I hope you all are doing very well. I just wanted to say to anyone celebrating Thanksgiving this week, that I hope you all have a great time and enjoy yourselves. Love on your family and friends and don't eat too much.

Haven't gone anywhere...

Been busy around the house at times when I can be. Working on things that make noise when Jay is doing a run lol, otherwise I'm here on the computer or off in the other room doing something... so not to make too much noise while he is sleeping lol.

**thinks of getting some pots and pans together and having a band right outside the door...**

I know, I'm a little stinker, aren't I? :bashful: Nahhh... I'm doing well actually. Gearing up to have company over next week during Thanksgiving. It's going to be so much fun. There will be pictures and stuff I'm sure. Working on getting the next issue of =DEVIANCE-ZINE out, too. Since we're starting the double issue thing, you won't see the next one until December. That's all I'm saying on that atm. It will be wonderful to day the least. Thanks for the love and the new watches and favs and everything the past couple of weeks. I really do appreciate you all. You guys rock!

Let's see...what else.. Oh, I will have the other journal up again soon with the LAAH and Contests, etc. Just.. I didn't want to mess with it lately. After EG's passing... I let that depression really get to me... something I haven't done in awhile and I really didn't want to do much for the first week. Now, it's getting better and I'm ready to be my old self again and pimp things out and just be me. Thanks for the help all. Really. What would I do without you all?

Do me a favor: Go say hi to a new deviant today. Go give a to a deviant and/or someone near/close to you. Go say hi and smile to a stranger knowing that it just might make their day. Some RAK is awesome and very much needed these days. Don't ever forget that. I won't.

Umm... that's it. I think lol. You all take care and I think I'm going to go pounce on the XBox 360 and play some Star Wars Lego-style lol.. Cracks me up.

One more thing... it's a little early, but I have a New Years Resolution. One that I've been thinking about since others have been done and/or is being taken care of. I'm going to be better here. I really am going to do what I used to do and answer everything. I've really been slacking off and letting time get away, etc. It might take me forever, but everyone will get a hello, or thank you or something from me. What does love cost? Its priceless! It costs nothing. Well, okay, perhaps that isn't quite true. It costs a little bit of time and a lot of affection. And maybe a sprinkle of passion, too.

So, we all have a bad day every now and then, right? Of course we do. Everyone does. Especially right now, we're in a period of recession, many people are getting bogged down with life! Even if you're mister or missus sunshine, you're bound to have a bad day now and then! Thats the way the cookie crumbles! And then somebody comes and gives you a hug, tells you to cheer up and it'll be okay. And sometimes, that does the trick, right? Of course, sometimes it doesn't.

What about if a stranger comes up to you and tells you that your hair looks nice, or you're a very pretty person? Okay, from some people, it may be creepy, but lets push the creepy people to one side. ..You know what I mean.

Cards and little notes are anonymous, right? "No," did I hear you say? Yes, yes they are, unless of course, you choose to put your name on them. So what if you sat down on a chair, or opened a library book, only to find a little note from nobody knows who? What if you went in a public restroom to wash your hands and theres a little note? How would that make you feel?

For a little while now, I've been doing things like this. Leaving little notes, just saying things like "the world is great, because you're in it" or "smile, its contagious" and little things like that. I've even put them in peoples bike spokes and under windscreen wipers. Now, I have no idea how this makes people feel, or what they do when they find a note, but if it was me, it'd make me smile. And what is it costing me? A little bit of coloured paper and some time. Thats it. Thats pretty damn cheap to make somebody's day. Right?

How about if we brought this to deviantART? How about if we used that random deviant button, and told that random deviant that the community is a nice place with people like them in it? I'm sure that'd make them smile.

How would you feel if you opened a library book and found a note saying that you're a beautiful person for being who you are? What if you logged in to your deviantART account, and found similar messages in your message center, would it make you smile? Excuse me for being presumptious here, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it would.

So, do you have a heart and a bit of time?

Then why not spread some love?
Sure, you can pimp people out, you can feature deviations, and that makes people smile, too. But in an art community, its one of those things thats sort of to be expected. You know, sharing art and stuff. But what about just a nice, plain old good comment?

Wish someone to have a nice day, give someone a hug and share the love today! Its the internet, you don't even have to use paper! You have no excuses! So get out there and get loving up your community! Share the love!
