I was talking with Davey Havok and his friend Dulce a couple of weeks ago. Davey's a cool guy, besides being the lead singer of AFI and Blaqk Audio Davey's really big into our local music scene. You can even catch him DJ-ing often in random local venues. But anyway Davey was saying to me "so you’re going to be going to see HIM on the 13th" and I turned and said to him in a deep, low, unhurried and monotone voice aka my pseudo goth voice, I said "I'm overwhelmed, with joy" and he just busted out laughing so hard. Dulce was trying so hard to keep his composure because we were still live on air. haha that was a fun night. So now tomorrow I’m getting sent to see HIM at The Warfield, well I guess technically its today.

The other day Pam and I were out shopping for my little bro. he's fresh out of the house, away for school. He’s going to UC Davis and trying incredibly hard to get onto there track team. His 22nd birthday's this Friday and he’s been dropping hints that he needs some nice running headphones. So Pam and I were out and about looking to find him some way shway headphones. Okay so we're in this store and it's been recently remodeled so we're rediscovering where everything is. Pam says to me that we need to get kotex and I’m like okay. Not even 3 seconds later an employee about 25 years old asks us if we need any help finding anything, he's completely unaware of what Pam just said to me. She says no and not even really thinking about it I said "yeah, where’s your guy's Kotex" pretty loudly. Well that was probably the last thing he ever expected to be asked. He stared at me for awhile trying to process what I had just asked of him, then his face turned bright red and he started to stutter. After that we were laughing so hard; poor guy. I don't get why most guys are so embarrass of feminine products. It’s like you ask your boyfriend to get tampons for you at the store and he has to buy a bunch of other stuff to prove he's a guy. I can see the checker ringing him up; bottle of whisky, a box of rubbers, jelly, a watermelon, three get well soon cards and then the pads. And the checker's thinking to them self "I don't even want to know what he's going to do with this stuff". I guess maybe I’m just used to it because I grew up around woman.

So later that night we're at the grocery store picking up some produce, talking about this and that. We checkout and walk out of the store. Pam unlocks the car with her clicker. And I don't know what I was thinking, I guess I wasn't. I open the car door get in and sit down. And got one of the biggest shocks of my life. You see I went up to someone else’s car and got in not even realizing it wasn't mine. I guess they just left there doors unlocked and went shopping. now that's not really the shocking part, you see before even realizing I wasn't in my own car and this is what helped me come to that realization; there was someone else in there with me. I’m sitting there when a huge fucking dog in the back seats licks the side of my face. Ah man, I jumped out of that car so fast. I’m just so glad that he was a gentle giant. Are boxers usually that nice? Pam was laughing hysterically. How’s that for instant karma for making that one employee feel soo uncomfortable?

We as people have so much power, the power to change things for the better but we do nothing.
In high school I was the kid sitting at the back of the class room, silent. Always there but never seen. I herd all and had something to say about everything but never spoke. I was there but at the same time not. It seems like if something doesn’t affect us or the people immediately around us then we don't care about it. There are people all around the world sick, starving, dieing and we have the power to help them but we just sit there in our own little happy worlds, lying to our selves. While the youth of America chant USA is the best, if you don't think so, I’ll make you know it or kill you trying. It’s just land, I’ll never understand hate, we're all the same race. More power, more money say our leaders, this is what makes the world go round. I don't want money or power, I just want love and to be loved.

I couldn’t complain with that, I love to wakeboard. I feel that I got better at it, I’m landing wake to wake jumps like its second nature. now I was sore from boarding on Friday but after finishing up with it on Saturday I felt like I was going to pull my left quad from just walking on it. Later that evening I found out that I really don’t like Thai food that much, when the family went out to a new restaurant in town.
That night I stayed up later then I should have. I went to bed at 3am and got up at 7am on Sunday to get on the boat for some more wakeboarding. I probably shouldn’t have done anymore boarding but my leg was feeling a little better and I figured that I would just recover on the weekdays. so I got home from that at 2pm finished unloading the boat and started to fall asleep on the couch when a friend of mine came over to pick me up to go to a concert that I had completely forgot about. It started at 7 but we had to leave for it early because its a 4 and a half hour drive. We saw My Chemical Romance, man that was a awesome concert, I was in the very front the whole show, sing at the top of my lungs.
Lets see, what else is new, oh I have a new computer so I’ll be online a little more often. My friend Jayson is going to let me barrow his Firefly DVDs and then were going to go see Serenity. I hear that love is the most wonderful feeling one could ever hope to have. It’s my personal opinion that unrequited love is one of the worst feelings that you could ever experience. I some times wonder if I was put on this earth to wander it forever alone, in search of my other half, the other half that probably never even existed. I feel so incomplete. I always tell myself that you can’t love someone else if you don’t love your self. I have low self-esteem no motivation and no ambition. How could anyone ever love me?
