First of all, I really missed you, dA! I went crazy during your absence and I'm glad you're back! _{(As you can see, PLDT MyDSL had a problem these past few months and because of that problem, some sites in the internet are not working. Even www.gaiaonline.com)}

I admit that I'm pretty lazy these days for if I'll have free time, I'd rather sleep or eat than get my camera and let my brain work with artistic ideas. I'm a lazy dog. I know. Do you still remember my first deviation? It was a very unforgettable experience. I never really expected that people would accept/appreciate it that much. I was overjoyed that time and I just wrote whatever came to my mind.

Anyway, back to my non-daydreaming mind, I had a shoot with myself and my younger sister, Kaille. I asked her to be my lighting assistant. *whoot* We did a little shoot with myself and my yellow jacket. Kaille says that yellow is an emo color but I say that yellow is the color of summer so I still wore it. I miss summer.

If it's not for her, I wouldn't have been able to sing 'roperly' now. If she didn't strive hard to reach her goals, perhaps I didn't do the same. Though I won't ever follow what she did (escaping from home to audition for something) because I love my mother so much and I won't do something like that. Still, I believe I'm persistent enough. 8 Random Facts:
1. I love to eat. YES! EAT! When I'm sad, or feeling abused, or simply just not in the mood to do anything, I eat. I quite feel guilty about this "hobby" of mine because I can't cook.
2. My favorite subject is... English~! I just like it and I feel good at this subject. Though it's a very easy subject, compared to Math and Chemistry, I like it.
3. I'm more fond of being behind the camera than in front of it, to be honest. Really! It's true. I want to be the director/designer, the one to decide the model's pose, etc.
4. I sing. Yes, I sing. But I'm not good at it. I'm currently a member of my school's concert chorale. I remember that I auditioned as an instrumentalist (piano) but our conductor asked me to be a vocalist because we lack members.
5. I don't have a cellphone!!! Well, my mom gave me one when I was in Gr. 4 but I never use it. Not literally never, but you'll see me opening my computer more often than merely 'touching' my cellphone.

Uhmm... Reading a great, but quite childish novel entitled "Anne of Green Gables." I know everybody knows it. It has an animation.

Another, I'm beginning to watch dramas from 'my list.' The list is in my multiply. You'll see it at the beginning of my page. By the way, add me up in multiply: [link] I'm currently watching First Kiss (jdrama) but because Kairu is unlucky, mysoju dot com is still fixing it. Somebody adviced me to watch other dramas for the mean time. So I watched NANA the Movie~! Weee! It's super great. Even if Nana Osaki is boyish, I'm now a lesbian because of her. (I have a review on this in my multiply.)

Oh! Piano!!! I almost forgot that I know how to play it. Well, studying "Can This Be Love" by Sarah Geronimo and "Everlasting" by BoA. Is no good. I'm only capable of playing the intros. So now, I'm studying "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton and "Samson" by Regina Spektor. You might think that these pieces are a thousand times harder than the other two that I tried studying before. The first mentioned is the easy version, and I already played half of it without copy. *phew, I think I can manage*. I super love Samson and I'm definitely learning it. Just like what happened with Houkiboshi. Haay. It took me months to learn that upbeat song but I still managed because of my love for Younha~! (YOUNHA = )

lolz... I just want to inform everyone that I'm still alive. By the way, My 1st year anniversary here in dA is coming soon. I'm planning on a shoot. planning... I hope I can make my 'creative' mind work again. (lolz. it's broken right now )

Uhmm... How do I start it? There. I'm really sorry to those who anticipated me on the 1st day. My mom didn't allow me to go without Miyu's supervision. I forced Miyu to attend her review classes but she still insists on going to TOY CON after lunch illegally. I really express regret for making everyone hope for nothing. Anyway, there's still more conventions to come. Wish to see you guys.

Still, we manged to go on the 2nd day. I was with Miyu ~sakuramiyu, my Mom and my younger sister. My Mom and my younger sister didn't enter the venue because they think they'll just get bored...

My day started as I found myself opening my _Mom's closet, trying to find something pleasant that could garnish my dress. Mission failed. My Mom almost caught me raiding her closet without _written permission.

The hall was almost occupied when we saw it. We managed to not to enter first and went straight to the CR. We learned our lesson; always fix yourselves first before entering the convention hall. Why? Last Ozine Fest '08, we entered the hall without almost everything, only clothes. We were really shocked to see Mr. Erving Go ~Huzafan at the entrance, asking for a photo of us. Grrr. I'm sure I looked something you even can't imagine in that photo. But now as I've said, we've learned our lesson. We're all fixed and everything inside the CR before we came out to face the crowd. When my Mom saw me coming out, she was like, “Dumaan si Marian Rivera!” (“Marian River passed by!) while walking to us together with my younger sister. They didn’t look thrilled, perhaps just astounded.

Even before entering the location, a group of cool cosplayers already asked us for photos. OMG! They’re cosplayers! Aren’t we supposed to be the one asking for their pictures? It’s not that I’m argumentative. I’m even besieged that people from the con appreciated my outfit. School... is driving me crazy. I can reply to comments from time to time but I can't view everything on my watchlist... Grrr. I'll be using computer from our school's library if lunch break permits me to but most probably I can't. Besides, I can only answer comments (and other typing stuff) because if the librarian sees me doing something else (like viewing a very colorful photo) that is not for school/research, I'll get an anecdotal...

So that's it. And btw, I haven't started with 100 Picture Challenge and now I'm planning on joining `zemotion's contest. Plus, there is still a pending request from my kiriban winner *SteveRiker about wedding and stuff. Hope time permits me to accomplish everything as soon as I can.

Toy Con

We're coming to Toy Con~! I'll be coming with my sister Miyu ~sakuramiyu. I'll be in a _sort-of black lolita dress with a very puffy mini-skirt. Miyu made me a mini top hat. I think Miyu won't be dressing up and she'll be serving as my photographer. I still can't confirm if I'll on the 2nd day or 1st. (cause I want to go on both days~!)

I got 4 students from school who'll be coming with me to Toy Con~! But I think they brought other friends of theirs so I can hang out with them. (I just met them the moment I invited them since I know that they're just as geek as me~!) One of the sempai that I invited told me that they'll be having a booth~! (stupid me for not asking the name of their booth) But please support them. If I see him, I'll help him selling stuff.

So that will be the main reason why I won't be that submit-this-submit-that for a while. Maybe I can work on weekends or have photoshoots with Miyu ~sakuramiyu in our house once in a while but not like this () anymore. School works really take you away from what you want!!! Still, I don't really know. I miss my classmates, but I'll miss vacation.

Maybe, for this school year I'll be working on 100 Picture Challenge~! Yeah! That's quite a lot. But since I can't concentrate on a shoot or two, I'll be working on random photos instead~! Though, the challenge is really hard...

Uhmm... Before our class starts, I'll be submitting as much deviation as I can since I would hardly be submitting the week after next week. I want a shoot but it can't be possible without Miyu as the photographer or the model. DESTINY can't perform well when one is missing~!

Omg. That was fast. I finished that entry in minutes and submitted it without seeing the preview first. Let me explain my side.

Okay. So I saw ~digitalpanda's gift for me and I was so thrilled that I rolled down the floor. That was literal. I'm so glad that someone gave it to me even if I'm not asking for it. Though, like what I said before, I made papansin but I never thought someone would mean it.

As I roll down the floor, the phone rang and it turned out to be my aunt who's telling me to tell what she's saying to me to my mom. I had everything she said listed in a piece of paper. After I hung up, all my excitement was gone. I mean, my aunt did spoil everything but I don't blame. I just lost interest on making a better journal entry. When I opened this page, I was already speechless. That's the main reason why it was that short.

Everyone in our house was like, "Nag- thank you ka na ba?" ("Did you say thank you already?") I mean, ~sakuramiyu and ~lian06liz were so amazed of my new avatar. And so was I~! My mom's also pretty amazed. I said thank you already, right?

SUMMER:
Summer has never been this burning before! The past summers are still endurable but summer is not! Even if I made the _electric fan fixed and turn it to the maximum level, I still feel hot. Good thing our house is made of wood. It could at least help in shrinking the heat.
Nowadays, I kept consuming softdrinks just to have something cold run down my throat. I don’t really drink softdrinks. Softdrinks has CFC. CFC have an effect on the Global Warming. Global Warning is the main reason why we experience hotness and drought. I wonder why keep drinking it when I’m conscious of its results.

I’m currently studying Ryan Cayabyab’s piece, Can This Be Love sang by Sarah Geronimo. Now, tell me how lame I am. I won’t consider you.
Can This Be Love is actually a very nice song. I haven’t seen the music video but I say that this song deserves a good music video. It was chosen as the theme song of a _fairly popular movie under the same title. It was released a year ago or two so maybe it’s not recognizable to my fellow Filipinos anymore. I was not even aware that it existed that time~! Well, what I am saying and only suppose to say, it’s really a nice song.
Another piece that I’m studying is Everlasting by BoA from her Everlasting 2006 Japanese hit single. Now a greater part of my readers can relate~! Yay! I don’t have to explain anymore. You know very well that BoA is a great singer and so is this song~!

PHOTOSHOP:
We just installed PS in our computers a couple of weeks ago. We’re not yet familiar to it yet. Well, I don’t really know about Miyu ~sakuramiyu but in my case, you can’t even call me a novice. If there’s a level below a novice, call me that. Miyu is such an artist~! She just opened the computer and sat there for one whole day and she’s already an expert~! She left me clueless!!! Except I kept comparing this event with UPAME '07.

I was so excited the night before. I even fit on my clothes before going to sleep. And when I finally lied down on my bed, I can't close my eyes~!

We went after lunch but it's as if my day started after entering the venue~! haha. The moment I entered, I saw a photographer asking if he could take my photo and I suppose that man was Kuya Erving ~huzafan. I have no make-up yet. Grr. I think about 4-5 people took my picture before I could apply make-up. But after putting the make-up and until before leaving, 20+ people took my photo.

Why am I mentioning this anyway?! _{I was so privileged that somebody appreciated my outfit. It's actually my first time going to a con all dressed-up.} It seemed that I've prepared so much for this event which is rather true.

I went with my whole family~! It's precise including my mom. To state, I'm with Miyu ~sakuramiyu, Ate Carla ~lian06liz, Carmela (who is unluckily very young to have a da account) and my mom (who is planning to create a da soon). We went as a one, big, cheerful family.

Before I forget, I went as the "H-ppy Bunny." Now, please provide that missing vowel. It's whichever an A or an O. I can't really settle on. I was both H'a'py and H'o'py that day~! I was in all pink. Fangirl enough. Miyu was dressed Oshare Kei fashion. She was arrogant type on that event. Maybe that was the main reason why nobody asked for her photo. She looked as if she's gonna sink her teeth into you! haha

And yah. I almost forgot! I saw a lot of my bishies. haha... Sorry for being egocentric. I now disown them. Can I put the list? I really can't defy it. Ate Kachan ~istriazel!!! Well, I don't really know how to call her. I saw her on the ongaku booth and I wanted to yell "ATE KACHAN!!!" but I decided to conduct myself. I was puzzled. Was 'chan' on Kachan an honorific? Because if I would call her Ate Kachan, then I would use 2 honorifics already~! haha... Now, please express amusement. That was a joke. Then, I saw Ate Cath ~dustiedoll. Ozine Fest '08

I'm coming with my sister Miyu ~sakuramiyu to Ozine Fest~! Yay! I'm really excited. And a bit nervous, too. I'm joining the Karaoke Sing Off again~! I really wanted to prove something about my singing.

By the way, I won't be going on the first day, but instead on the second day only. Grrr... I have school activities and other stuff to do on Saturday. Anyway, Miyu will be coming on both days and I bet she will cosplay. I just don't know the character. I will be coming wearing yukata. It is made by a tailor near our house and it's good for nothing...

San Mateo

Our province is in San Mateo, Rizal. I can't actually call it a province because it's already like a city when you go there. But anyway, we live really far from there. We're in Sta. Mesa, Manila. That's no one would doubt if I tell you that we're not really close with our cousins there. We're not even friends with them. I feel sad about it but I will be trying to get close to them. But right now, I have no idea.

I'm currently watching it. Kyaah! I love it. I recommend it for you to watch. I tell you, there's no episode you watch that you won't cry. Maybe you really won't if you're hard-hearted person... Just kidding.

haha... My exams just ended and I've got nothing to do. So I stole my mom's camera and grabbed my sister whose so damn serious on studying her lessons and asked her to take my photos. I didn't literally stole my mom's cam. She knew that it was with me but I didn't borrow it. And my sister will be having her exam the next day but since I forced her and we had fun doing it, it's probably alright with her.

At first, we were just thinking of having something for my deviant ID. But things got worse when we started thinking of having a minishoot to be uploaded here. Worse, I tell you, because we exactly have no idea on how to take good photos and we're just camwhores that take pictures randomly. Anyway, I'm glad it turned out fine.

And, we don't have money to pay you guys. I mean, you could use our photos if you want to practice or something or just help. I'm here to share my feelings about how people accepted my first deviation, [link] I was very excited to submit it when my eldest sister told me that it's beautiful. Without hesitation and with a lot of encouragement, I posted it. I was totally shocked when someone added it to their favorites. I never actually thought that somebody would like. Please tell me if I'm over reacting. I mean, I just received 1 comment and 2 favorites and I was overjoyed.

I like photography. Seriously, whenever somebody asks me what I would like to do in the near future, I would say that I wanted to be a singer and a pianist. But if that doesn't come to reality, then I would like to be a photographer. I would also love to be a writer/novelist.

I thank everyone for appreciating my work. I felt like submitting more deviations because of your encouragements so I thank everyone for being part of my first stage in photography. (Am I exaggerating my words?) XD
