I'm gonna go on a semi-hiatus around now. Things are happening and I'm surprisingly busy (I'm no used to being busy), though mostly it's because of the fact that we'll be moving into my bf's dad's place in a week. And we'll stay there for two (2) months. Yes, two months!

Our house will be shut down 'till early June because of plumbing-renovation-stuff; they're gonna tear everything open and fix everything. Which is both nice and annoying at the same time.
But then we'll have a super-fancy kitchen and shower, and we'll re-paint the living room and such... it's gonna be great. And just in time when I get back from Russia! I'll be staying in Vyborg, Russia for 10 days at the end of May.
I'll have 3 other artists with me; we have an art-project where we study the today of Vyborg since it is so commonly shown through its past (to us Finnish people at least)...
We would like to hang around with some young locals and hear about their everyday life and future-plans.
We'll collect as much info and photos as we can, and once we return to Helsinki we'll start working on paintings which we would like to exhibit both in Helsinki and later in Vyborg also if possible! :)

Still haven't heard back about the cintiq, I think I'll send them an email to ask how long it'll take 'till I get a new one so I can inform commissioners about the length of delay... I installed my bf's Intuos5 but it's so uncomfortable to use. My arm is in a ridiculous twisted angle all the time and it causes shoulder ache. :(

Then again I guess it's good to take a few more days off from painting right now since I seriously need to finish writing my applications to various art-schools.

Basically the surface got scratched by the stylus-nib. The nib doesn't have a visible sharp point in it, but there is one 'cause it suddenly made a strange noise when drawing a line and tadah, there was a big scratch on the surface and a few smaller ones too which had apparently appeared earlier from the same nib.

my neighbours are killing me. They're drilling concrete walls with wrong kind of drill and are failing miserably. Apparently they're gonna keep failing all day. And I have a headache. :headache:

It was at the post-office yesterday already, but I was delivering an oilpainting to a customer so I wasn't able to pick it up... T^T
Well, today I went to see a dentist and their office is right next to the post-office, so I got two birds with one stone! :D (and a 321€ bill for my teeth being fixed, omfg. x_x)
