Last year, I had a short period of time where I was forced to take a month off DA due to a busy schedule and such.

This year, I forced myself to take a month off. Because, quite frankly, I needed to pull myself together and re-evaluate my standpoint in life. Whether or not it was evident to you, as my friends and watchers, I was in one of the sorriest states a human being could be in. Not only was I overridden with depression and hopelessness, but I was predominately suffering inwardly. The lost-love poems I felt compelled to write only fueled my problem. It was a continued downward spiral until I woke up one morning and realized: This is NOT me.

So I grabbed the bull by the horns {excuse the triteness of that expression} and took full control of my life for the first time in months. And now, I couldn't be happier. I have a new, more positive and healthy outlook on life and love, and I'm finally back in the right direction.

So please, excuse me ignoring you all for like a month. It wasn't to be mean or because I was too lazy to check your deviations and journal entries. I ask you all to understand where I was at in life....and to please forgive me for dropping off the face of the planet for a month.

What I'm going to have to do, however, is start from scratch. I'm going to delete all deviantwatch deviations {eventually I will get back to all 1,025 of them...sometime in the future}and read your comments but not respond unless absolutely necessary. Once I get through everything, I'll be able to jump back into my usual deviantarting behavior.

-killer geometry test I needed to ace to do well for the quarter
-my new job..Rite Aid...exciting...
-slowly recuperating from the deadliest disease in the world{that I contracted on Saturday night}...it's called heartbreak. sadly, there's no remedy for that but time ._. -preparing for the English presentation I had to give today...I had to teach the class about something, so I taught the fundamentals of quidditch. of course, I had to make the quaffle, bludgers, golden snitch, posterized diagram of a quidditch pitch, etc, not to mention memorize the four page outline I created for the presentation...yes, I adore the potterverse, but it did take some time to memorize that a quidditch pitch is 500 ft. long, 180 ft. wide, with a small central circle two feet in diameter for the release of the balls {and the rest of the excessively detailed information that went with it}.

so yeah....you can understand why I haven't been on here. ugh, I can't wait until school is over....my life will be so much simpler.

But AAAANYWAY, I'm going away until Sunday night....I got chosen to represent my school in some HOBY leadership conference like 3 hours away...and I obviously won't have access to DA. which makes me wanna cry ;_; so I won't be able to converse with you all for a bit...forgive me xD

My mum is a history professor at the local university, and they hold a trip to London every year. A bunch of her students went, and they also went to see Equus {for all of you who don't know, the play Daniel Radcliffe stars naked in}, which I really wanted to see. So I was all -mumblegrumble radiates jealousy D:- Anyway, everyone got back from the trip today, and when my mum got home from work....

Mum: Come on in here, I have a surprise for you!!
Me: -gets up from compi- What is it?
Mum: -sticks hand in huge plastic bag- Well, first of all, I have this poster for you....-unrolls Equus poster with a half naked Dan on it-

Mum: Second, here's a shirt with his picture on it, and it says Equus on the back!
Me: AHHH IT'S DAN!! HALF NAKED!!

Today was a half day from school for senior project stuff....so we all got out at noon. That was NIIICE I have really nothing to do all day....no homework or anything. So I've just been hanging out, practicing guitar, snapping photos, and browsing DA, three of my most favoritest things.

Tonight, however, is the middle school's play, and my sister's the female lead in it so I'm going to see it. And since I already went through the 2 years of the program when I was in middle school, I've been over there before the performances, helping out with the stage makeup and stuff. NOW THAT is tres, tres amusingness. I mean, they all do a good job with it, but they make me accent the eyes by drawing these 2 lines in a 'V' shape extending from the corners of their eyes....and they don't look quite right. I mean, yeah, if you were trying to draw Jesus fish around their eyes or make them look like Egyptians, then, yes, they would be right on the mark. But since the play is set in modern day, there's NO WAY they pull it off properly. But of course, I have to hold my tongue, because when I was in drama, the one teacher who does it HATE HATE HATED ME, and I'm trying to be on good terms with her. I think the funniest part of everything, though, is taking in this whole scene as a spectator rather than a participant. I remember rushing around backstage like a madwoman, and now it's everyone else's turn to squirm . And when they all get yelled at, I'm not included . Mwahahaha....yes, I take some sort of twisted pleasure in that.

It's GREAT to be home relaxing with no schoolwork to do or work to go to. I've been doing a lot of things I love, such as devart, guitar playing, shopping, listening to music, and playing Scrabble. AND I GOT WICKED GOOD TICKETS TO KEITH URBAN'S CONCERT IN AUGUST!!!!!!!!

But on the downside, everyone in my house is beginning to get on everyone else's nerves....we're all PMS-ing so we're unnaturally tense and liable to flip at any moment. And that's been happening quite a lot. And I have massive writer's block. And I smashed my hand really hard up against a doorknob about an hour and a half ago....and it's all blue and swollen and still hasn't stopped hurting me even though I've kept ice on it >< My mum thinks I might have broken my knuckle......we'll have to see how that goes T-T

I haven't been on DA in a while, I know. Life's been hectic and unpredictable here.....once Mock Trial's over in 3 weeks, everything should be back to normal.

Anyway, I don't even know why I'm on here writing this right now. There's no need for me to burden you with my own personal struggles and sadness. But I just have to let this out.

My kitty Meeko died this morning. The vet said it was a stroke and he died almost instantaneously without feeling any pain. He was only nine years old, and we had no warning about it. I'm devastated. I don't know how I'm going to live anymore, I just wish I could kill myself and forget about everything. Meeko was like a person....he had so much life and personality. I've had him since I was only in first grade, when I wanted a cat so desperately I would do anything to get one. I loved that cat SO MUCH, more than anyone could imagine. The house feels so empty. I cried for three hours straight, until I threw up and gave myself hives all over my arms and legs. After I got control of myself, me and my mum and sister went up to K-mart to get a new litter box, new toys, and new water/food dishes for my other cat, Jinglebell. The vet{a good family friend of mine} told me on the phone that I had to get new stuff and vacuum all Meeko's old spots so Jinglebell wouldn't smell it and get depressed {apparently, cats can get depression, just as humans do}. So I tried to occupy myself with mindless work of the sort today, crying all the while. I've never cried so hard in my life. My eyes are burning and my head is throbbing, and I just have no will to do anything but sob. But I have the best friends in the whole entire world, better than I deserve. Chelsea and Leah {} came to see me after school to cheer me up and talk about the good times we all had with Meeko....and I'm feeling slightly better than this morning. I just don't know how I'll ever be able to get over it though.

I'm sorry I had to bore you all with this.....I just had to get it off my chest. If my DA visits are somewhat scarce during the next week or so, you'll all know why.

These past 2 days were a mix of both things sweet and hellish...

Friday ~ Slept over 's {Leah's} house. Chelsea came for a while, but couldn't sleep cause she had to go get her permit early the next morning. But anyway, that was a massive amount of fun packed into one evening.....wemade a video confessional of all things ridiculous and secretive {which I accidentally deleted the next day, AGH! D8<}, beat each other up {....the bruises are all over my arms and legs :'D}, and watched roughly 6 hours of Fruits Basket. I brought over the box set cause Leah had never seen the anime...she only read two volumes of the manga. Anyway, after only one episode she was hooked so we watched as many as we could until her mum came downstairs and told us to go to sleep xD. So I have a new Kyo obsesser on my hands

Saturday ~ Mock trial practice for about 2 hours or so in an obscenely cold school {the heating pipes broke....BRILLIANT!} and then work. There was a private party at work I had to wash dishes for in addition to the regular crowd of people who decided to make my life a living hell by eating at L & J's. Jordan wasn't there, so I had no one to harass but Wally. And then I found out that Wally's moving to Allentown and won't be able to work at L & J's anymore. That put me in a pretty p'oed mood for the rest of the night. I LOVE WALLY {I've known him for about 2 years now}.....and he's going away forever. You know, I'm pretty damn sick of getting attached to people only for them to leave me.

Cookies for anyone who read this....because I'd be shocked out of my mind if there was anyone in the world who would stomach my mindless ramble.

I love all of you dearly And I care deeply about each and every one of you and your amazing talents. But I, as a normal, fully-functioning {for the most part :'D} individual, realized today that there is NO POSSIBLE WAY for me to look over each and every deviation and comment as soon as I get them. Think about this. There are about seventy or so deviants who I watch/watch me. If every deviant submits one deviation a day, for example, there's seventy right off the bat to look at, comment, critique, and favorite on my EXTREMELY SLOW COMPUTER. Factor in the comments, favorites, notes, and journal entries I receive in a day, the amount is almost mind blowing. So I'm setting this forth right now. To keep everything straight, I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT look at/answer everyone. However, it will probably take a few days. I AM NOT IGNORING YOU, BY ANY MEANS. Like I previously mentioned, I love you all like mad!!!! Just give me some time....my schedule is obscenely full with school, work, and other extracurriculars, in addition to my mind posession with this website <3

The time period of this weekend progressing into this week was insane for some reason. This weekend I worked and went out with friends/had friends at my house quite frequently, so that kept me from writing. Mock trial after school has also started meeting in the auditorium to start our runthroughs {since the trial is only a month away} so I haven't had a chance to access devart from the writing lab 'cept for every day 5, second period, so that's why I haven't had a chance to reply to the obscene amount of deviations/comments that just seem to spew out of my inbox every time i'm not on for so much as a day. But as of now, I've almost gotten that all taken care of, so we're good!! <3

So this weekend I went up to Reading, PA {pronounced Redding} to see my cousins....those ones from MA as well that I haven't seen in like, a million billion years. It was actually quite fun....I got a few interesting pictures i'll post as soon as I get the time.....I have a killer geometry test tomorrow and have to go home and cram as soon as mock trial is over. I love how my life is constantly consumed with meaningless activity, it really gives me warm fuzzies.

Anyway, in drama today, I couldn't even believe what someone said to me. This one girl I know who's BEYOND a pain in the bum comes up to me and our exchange is as follows:

Her: Ooooh my god, is that the time turner necklace? -points to me-
Me: Yeah.
Her: Did you get it for x-mas?
Me: For my birthday.
Her: I wanted it!!
Me: Did you see it in the pamphlet that comes with the PoA DVD?
Her: Yeah!! I told my mom I wanted it but she wouldn't let me get it because she said it was nothing but a piece of cheap junk.
Me: -speechless- Oh. Well. It's not cheap, that's all I know. -walks away, shaking head-

Then my friend comes up to me...

My friend: WHAT THE HECK?
Me: -shrug- Apparently I'm cheap.
My friend: THAT'S SO RUDE! You just don't SAY something like that to someone.
Me: That's like me going up to her and saying, "Hey, your shirt is cute, I saw it in the Gap, I almost bought it but my mom wouldn't let me because she says the Gap has cheap, poorly constructed clothing. So have fun wearing that trash!!

I was checking through some of my friends' pages on here, and one in particular caught my eye. I'm not going to mention any names, cause I don't want to single anyone out, but this friend of mine was talking about how she was going to begin a new fanfiction, and immediately, below her post, were a few people who replied, cutting her down, telling her that her writing style is inadequate, and just being unneccessarily brutal. Their criticism didn't so much come off as constructive as offensive! I mean, I'm not even the writer of this fanfic and it's making ME mad!! D8< I don't understand what makes some people think they are entitled to be condescending and rude. Everyone has their own style and shouldn't be attacked for it. -shakes head- It DISGUSTS me.

......okay, sorry, done with my rant. I just really needed to say that.

IT'S MY 16TH BIRTHDAY!!!

Although I've only been awake for about an hour and a half, it's been wonderful so far. I FINALLY got to have my new electric guitar, which is the most gorgeousness guitar I've ever seen {i'll put a picture up later}....which i've been fooling around on, and I got a replica of the time-turner necklace from HP, a tshirt that says 'I Mr. Darcy' {ahahahahahahaaa}, a hello kitty sweatshirt, and a glass turtle to add to my collection of turtle figurines

Welllll......I'm off to get in the shower now, cause my aunt is coming up and we're going to Borders to get one of those fancy drinks and read books in the cafe {what I really wanna do on my bday XD} and then to dinner somewhere {i'm being kidnapped and taken somewhere that NO ONE WILL TELL ME, GAR!}. So it should be fn >8D

Let's see....on Friday I finished the rest of my xmas shopping and I'M NOT IN DEBT to anyone I even got new headphones and the Damien Rice CD 'b-sides'. It's great, yet it's SO BAD XD I recommend listening, but not loudly when adult figures are in the vicinity XDDDD

Saturday was my school's semiformal.....aside from my seating arrangement getting thrown out and the food sucking beyond all else, it was fun ^^ I went with my friend who looks A LOT like Draco Malfoy.....so that was interesting . made up all these ridiculous dance moves to the stupid rap/hip hop songs they wouldn't stop playing which was hilarious....oh how I wish I had that on video.....

Yesterday was the xmas party for work~that was fun. They made a bunch of homemade pizzas and stuff. 'nuff said. XD

So today is officially ONE WEEK AWAY FROM XMAS AND 8 DAYS FROM MY BDAY!!! w00000t!! -is incredibly excited- Today, however, wasn't too fun. I found out that I have a chem test AND a geometry test on thursday and I suck at the chem. BRILLIANT. The only bright spots were getting 100% on an english paper about HP from my english teacher who's a mad crazy hard grader and laughing at the results of these political tests we took in govt. class 8th period......'s test said she was a fascist close to Hitler . -speaks directly to - KATYA I WILL NEVER LET YOU LIVE THAT DOWN >8D

Nothing too exciting has been happening lately, just some x-mas shopping, lazing around, and writing -Hearts of Ice- {I am a tad bit in obsessive writing mode }. I've also been complusively listening to Keith Urban's new CD {that I got on Wednesday }, 'Love, Pain, and the Whole Crazy Thing' and it's UHH-MAZING. Y'all should run out and buy it right now XDD Even if it's just for the schmexy pictures in the album sleeve .

Mary was in visiting this weekend so me, her, and Katya hung out a bit today for the last time at her house. God, it was CRAZY looking at it in all its emptiness....and I was gonna kill her father who asked me and Katya to help him take the tennis rackets off the wall to pack into storage before the open house started.....I almost felt that by doing so, I was contributing to her leaving for good. Sounds stupid, I understand, but it just bothered me. A lot. DOUBLE GAR AND BLOODY HELL.

{and if you're wondering what the title has to do with this message at all, it makes sense to me. The subject of chocolate-covered somethings came up a mass amount of times this weekend, and I only thought it was fitting to impart it in here somewhere.}

Today was prolly one of the bestest days ever. Well, in a long time anyway.

First off, I didn't fail the chem quiz I thought I would that I took yesterday! W0000t w000t! Plus, we got to fool around for the double period of chem, talking the whole time about men named Butch, Sky Lake, Damien Rice, and a reference to Kim Possible xD Then, the math test 4th pd was the easiest thing ever!! I totally aced it, which is the most I've ever said about any math assignment. Definitely due to my good luck Harry Potter stone I left out on my desk the whole time XD Then, the govt test was canceled, so no major cram session at lunch During Latin, me, Nancy, and Lauren went down to guidance cause we were the 3 finalists for an essay contest {the winner gets to go on a leadership retreat thing in May} and I found out that I got picked!!! I'm so excited to go THEEENNN, me n Katya had Mock Trial practice after school {we made the team 3 days ago } and we got our roles. AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED!!!! I get to be the girl on the prosecution who is pressing the charges to begin with~and she's a schizo, psycho, paranoid freak who bursts into tears every five seconds. LOVELY! Everything seemed to go my way today ^^ Fabulosity to the extreme. Hope y'all had a good day too!!!

Today we had to run the mile in gym class [might as well just shoot me, a lot less painless]. I got fairly good time, however, by the end of it, I had a burning pain in my side and Katya was fighting against her stomach not to throw up. When it was over, I sat down to take a rest, feeling nothing more than the usual sweat and tiredosity after I run, but as soon as I stood up, everything turned a bright white color and I passed out. It was prolly cause I didn't eat anything this morning and I forgot to drink water..., but nonetheless, it wasn't fun. It was crazy cause they called the nurse and everything and they took me back up to the school in a wheelchair and such. My thought process through the whole ordeal: 'WTF?!'

When that was over, everything went smoothly. But today we had -reduced periods cause it's club day, and me, Ana, and Katya had nowhere to go during club so we stopped by to Pellis's room to get a pass to go down. She's the moderator of a club though, and pretty soon we found ourselves crashing her club, the lighthouse club [it's a Christian singing group]. The three of us tramping in there was a hilarity within itself, but it got better. Turns out that a certain guy I have a massive crush on [who sadly, didn't even know me] is one of the club's leaders. As a result, me and Katya[who I dragged into it] are the newest members of the lighthouse club [and if anyone from NP is currently reading this, if you make fun of me i'll PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE D8< ]. But the bright side, there's no singing in the club, everyone changed it and we just play games instead, and now my -someone- at least knows who I am. Which is a major plus. -sigh- I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures. I'm convinced that the three of us going to that club meeting was all due to karma....cause there was no other way i'd even really get to talk to my -someone-, and it's an awfully strange coincidence that we all ended up in the club today. -shrug- I don't even know anymore

For the second time, Dan Radcliffe has replied to a letter I sent him!!!!! -dies- I got an autographed picture [which you can tell by looking at the marker is written right on the picture, not just preprinted and mass-produced] and a newsletter he sends to everyone who writes to him YESTERDAY in the mail!
So I got replies not once but TWICE in my life x3 I need to buy another frame to put it in so I can hang it on my wall right below my other one -is completely and giddily ecstatic-

In other news, my sister wanted to go to the American Idol concert [a reality show that, regretfully, I got sucked into these past 2 years] and my mom got me a ticket, so I'm going to that tomorrow. Looking forward to Elliot hopefully singing 'Somebody to Love' and seeing Ace [and no one better comment on my shallowosity or whatever for thinking that he's tres GORGEY, I've heard that too many times already D8<]. I'll update about that prolly on Monday.

And finally, DEVART deleted 6 of my deviations [my dolls I made of my story charries] due to some 'policy violation' or whatever. I don't even know what I supposedly did!! They weren't innappropriate, racist, or offensive or whatnot so I dun see why they're gone! I sent a message to the help desk; hopefully I'll get a reply soon to clarify this.

Thank GOD it's Friday. Today was, by far, the best day this week. No quizzes/tests, no bad news, and lots of laughs. I got to playact a eulogy in Latin for our main character in the story who died...that was brilliant fun After school, Jenna had a dance to go to so we dropped her off and picked up Katya. The two of us had a grand old time gallavanting down the aisles of Borders, up to our usual shananigans xD But OMFG! For anyone who reads a Series of Unfortunate Events, Lemony Snicket just put out this book called "The Beatrice Letters" that's linked to Book the Thirteenth [exactly one more month~can't wait!] and I'VE FINALLY FOUND OUT WHO BEATRICE IS!!!! Not only is she Beatrice, she's Beatrice BAUDELAIRE. Beatrice is the Baudelaire's long lost dead sister. How much of an insane twist is that?! Now I'm like crazy excited for Book the Thirteenth -goes nuts- I hope someone out there reading this follows Unfortunate Events, cause I'm like mad anxious to discuss it with someone now XDD;


AND A VERY HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY TO SHEEPY!! =3 HOPE YOU HAD A FABULOUS DAY!

Today was just a pretty normal day at school. For once though, in this week, I didn't have crazy moodswings or go on any angry rants I actually got a 92% on my Chem test Crazy, I know. Latin 2 gets all the more hysterical every day [long story short, I got my teacher to wear a paper bag hat on her head for the Latin 1 class in exchange for me not being depressed/emo-which I never was in the first place- that had an angry face on it and said 'EHEU' on the sides....eheu means shit in Latin, lmfao] and I'm actually glad now that I'm back in school with everyone, despite the insaneness of a day at NPHS. ^^

-I changed an insane amount over the summer
-I have absolutely no tolerance for people's crap anymore
-There are at least three of my close friends who are going through love/hate relationships [heh heh heh, I'm having fun with that one]
-Chemistry is all math, so everyday I have a chem lab I have three periods of my most hated subject
-There's an increasing amount of guys at my school who feel the need to wear crazy tight pants
-Wally is 27, not in his mid-30's [like I thought....oops -sheepish-]
-My strings are so bad on my guitar that I can't play without bleeding anymore
-Damien Rice is mad hot
-I have no clue how I'm going to get through one of my best friends moving away at the end of the month D;
-I've started to see certain people in a whole new way [whether it be good or bad]
-My house is constantly cold, no matter how much I turn the heat up
-All republicans must have been brainwashed at one point or another in their lives
-Whenever anyone repeatedly says they have to pee, within 15 minutes, so do I
-And finally....my stories/characters are actually crazy metaphors/twisted versions of myself and my own experiences....and I didn't even realize I was doing it. Wow. O_O

That's about it xD I can't believe the ridiculosity of things I've never noticed before.

So it shouldn't be too bad [yeah, there are the exceptions, but what are yah gonna do?]. Drama was great, especially since Rickard decided that we're doing a fall play along with the spring musical AND IT'S CINDERELLA x3 -dies- Aside from Cats, that's only my favorite play in the entire universe! Although it won't be the musical version, only the straight play. I'm not one to get my hopes up about anything, but if I got my dream role, the stepmother, I could die deliriously happy -crosses fingers- We had to miss Latin today tho cause of this retarded assembly about everything we learned already last year....I'm glad to be a sophmore this year and not be the youngest, but Gym, H/R, and Assembly were a drag today cause its just a repeat of everything >< What ev.

So I actually had something to say today! How about that? xDDD I didn't completely waste your time with a crazy mad survey or just my friends list You should feel special ^^
