was i scared.

i timidily stood at the door, they asked me meaningless questions, i answered shyly and backed out when they attention was elsewhere. Aunty Roselyn had come into the room [now Roselyn was as my mam would say, annoying and never acted her age, 31, and often treated me as her 'little sister' more like a teddy] Then Theresa commented annoyedly "Roselyn why cant you be quiet like Hannah?!"

I couldnt handle being in the same as 4 pretty blondes let alone my snooty aunt. So i went back out to the car. After a while Dad came out for me saying Mam wanted to take photos. i had to link arms and bend over in some because i was taller than the other girls. my back hurts now. We [me and dad] had intended on going home at 7 but i didnt get home till 10. Dad managed to make it back from the graveyard before i had to go home with mom. secretly i was glad. i said nothing like i had on the way up and thought about getting home.

You dont know how relieved i was to get through the front door. So if you chose to read this then thank you^^

we had D.P:E yesterday {double p:e} and normally i was fine but because of the 4 years it was and extra half hour!!!!!!!!!!

me, JCB and Rabbit caused an acid explosion!
it was so much fun! we were messing with hydrocloric acid trying to made carbond dioxide and i had the funnel closed and it popped and hit me.

JCB was all like 'what happened!?' and Rabbit was laughing his arse off saying 'Hannah's blowing gas!'
i told him to f'off but they dared me to do it again and i did and it popped louder and hit Maria-bitch and we got yelled at. so funny........

Mr.Nihill called use 'Hazards' and told us to get the fuck out........so now we have to write three pages of why i shouldnt mess in the lab,
i rock!!!!!!!
we had to wait outside and JCB was all like 'when were old and gray we'll still remember this'
i was like 'when were 30?'
yeah, on the plus side i made friends with two guys i never liked before so yea.......
