I LOVED WALL-E.

A lot of the complaints have been "it was too childish". Guys, Pixar makes kids movies? And if showing kids that "fucking up the environment is bad" is boring to some people, then that's really sad. We're at such a critical time in history for our poor little planet, so we need this kind of stuff drilled into us.

Wall-E was a super fun character with a winning personality. The film had me in tears due to his lonely yet cheerful self. Eve was just so much fun too! She had an awesome attitude on her and I thought the pair of them were just terribly romantic.

As for the visual side of things, I was stunned. Space exploration has always interested me, mind you, so I was gasping and drooling over the spacey scenes. I loved the pudgey humans and thought it was good that Pixar didn't feel the need to keep a bit of silliness out of their film.

It was a real feat, I imagine, so I'm just having a say for it. The end credits were also highly incredible.

That's all really.

Might be buying a house soon. <3 you all.

Yes. My net has been down for about 5 months now. I've given up on it for a little while because it causes so much stress to get this stuff worked out. ANYWAY, enough with the boring.

I turned 21 on the 26th of August and my birthday party was the most incredible event of my life. I'm still on a high from how fantastic it went and how much fun it was. It was a 1920s Murder Mystery! My character was murdered (birthday kid n all that) and I came back as a plucky reporter It was incredible. Thanks to my friends that came.

I'm sorry I have not uploaded any art of late. I promise when I can I shall do lots of stuff. I still owe art for certain prizes 'n' stuff.

I'm really just updating to let people know I'm still alive. I love and miss you guys and hope to get back on the scene soon.

I HAVE NETS! Uhg. Pardon me. I have two men running back and forth slowly hand typing the code of webpages directly to my pc - and they have arthritis - and they're 160000000 years old!!! In other words - I have dial up.

BUT! It is provided by the local university - therefore my browsing is limited and I get TWO HOURS A DAY on-line. 36 kilo bytes per second

Also, Dial up is sooooo superseded now days - i went through some special kind of hell to get my 36 kbps!!!! (But by GOD I missed you guys ;-

This is after: Pulling out an old internal modem - which had no drivers.
Then asking mum for a dial up modem. Getting an adsl one (and it's power cord was too high voltage for one of my adapters, nearly setting my room on fire). Then asking a family friend for a DIAL UP modem ("Does it say ADSL on it? Are you sure? I can't dial up with a router...Okay good") then mums car breaking down ("I don't feel like driving the other car out to drop it off.") so I headed over on a bus at 11pm (a friend came thankfully) only to walk up the 1 mile tall hill and find a lovely packaged "ADSL modem".

SO I RIPPED THE GUTS OUT OF A CAT.

Just kidding. I love animals.

I dug our ooooold pc out of the back room and yoinked the internal modem from that, blew off the dust, and hunted for the install disk.





TL;DR - I like monkies.

But now I can do this...

27.) Are you a fandom artist or original artist? I do a lot of other peoples awesome stuff, but not enough of my own :/
28.) How did you get started in drawing? Let's just say: Television + butter = win. I have a lot of memories of mum yelling about some drawing in some random location in the house.
29.) What are you good at drawing/writing? Usually if I draw something a few times, I can get a vague grasp of it. My usual forte is naked men, due to being crapola at clothes. I'm currently writing two novels (very slowly). Usually write horror.
30.) What are you bad at drawing/writing? I'm not terribly good at clothes, or anything with STRAIGHT COHERANT LINES, like a house or something. Technical = yuck. I am kinda bad at keeping my sentences short and usually my writing steers to a darker style, so children books are probably not on the agenda (though mind you, I’ve begun a few).

15.) How many places have you lived? I've moved house about 26 times in my life, lived in three states in Australia.

17.) Describe your dream house? I see a two storey, designer house on a beautiful block of land, with green hills, a rose garden, very temple like, near a body of water, mountains, in Japanese countryside.

So, I wanna say how proud I am of all the people who I have met over this last year. Certain individuals have touched (*kssnort*) my life this year. And I have to say, I feel privileged. I'm 20 years old. I've lived out of home for two years now, but this past year has just been me and my partner . Some days were just too hard to face facts (as is true for everyone now and then.) But coming on DA and talking to people I've met here has made all the difference. Some of you have no idea how much you mean to me. I feel that posting art here and getting feedback is an incredible boost to self esteem (which is so hard to come by in everyday life in some cases). It has made me want to be a better person and artist. Here is a place where I can be me. I have made some fantastic friends and I hope to meet many more. The purpose of life to me, is to tell as many people I can that they are loved. People say "love" is a word to overused - I disagree. It is a word some abuse, or do not use in the right context. But right now, I want to say it in
a way which is honest, from my heart and means something real.

If you are reading this, I love you.

I do not believe in coincidence or chance, per say. I believe everything happens for a reason. So if you are reading this, you are loved. Fro mthe tip of your toes to the top hair of your head - you are loved. Fook all those people who tell you stupid, hurtful, rubbishy bollocks in life. It is too short to let them effect you. Let your inner needs and desires flow and make everyday count. Because at the end of the day - you are the only person in the world who matters. If you cannot be happy - then what is the point? So get out there and feel the truth. Love is all around you - just need to open up to it.
