I watch a lot of baby shows when mother's are giving birth. And you can tell that both parents have found a new love that they never knew about. I'm no mother, but from the parents expressions, I know they love that feeling of loving their baby. In a way, that's how I felt with God when I truly fell in loved with Him. It's more than knowing that He died on the Cross for me or that He healed people from their sickness, or any of the great Bible stories. Any one can read the Bible as if it is a book report, but when you actually sit down, and listen to Him and let Him take over your life, you'll begin to find that love that we all thought we never had, His Love. He created me so I have everything that He is, but you'll only have it if you know if it's there. And now, I'm going deeper in myself to fin out that I really do have God's blood in me. I have that overwhelming love that He has for me, which is freaking awesome!

Even my prayer life is almost exciting now. When I first started to pray, I would try to use big words sometimes or I would just pray for very little things, that was when I was a baby believer at the time. Then I started to pray for more things, like food, shelter, for my family, protection. I can honestly say that my prayers are more in dept, but I don't just come to Him for me me me, I praise Him and thank Him. I was even more excited when I began to speak in tongues. These are things I thought I'd never be able to do! Now, my prayer life is amazing. Rather than being afraid to ask him for things and to be open to him, I pray as if He is right next to me, like He's my best friend and I'm talking to Him being totally honest, open, and transparent with Him. And I love that I can talk to the Maker of this World as if He's a person sitting right next to me. Ever since I became more open to him, I'm becoming more and more trusting to Him. Which is what I've been trying to do this whole summer. Now that I'm more comfortable with Him, and I believe He's ready to do something drastic with me.

I can't believe since middle school to after high school what God has done with me. If you were me, you'd understand what I'm coming from. This is from a girl who didn't even think she could understand the Bible at all and is now teaching Sunday school to middle school kids. This from a girl who had the worst self-esteem as child and pre-teen to having the greatest confidence because of God and her confidence is increasingly growing. This from a girl who lost her home of thirteen years to Hurricane Katrina and having had a hard time getting use to San Antonio and is now being blessed everyday because of Lord of the Harvest Church(I love that church as if it is my home!). I'm excited for the plans that God has planned for me because I know that He is about do something with me. What it might be, I have no idea, but I know it's something that will push me deeper into Him and I'll soon know more to Him than ever.



Salvation Prayer

Heavenly Father in the Name of Jesus, I believe what you did on the cross for me and that you made me free from my own sins. I repent from all the sins I've done and welcome and accept your forgiveness and love. I asked that you baptize me in your Holy anointing and help me live the life you've predestined me to live, in Jesus name, Amen.

Wow, I haven't updated this journal in centuries lol. I just wanted to say to all my buds out there, though i kinda erased my deviant watch list, but I'll probably end up watching you guys all over again.

God has done so much for me since the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009, I've changed so much now that I think about it. I don't doubt myself, I look at everything with a positive look, I lost weight(praise God), I'm becoming a leader at church and I even taught my own class already. I feel like I'm just understanding what God has been trying to work in me, but not completely you know. I still have areas in my life that I need to correct and make better. Unfortunately, I haven't been drawing lately because I've been so focused on school since this my last year in high school, but I'll try to be led by God what to draw for his Gospel.

Wow this is a good release to let out, even if no one reads this, I'm glad I'm letting this out on myself. I tend to keep emotions stuck inside so long that I'll explode. I plan to be back on DA but only to promote God's word and his word only(and maybe some other stuff too.)

Hi everyone. I hope anyone who reads this journal will learn something. The word strife means bitter, sometimes violent conflict or dissension. As I can see, DA has a lot of strife going on right now. Not just on DA, but in our personal lives as well. And it's mostly been involved around Christianity and Homosexuals.

Christians aren't God himself, we're the image of Christ. So don't expect Christians to be truly perfect, because we're not, but we strive for perfection until it is time for us to go home with our Heavenly Father. Also, not all Christians are as crazy as some can be, but it's not always a great excuse for anyone to not believe in God because of a religious person. If anyone refuses to believe in God, then we can't do anything about that but pray for them and hope they turn around. Christians are to be Jesus' light because he is the Light of the World. If anyone is even curious about God, then look for him, He is there, waiting patiently for us. He's not a God of Destruction, He's the God of Peace. He wants us to live in harmony with each other, not kill each other with our words.


Now with Homosexuality, yes, God has given the gift to love whoever we want to love, but that can lead us into trouble. We are suppose to love everybody, even our enemies. I always say this, God created Man and Woman to become as one in marriage. Not Man and Man or Woman and Woman to be one in marriage. Living the life of having sex with other sexes and the same sex, or heck, any kind of lust and sexual impurity is sin not just to God, but sin against your own body. I have many friends who are either Bi or Gay, but I told one of my lesbian friends that i would NEVER support Homosexuality because it's a sin and it goes against what I believe. I know some people will be mad at me for this, but this is from me, with every care for anyone who is reading this. Don't be blinded by sin, even if you're in love with the wrong person, it can easily be a huge mistake.


On a personal note for my family on DA, I'm going to be transparent with all of you and I won't say any names. The comics aren't doing anything. It makes you feel better but is this the answers to the problems, no, it's another thing that's making the problem BIGGER. The complain, the insulting, the gossip, it's getting like it's high school all over again. We should use our art for God, not to get at somebody.
as for the other, everybody is struggling right now, you're not the only one. Don't be a reason why the family splits, be a reason why the family is as strong in Christ as we should be. I recall you also said I'm too young and naive to understand things of God, 1 Timothy4:12, I may be the youngest, but I'm not anyone's fool. I do applaud you for getting the Gospel out, but don't stay in one area, not everybody is dealing with the same sin.

I love all of you, we shouldn't be fighting like this. We are God's children and he didn't raise us up to be fighting each other. I'm not the most greatest Christian, but I know when something needs to stop, and this strife needs to STOP. I didn't mean to make like a super long essay, but I had to let this out.

Man o man, I praise God everyday. Um, I usually don't post a lot about myself on DA but man, I feel the need to share this. You know that feeling when you feel as though something in you is ready to change? Now this is in regards in a spiritual feeling, not emotional or mentally feelings. I remember something my youth Pastor's wife said at a retreat, "we're going to be on a Pivotal Change". At the time, I didn't fully understand, but man, I feel like my spirit isn't comfortable anymore, it's ready to do something that I don't even know. You know how changes can be uncomfortable, but they end up being a great change, well that's my spirit right now.

I'm not rushing God to do anything, it is all on him, but I'm excited and nervous about this whole thing......Anyway, if you feel the same as me, your spirit may be ready to do something and you may feel like,"what the heck is going on", then it may be God about to make a HUGE change in your life. Just go with it, even if you don't know where the road leads to, it's God leading anyway, and he'll never leave us astray. See ya!

You know what, I'm not going to throw a pity party every time I'm in a big problem. Jesus is my savior and he'll take me out of such problems. No more tears, no more frustration, no more arguments, I'm Brenale darn it lol! I'm not suppose to be moping around, I bring smiles to people when they're sad Everybody disregard that other journal, I'll never give up like that again. I was very upset and stressed out about a lot of things when I wrote that journal. I run to Jesus when I'm scared because he knows all the answers and he knows when his children are not joyful inside. I'm going to read up in my word, not in depression, but I'm going to read my word with joy and victory.

, you're right, I'm not going to be punished when I speak what is right. From now on, I will speak for God's righteousness and his glory, even when people are sensitive to this subject, but I'm not going to judge or condemn any of you, because I make mistakes as well. You wanna know who's giving me this joy back, it's God, that's all it is.

If anyone is feeling like they're at rock bottom, just run to Jesus, believe me, he'll pick you up again, he'll never leave or forsake us. God, I'm so happy to be joyful again, even in a bad storm in my life.

Well Hi everybody, I'm just dropping in to say hello to everybody and thank the people who took the time to read my last journal. Now this really doesn't mean that I'm back on because I'm still a Christian in training. Hopefully I can touch everybody lives with Jesus, even the ones that don't believe in him. I know it's said that everybody can't be saved, but my mission is to get everybody to believe in him. So don't ever think that YOU can't receive the blessings of God, everybody is chosen to live the life that God intended to give you.

I might be on tomorrow, might not, it depends. Right now, I'm still in the progress of becoming a stronger Christian. You can still e-mail me if you really want to speak to me

Well hello everybody, I hope everybody is great because I'm very blessed today. I learned something new about my salvation with Jesus Christ. That our salvation isn't just to keep us out of Hell, but to Glorify his Awesome Name. Right now, I feel as though i put everything before Jesus besides putting him first........this was the Good news, here comes the bad news....

I'm taking myself off of DA right now. Not deleting my account, but I'm not going to be on anymore. I don't know how long this will be, but my Spirit is hungry for God's Presence. I can't say no to my Spirit because I know it's God speaking to me right now.

Now this is a great thing you guys, when I come back, I'm going to be an even more mature Christian and I'll have a stronger relationship with my Heavenly Father. I love you guys and if you don't know Jesus yet, I strongly suggest that you want to get to know him a lot

So yeah, this is my last time on DA....for now, bye and be very blessed.

Well I know what you guys are asking,"What is she talking about". Well

at Church today, I'm always there early because you have to be there

if you want to be in Choir. And what they do, they always pray before

the service starts. And it's a really good feeling when you're inside

praying with people who are crazy for Jesus, the presence is

unbelievable. I always go in there to pray to myself because most of

the leaders pray out loud on the microphone. And today, the Praise

and Worship Leader seen me there as usual......she asked me to
pray

out loud this time I was so nervous because the way they pray

or how powerful their prayers are, i felt like i couldn't do it like

them. She told me there isn't a right way of Praying, just let the

Holy Spirit lead me. At first i was so scared to do it, but then, i just

let it out. I prayed out loud. I know it may seem silly, but to me,

that was a big step for me because i stepped out of my comfort

zone for once. It felt really awesome after and the Worship Leader

said so as well. I felt that i should share that

Hi guys Well finally, 2007 is coming to an end, it seems it was just the beginning of it yesterday. Well i want to give you all my favorite verse for if things you wanted to happen this year happened, but there is hope.

Matthew9:27-30

Verse 27 - As Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed Him, shouting loudly, Have pity and mercy on us, Son of David!

Verse 28 - When He reached the house and went in, the blind men came to Him, and Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes, Lord.

Verse 29 - Then He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith and trust and reliance [on the power invested in Me] be it done to you;

Verse 30 - And their eyes were opened. And Jesus earnestly and sternly charged them, See that you let no one know about this.

I love these verses because the blind men in the story really believed that Jesus can give them sight. Jesus even asked them "Do you believe i can do this?" They answer yes and he did the miracle.

If you're hoping for healing, money, house, cars, patience, anything, you read these verses and just believe that Jesus can make it happen for you, all you need to do is be the one to believe that'll happen.

So be believing this 2008 year for what you really need, believe me, it'll happen. My parents been wanting to get a bigger house, but they had money problems, and the last month of 2007, a miracle happened, money came to us from our deceased grandfather, and now we HAVE a new house and we'll be moving in this January. It's almost crazy i tell ya

And ofcourse, if you want Jesus into your heart, i'll have this prayer up forever:

Hi everybody I would like to share something from the Bible i read today. It was in 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11, 14-18. It says in 9-11,"

Verse 9 - For God has not appointed us to [incur His] wrath [He did not select us to condemn us], but [that we might] obtain [His] salvationthrough our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)


Verse10 - Who died for us so that whether we are still alive or are dead [at Christ's appearing], we might live together with Him and share His life.

Verse 11- Therefore encourage (admonish, exhort) one another and edify (strengthen and build up) one another, just as you are doing.

What i received from this is to not condemn any body because Jesus didn't make us to condemn us, He did it so we can live a Joyful life and after life. And also that us Christians are to share the Gospel as well and to encourage others too.

Verse 14 - And we earnestly beseech you, brethren, admonish (warn and seriously advise) those who are out of line [the loafers, the disorderly, and the unruly]; encourage the timid and fainthearted, help and give your support to the weak souls, [and] be very patient with everybody [always keeping your temper].

Verse 15 - See that none of you repays another with evil for evil, but always aim to show kindness and seek to do good to one another and to everybody.

Verse 16 and 17 - Be happy [in your faith] and rejoice and be glad-hearted continually (always);Be unceasing in prayer [praying perseveringly];

Verse 18 - Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will].

What i received from these verses is to help anybody that has made a mistake and to calm them down. Also not to lose your temper with anybody that might always question you about the Gospel.



I know its a lot to read but please hear me out, i know in the past on this website, i haven't really showed or portray myself as a good Christian, but all i want to do is make anybody life that hasn't been the best lately be a great life. All you need to do is give your heart, mind and soul to God. You can say the Sinner Prayer in many ways, but it only matters if you truly believe it in your heart. And if anybody read this or prayed it, you are renewed and you have Jesus in your heart now.

Hey thanks 4 the 4,000 views you guys, i really appreciate yall support and stuff, unfortunately, i probably won't draw pic this time because im sick and im busy in school, but thank u lots


Okay, i went to the doctor Wednesday because for like two and a half weeks, i've been really sick. I thought it might have been my allergies acting up pretty badly, but i finally went to the doctor and they did a couple of tests on me. Like putting a mask on my face to help me breathe better because my biggest problem is my breathing. Then they X-Rayed me, or mostly my chest, to see if my lungs were okay. Then finally after a few minutes, the doctor walks in and says, "you have pneumonia". I was like, excuse me lol. But praise God that it isn't so bad that they had to keep me in the hospital. I've been taking my medicine and stuff. But the worst thing about having pneumonia is the fact that i can't do any active things, such as dancing or marching in ROTC and not singing So yeah, if i don't get better by this Wednesday, im gonna have to go back to the doctor, which i hope don't happens to me. So keep me in yall prayers please

My gosh, im in P.T.(physical training) in my JROTC class. Today was my second day doing P.T.(physical training)And I'm so SORE!!!Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks,and running. I really do suck at running though lol, my shin bones are like killing me as of right now. And i'll be there in the morning...at 6:45 in the morning. But Praise God, i'll be losing weight doing this. Well, im off to either eat or study 4 some tests coming up. PEACE!!

Oh my gosh, what a BLESS weekend. This christian retreat was what i needed. I'm so happy aand free of bitterness. Jesus really broke me down. He took all my unforgiveness out of my heart. I don't even know what to say, I'm so freaking HAPPY Man, im telling all of u guys and gals who read this journal, recieve Jesus in ur heart. He'll take all of ur problems, bitterness, issues from u. In replacement, he'll give u outstanding JOY! So, im so committed to him now, im going to take myself off the computer for 30 days, so yes, u guys will not hear from me in a long time, but its a very good thing for me. I love God sooooooo much, i have to commit myself to him this whole 30 days, or month. I love all u guys, so this is my last journal till the end of my 30 days, so yeah, PRAISE GOD
