DA Artists and more:

I went and looked through a lot of deviations and added several artists to my watch list. It's pretty amazing to see how some artists change completely their style in time.
I have been for years and still am watching lots of people on DA, but I don't comment much on their art. I always look at every art that gets added, but I believe why say the same thing that somebody else or several people already said before. Especially with those that get LOTS and LOTS of comments. I think it's not necessary to repeat something. Plus what I learned over the years, some artists wont even give a comment back, at least a "Thank you" in their journal would be nice sometimes.
Another reason why I don't comment is also that I'm a very busy person. I am a wife, mother of two and a student at the same time. So my time is limited.
But I am going to say I have a lot of fun and joy in looking at the art and reading the comments. ^__^

Yes I wasn't completely happy with them, plus my time got less.
I have been making several Fancels since January 2003, but it's not the same as making a sketch and I really didn't feel like drawing anything.
Till about 3 weeks ago, when I just had the feeling to sketch again and made a sketch of my own creation, nothing good, but it helped me getting back into drawing. A good friend of mine shown me this site several times with her own art and I broke down a few days ago and signed up.
Looking at all these sketches, CG and just the enviroment gives me the feeling again to get back into drawing and it feels just great. I had some great comments and it really gets me motivated. I also will start trying to make my own creations from now on since I started making fancels I wanted to make something original over time, so getting back into drawing will help me with that.
