My premium membership given by :devozonablue: is running out soon.  I must say, it's been a
pretty awesome ride.  I can't thank him enough, and sent him a personal thank you note to express my
gratitude.  Honestly, I can't even believe that it's been THREE years since I've joined DA.  I remember
when I first became a member, I wasn't very active on the site because I didn't know how to get

There are also disappointments last year but I guess life does not always give you what you want, but if you look closely you will see that it gives what you need for growth. How are you doing? Sorry for not submitting much art nowadays. I have been busy learning High End retouching and several projects that I´m working on! Hey there, yes! you who is actually reading this. I just want to tell what's going on with me. First of all,  I've been working for a book cover but I have a hard time looking for a model. I've noted several stockers around dA and some stock sites, never received a good message though. Anyway, I am not losing hope. Second, I've been busy in school. Being an artist isn't about having the fanciest camera, or the best lens money can buy. It's not having the most expensive brushes and paints and canvass. It's not having the latest Adobe photoshop and computer stuffs. Buying a great camera or an expensive tablet doesn't mean you can create compelling photos. Hong Kong was really beautiful place. But it wont be so beautiful without my love :devprimedo:. I felt bad when we have to go on our separate ways (literally), him to turkey and me to Philippines. It is like leaving my hometown. I loved Hong Kong and It will be a memorable and special place for us.

The year started with a boring celebration in my father's barracks. After eating I slept like Its an ordinary day.

I had a hard time surviving this year. Oh, I eat more than 3 times a day but emotionally, yes. My life this year was like a roller coaster, sometimes enjoyable, sometimes depressing and sometimes (always) neutral (meaning lazy days ). In school, I always been busy. Homework and Thesis stuffs.

This year too, I learned to do manipulations and gained self-esteem. I never thought I would learned photo-manipulation. Photography always fascinates me. Thats what I always want to do. I've been manipulating for 4 months (I started learning last May). Being an artist is not really easy. You have to patient in every art you are making. You have to be passionate in it and of course you have to love what you are doing. ( Even if sometimes you lack of inspiration to do an artwork. )
