I would like macro photographers to show me one or two of their photos. The magnification ratio has to be 1:1 or larger , it can be from any macro sub gallery , but make sure it is up to macro standards and I see detail . What you need to do is to describe me how you took the shot , what equipment you used and the technique used. The more detailed the description the better . Post here in this journal , a link to the deviation and please a description, a good description ( I will ignore photos without a proper description with it, the description needs to be in this journal too ) .

it is definitely time for a journal update here. There has a lot been going on in my life and needless to say this year was chaos. I am looking forward to the next year which hopefully will be much calmer then 2009 was.

Looks like the winter gods have arrived in Ohio, it started snowing today and it is bitter cold . Yesterday it was over 50 degrees and today just 19 brrr, No fun !

My baby bunnies are almost 7 weeks old now and I will sell tow of the 4 and keep the other two since they really look like they have a lot of show potential .

So, usually it is that people run of dA with big drama like " I am leaving". " I am outta here"... and what not. I had simply decided to go on a devious hideaway without a big bang. I needed a time out from many things and it was good to do that . But now this hideaway is over ! Ok, stepping out in the yard has become a real challenge since yesterday and I have no clue what happened, but it seems that Japanese beetles have taken over our lawn and there are millions !!!! We never had such a beetle invasion and I have really no clue where those nasty bugs did come from, but yeah going out without a fly swatter is no fun :|

Ok even though I am not a baseball fan and not crazy about the Indians much, after reviewing the email I got today, I will go apply for the 2009 Indians Season Photography job. The base pay is fair, commissions on top it are fair as well, free Indians clothing and cameras are provided ( lol not my fav camera , a Nikon D40, lol so I basically take a step back from what I am used to , but hey at least it is a good camera ) . So yeah go cross fingers , I bet a lot of people will be there Tuesady 4-6pm , mostly fans who wanna get a job to watch the games for free :rofl: I care less about the games but the job I would take.

Happy Monday ,

finally signs of spring , the flowers start popping up and the weeds already take over around the house, this must be spring :dance: I was happy my appointment today got canceled so I got to stay home this morning and enjoy the sunshine ( even though it is still a bit cold ). Well no I did not go to the parade and it is all good, I want to enjoy teh nice weather and nature a bit and not hang around a bunch of drunkheads. I also kicked Time Warner phone and TV goodbye today . I can live without TV and as for phone I am using internet phone now and it is awesome :w00t:

In the day when I used to be a GM and received DD suggestions, we GMs had to use one simple rule and which was : The deviant receiving a DD cannot have had a DD within the last 3 months. Simple isn't it :nod: One single simple rule , no big hooblah , easy as easy can be.

In the past days I wanted to suggest DDs again and boy was I in for something. I was in for reading the Bible of DD rules many GMs have and all are different . Funny only my old GM fellas use the one and simple 3 months rule :aww: thank you guys you make my life e ]]>
