It's been a lot of work, aspecially that I have to work on some other things now, an I had to hurry up.
The drawing is 40x30cm tall, but the faces are like 3 cm long - hard to achieve likeness. When you paint sth big you also have a big safety margin. Here when your hand goes 3 mm to the left it changes everything.

Brads face was easier to draw even though I had to change the illumination completely. But his face is seen frontally which is much easier to draw. whereas Angelinas face isn't. I had to pay attention to her nose shape, lips shape, and try not to make her croosseyed. Any small mistake was a big mistake. I wasn't sure if I would finish because of it. I would really want to thank all of you guys who commented on "The Autumn Rain" (and all my other works including main page) lately. Unfortunatelly I can't reply to ever comment. :/ I'm glad you like it so much and think it's worth a DD. It means a lot to me. Thanks for all the favs as well - given to this piece or other ones.

This is a message that one will see under all of my portraitures that I have created or will create using a photo as a reference :***No grid has been used to create this portraiture*** .

Why? Well... this is my own personal belief, so no one who uses grid shoul fell offended. I just think that artists skills are not only about laying shades over sth that has been copied (literally) from the photo but about capturing likeness without the help of such stuff. (!)

I'm not really sure what I should write here exept that I hope I will enjoy staying here and you will enjoy watching my works.

And here is a story, that I once got via mail, and I really love it. Tears (of happiness) come to my eyes every time I read it
