On a more personal note, I've been stuck in bed (except for a few hours on monday, when I went rogue lol) since sunday! I hate hate hate being stuck in bed.

I have bad sinusitis, which is basically a yucky ear and throat infection Hurts to swallow, eat, drink, talk... exist. Ugh. I'm on antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, anti-histamine, decongestant and pain killers =/ Quite the cocktail of medicines, but whatever it takes to be able to actually function relatively normally! The antibiotics haven't kicked in yet, but tomorrow is day 5 so hopefully I will see results, otherwise it's back to the clinic for me to find out wtf is going on

Monday I braved the outside world because my sister was wedding dress shopping and I really didn't want to let her down. I paid sorely for it, but I'm glad I went. She so purdy in a big floaty sparkly dress hehe. Granted, I half passed out during the fitting, and I almost threw up in one shop (partly because the dresses were hideous, partly because I was in a bad way with the sinusitis), but I did manage to be objective lol.

So now I get to design my Maid of Honour dress (YAY)! I already pretty much know what I want... just have to get it on paper So excited heh. And being stuck at home for almost an entire week has given me much opportunity to look at dress styles and consider what properties the perfect dress should have to allow maximum manouverability for serious dancing (come on, you all know that from the second the band starts to the moment I get physically kicked off the dance floor, I will be seriously boogying on down ).

So yeah. Enough babble. I'm tired, and I'm hoping to be able to make my way over to uni tomorrow for some lectures (though the pain in my ears dictates otherwise) so I'm going to try and get some shut eye.

So today I was randomly mentioning to a couple of people how last night I couldn't sleep, and I was having hallucinations of sorts, but I thought it was just kinda like hyperactivity cos the pills I am taking for my cold keep me awake.

Little did I know that a known side effect of these pills is, in fact, hallucinations. I found this out after taking my most recent dose.

So yeah. Some things make more sense now lol.

I also have a swollen esophagus, which makes me burp a LOT and makes me teeth ache so I can't eat or chew gum or anything

Now, while I'm not chuffed about being a C student, I have come to terms with the fact that there's nothing I can do about it, and that's that. I passed. So if anyone wants to comment with anything like 'Oh I'm surprised you didn't get a higher grade in this or that' or anything about how I could have done better, don't, because I will be unimpressed.

Dude, I passed Pure Maths and English. Together. I'm freakin happy about that.

I'm going to uni today to talk to someone about my choice of courses. I can go into B.Sc. Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence on probation (which means that I have no room for failure at all) or go into B.Sc. Pure Maths and have room for failure... meh. I think I would be better off with the CSAI course, but I'm worried that if I fail a single module I'll be kicked out... Fucking D. If it were a C I wouldn't have this problem. POO.

[Edit] Final course choice: Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics. Yeah. Still on probation.

Anyway. On to the good stuff

So, yesterday I decided I'd finally get off my lazy arse and get up early to take some photos, except that my sister forgot to leave me the camera so when I woke up she was still asleep and I couldn't get it early enough to catch the sunrise.

So when I went to Valletta to sort my passport, I went a bit early to take some photos from Hastings, determined not to be defeated. But of course, Hastings had to be closed (STILL?!) and then I didn't have enough time to walk around to where I wanted to go to get good photos. Fuck it.

After much hassle with forgetting money and being told to wait in the wrong queue, I hand in my passport app. So far so good.

Went to the farm, and decided I might as well make the most of the time I had while waiting, so I tried to get some good shots of the views and sky. I thought they were ok.

Until now. Just uploaded and for some reason my cam is totally fucked up and everything is just off colour and eugh.

So Tara is in a bad mood and will attack photos as soon as PSP decides to stop being shitty and actually WORKS. Ugh.
