Save the Seals
Every year in Canada a seal hunt claims the lives of over 300,000 seals for their pelts. The following quote is from a BBC news article:

"We filmed and witnessed seals being skinned alive right in front of us," Ifaw activist Rebecca Aldworth told Reuters news agency last week.

"We saw live seals being dragged while conscious across the ice with boat hooks; we saw stockpiles of dead and dying seals. It was really horrific."

Macro photography often brings us out doors and makes us appreciate nature in new and interesting ways that engenders a respect for life. Please take a moment to sign a petition and send a message to the Canadian government that the world is appalled:
