Today's the 21st (obv.) so that means theres 3 days until my birthday and Im kind of excited but not really.. According to my mom, Ive already gotten everything shes going to be giving me and I have no idea what Im getting from my grandparents.. hopefully they're gonna be uber generous and give me money this year... I got a cedar hope chest from the last year for my birthday so who knows.. I have to remember to call my Uncle Mickey on the 24th and wish him a happy birthday. I know.. we share the same birthday, innit cool? haha

So while I was at work yesterday or sometime yesterday, I got a phone call from Kohl's inviting me to come to their job booth to hear about the part time positions. I really want to work somewhere other then Macys but I dont want to miss out on the Holiday commish at Macys by leaving now. I wonder if they'll let me come to Kohl's in January.. hmmm... I dunno. I guess i'll go and see what the part time position is all about first of all then I'll decide... I might go now if it means more hours and theres commission.

I had heard from Kohls earlier in the month... I'd gotten a letter that said "Thank you for applying and interviewing with Kohls Department Stores. At this time we arent able to offer you a full time position. However, we would like to keep you in the running for a part-time position."

The only way Im leaving Macys to go to Kohls if if the part-time hours is at least 20-25 and if there is commission. Because I make 9.5/hr + commission at Macys and my top rate is 14.53.

Pee.Ess ;; On a side note, I had an interview with Kohls last monday for the Full-time Sales Specialist position for Shoes and I havent heard anything negative yet so Im really hoping that I get it. Cause I srsly need more hours and more money so I can..

a. Pay off my credit card debt
b. Buy a new car
c. Save money
d. Move into my own apartment

Lots to accomplish but I know I can do it and it helps knowing someone thats going to be a manager there.

Pee. Ess. Ess ;; Well I need to get my tokus to bed cause I have to open at work tomorrow, which means I have to be up at 7am. XD but the good thing is that Im off at 5:45. woohoo

I had all my programs, fonts, brushes, graphics, documents. and now I come home from going to a movie with my mom and my computer is back to factory settings M I N U S all of my stuff. I even did a system restore back to June 23rd and it said it restored successfully but my stuff is still gone and I mean everything that Ive had on my computer since getting it in 2002 is G O N E.

just a small list of stuff
- fonts (like 700 in addition to what came on my computer)
- graphics (icons, banners, layouts, celeb pics, photos of my family i'll never have on my computer, icons/banners/layouts that ive requested from people, pics of friends that i'll never get back)
- brushes (psp, adobe ps, & adobe ps cs 2)
- documents (layout codes, graphic codes, stories ive written, letters from people i'll never see again, chatlogs)

I have the ultimate of bare necessities left on my computer right now. hopefully i can get what viruses that i have on here off and i'll have all my stuff back.


sooooo

that means Im going on a bit of a hiatus.

Its almost 3am (i have to be up in 3 hours for work, havent gone to bed yet), I've spent the last 3 hours working on a doll and it was turning out totally kick ass and was almost completely baseless than I do one little thing screwballed and PSP goes and freezes on me

Why does this always have to happen to me? Cause of course, I'll come back to do it later and not remember what it looked like. Oh well, I better get to bed anyway... *sigh*


Good News!!!
I went to Jack in the Box after work tonight to get dinner.. the person that took my order was a woman and when i got up to the window it was a guy (that i havent seen the last couple times ive gone through the drive thru and he isnt that bad too look at hehe) and he goes "Well hey.. its been a while since ive seen you." and I was like "Ohh well yeah.." (silly little blond girl that i am lol) and I go to hand him my license and debit card (back of card says CID) and he gives me a smirk and says "Ohh you go ahead and keep that. I dont need to see it unless you want me to know where you live." of course I giggled in response and smiled shyly. and he goes "cause I might want to stalk you... unless you dont want me to than I wont... but if you do want me to stalk you I will." and I laughed and said "Ohh well it doesnt matter... I work at the mall." than he asked if I wanted any sauce and i said "mmm I think ranch." than he hands me the bag and says "Mmmm I hope I see you again soon." and I actually blushed and was like "Yeah... goodnight." ...and he actually wasnt a dork... he was cute about it and he wasnt that bad looking... facial hair/tattoos which i love and he flirted with me which totally made my night cause i was having a right shitty day... so yeah my night turned out REALLY bloody good.


And yeah its 3am, and my shift is 8:30-5:30 (on a bloody fucking FRIDAY) and I have to be up at 6. so that I can take a shower and stuff and have time to think about what Im going to wear (on the off chance that cute guy from JitB might come thru the mall ((damnit.. I didnt say I was at macys... why didnt I say I work at Macys? D= )) and than I can do my makeup and still have time to go to Safeway to Starbucks to get a Frappucinno and a blueberry scone... mmmm


Hoping I'll be able to update things sometime this weekend... maybe tonight after i get home from work before i go see Knocked Up.

I don't normally do these in my journal but I felt it needed to be done.

is an amazingly talented digital artist and her work is going unappreciated because she isnt drawing what people 'demand' of her. And to expect something like that of someone is rude. She is an extremely talented multi-fandom/OC artist and her deviations are AWESOME She seriously has more talent in her little pinky than most of us (myself included) have in both hands. Give her the credit where credit is do...you know all and I do mean ALL of her art kicks ass. So give her a break and just enjoy what she draws and takes the time to submit for everyone to see. Ok? mmm thanks.
