Hmmn... another week before we move AGAIN !

Have had a few 'field' trips and managed to submit a few images,
but will be on rations until we're unpacked and settled

Any Nikon users out there...
I plan on getting a bigger zoom for Motor Sport and wildlife
shots, but not 100% sure on what to get.

Sigma has 120-400 with OS, AF & silent wave motor or
150-500 with standard motor for under $1700. Nikkor 80-400
is over $2200 Tokina and Tamron don't seem to have anything
in this range.

Any thoughts, advice would be appreciated....

Please forgive me if I don't respond to your messages & fav's for a week or so.... I've been thrown back into the dark ages with dial up access only until our relocation is complete.

Sometimes I think it would be quicker communicating with pigeons and flaming arrows

This page alone took over 3 mins to load... I can only hope the upload is as quick, else I'll be sleeping in the office tonight

I cannot even hope to check out the 100's of deviations you've uploaded this week.

Anyone want to move my house for me?

I have some serious 'creative' blockers at the moment and I'm not happy

Weekends are taken up house hunting, or packing... no time for the zoo or beach or that great little tumbledown cottage on south road that will look great as the sun comes up and what's worse is; Every morning, as I sit in my car, on the way to work I see fantastic sun rises & every evening, as I sit in my car, on the way home... yup! fantastic sun sets

Update on the Premium Portfolio....
You access it via the same tool as the free one,
however I was expecting more themes, fonts and colours,
but no...
It has a 2 or 3 features further in that make it premium
eg; add a logo, and choose a different domain [or your own one]

Still trying to decide on a logo & a business name.
Any ideas ?????

After much procrastinating,
I finally forked out for a premium account

Here's my 1st Portfolio [link]
Awesome as it is, I should have bitten the bullet
and gone for the premium one straight up.

Problem is... I can't find a way to change over.
All links take me to the 'free' version and I'm stuck in a loop.

I'm waiting for a response from Helpdesk.
So hopefully I will get it sorted soon.

How good are the journal skins...?
I need more hours to "waste" looking for new ones
and playing with settings

Anyone who has considered ordering prints from DA, but were worried about the delivery, condition, qualityÂ I can only say, give it a goÂ I have just received 3 large prints ordered only last week.

So what you say? Well IÂm in South Australia, DA Prints, as you know is based in the USA [Georgia to be exact] That's about 10,000 miles [16,000km] and the prints were requested to be sent via the cheapest optionÂ snail mail.

They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to the substantial packaging, are printed on quality Kodak paper and we are thrilled.
