Infatti scrivo solo per comodità, e lo faccio per avere un codice di uso personale per le foto, una sorta di licenza d'uso e restrizione d'uso.

A parte dove altrimenti specificato, le immagini NON possono essere scaricate ed utilizzate con finalità commerciali. Se doveste voler utilizzare un mio lavoro od una parte di esso per tali finalità, scrivetemi, possiamo parlarne.
Non puoi in ogni caso spacciare per tuo un lavoro mio.

Che tristezza.

Per consolarmi penso che sistemerò le fotografie fatte ad agosto, purtroppo pochissime e poco varie.

Nella società del consumo consumiamo pure le immagini: una fotografia, per quanto bella, ha poco peso. la vedi di sfuggita, di fretta. Ce ne sono milioni da vedere e tendiamo a voler "vedere tutto e velocemente".

Ho deciso di fare pulizia ed eliminare tonnellate di foto inutili, che non serviranno a nulla MAI.
Sul computer mi occupano un sacco di spazio e su DA molte foto poco interessanti affogano le poche belle che ho messo.

Chiedo aiuto a chi passa di qua per giudicare quali tenere e quali rimuovere. Se avete un pochetto di tempo... Mandatemi una nota con le 3 foto mie che terreste se foste in me.

September has come. Well... It just crossed the half of its time.

Sadness.

To cheer myself up I think I'll get some order into the photoes I shoot during the summer, very few and not at all varied.

In the consumerist society we even waste images: a picture, as beautiful it can be, it has few value. You see it quickly, in a hurry. There are millions to see and we tend to "see everything and do it quickly".
I decided to clean and remove tons of unuseful pictures, which WON'T EVER be useful.
On the pc they fill too much space and here on DA too many not very much interesting drown the few nice I put.

I ask people who step into this space some help to choose which ones to keep and which to remove. If You have "a byte" of time... send me a note with the 3 pics you would keep if You were in my shoes.

mi ha fatto venire nostalgia della sperimentazione... Così, partendo dalla sua realizzazione, [link] ho pensato di vedere se riuscivo a renderla più economica ed adatta alla mia macchina, che è senza supporto per obiettivi esterni. Appena rimedio una seconda macchinetta digitale posto una foto.

Ho costruito un supporto che ho assicurato al cavalletto che mi consente di accoppiare alla mia Canon PowerShot A530 un obiettivo 50mm ribaltato. Lo scopo è estremizzare le capacità macrofotografiche della macchinetta.
L'obiettivo che ho usato è un 50mm minolta f:1.7, quindi estremamente luminoso appartenente ad una reflex spaventosamente vecchia a cui una ragazza violenta ha distrutto l'esposimetro.

Per chi non lo conoscesse S.Efisio è il patrono della città di Cagliari, su internet si trova facilmente la storia delle vicende che portarono alla sua santificazione ed alla gratitudine dei sardi nei suoi confronti.
Il primo giorno del mese di Maggio a Cagliari si svolge una cerimonia molto colorita in cui la statua del Santo viene trasportata da un corteo nella località in cui Efisio fu martirizzato. Il percorso è di una trentina di chilometri ed il corteo è abitualmente formato da persone che indossano gli abiti tradizionali del proprio paese.

Ieri sono stato all'inaugurazione di una curiosa struttura: una "Butterfly House". Via di mezzo fra una serra, una voliera ed un'acquario, è destinata alla osservazione di uccelli e farfalle esotici.
Cemento armato, vetro ed acciaio: un alieno per il contesto in cui è stato inserito, ma non un intruso. Chi ha gestito il restauro del Giardino Garzoni a Collodi, ha ben pensato di sostituire la serra esistente con una struttura di maggiore attrattiva, e mi pare abbiano avuto una idea brillante.
La pressione ed il grado di umidità all'interno sono "estremi" e la visita dura necessariamente 25 minuti, credo perchè un tempo più lungo rischia di portare al collasso i visitatori. All'interno si ha la sensazione di essere in un mondo diverso, ovattato dall'acqua nebulizzata, reso suggestivo dalla luce surreale filtrata dai pesanti vetri che lo separano dalla realtà esterna. Sembra di vivere in una fiaba, circondati da esserini incredibili ed incredibilmente fiduciosi.
Il giardino storico, sempre visibile dall'interno, appare come un ricordo, ma si percepisce ed allunga la prospettiva della voliera.
Ho scattato una montagna di fotografie, ma, ahimè, le condizioni di luce e l'obiettivo sempre bagnato, ne hanno rovinate parecchie. Ne ho scelte alcune e le upperò nei prossimi giorni. Sono sempre molto selettivo, per cui, saranno poche.


Butterflies and sauna...

Or better butterflies and turkish bath. But I didn't like it as a title.

Yesterday I went to the opening of a strange structure: a "butterfly house". Something undefined between a glasshouse, a (giant) bird cage and... an acquarium which is destined to esotic butterfly and bird watching.
reinforced concrete, glass and iron: something alien to the contest, but not a stranger. Whoever has thought Giardino Garzoni in Collodi (Italy) restoration, has thought to substitute the existing glasshouse with something with more attractive capability. I think they had the right idea.
Inside the structure pressure and humidity degree are really high and visit lasts about twenty minutes, I suppose a longer stay would bring visitors to a collapse. The sensation is to be in a different world, softened by atomized water, with the dreamy, unreal light filtering trough the thick glasses which divide it by reality. It seems to live into a fairy tale, with strange incredibly trustful little creatures everywere.
The garden, always visible from the inside, appears like a memory, but you perceive it, and expands the dimension of the structure.
Shot a lot of pictures, but sadly, because of the darkness and the always wet camera lens, a very high number are just unusable.
During next days I'll upload the best, I'm normally very selective, so expect very few.

It has something nostalgic and melancholic, remembers my youthfulness...
So I decided to search in the dia-box some old shots. Well The first film I took up was the 2000 travel to Holland.
It's incredible how critic one can be with his own photos after only 7 years... I was shure interested in houses, they're nice, infact... But I have really too mutch!

I've noticed that using the scanner's dia adapter isn't really the best for a print quality image. It is just acceptable for a web quality. When I'll be rich i will have some cibachrome prints... How I love that "metallic feeling".

Everyday I get more nostalgic about my darkroom. But I have no interesting people to photograph. The more they become old the more they are diffident towards the camera.
And... the more I grow up the more i become diffident towards people.
