        <media:text type="html"><![CDATA[ Richard Wright, the iconic but in many ways private keyboardist of Pink Floyd, died Monday in London at age 65.  David Gilmour had this to say, and his words speak better than anything I could ever write:<br /><br />"In the welter of argunments about who or what was Pink Floyd, Rick's enormous input was frequently forgotten.<br /><br />"He was gentle, unassuming and private but his soulful voice and playing were viatal, magical componenets of our most recognized Pink Floyd sound."<br /><br />Richard Wright, while not the main songwriter of the band, did however compose what I feel is one of the most beautiful tracks of all time.  "The Great Gig in the Sky" was the essence ]]></media:text>
