That reminds me, Christmas is just around the corner, and not everyone is festive about it yet here in the Philippines. I'm supposed to see Christmas lights, singing goblins, erm.. I mean elves, and tons of Santas. But I dont. Did the spirit of Christmas die? Or is it mainly because of the fact that our Christmas here in the Philippines depends on superficial ideas and tends to skip the really important concept of the Holiday? Isn't it supposed to be CHRISTmas? A season of giving, because of One's gift of life to all? A season of Joy, because of one's promise of Salvation? A season of Bonding, because of one's desire to give hope to broken families and relationship? Isn't Christmas for the Christ?

Even if many say that the birth of Jesus is nowhere near the date, and that the romans changed the date to Decemberish to suit their old pagan festival(Which I believe is true), It wouldn't matter, as we're suppose to celebrate His birth everyday, for each day we live, he gave(And that also applies to His death, Resurrection, Miracles, Ascension, everything. And don't even think of that by celebrating them you'd get more holy, especially if you live a life that contradicts it.)

Think about it.
