Now, with that being said and out of the way, I have a little photo tip for you all and hopefully this will throw some ideas into your head. one of the things which I love to do is use a very long lens to study the landscape. Think 300mm and longer here. Of course this requires a tripod to really get a sharp shot and usually fstops at around f16. This though opens up a whole new world to you and your images. Meet my new best friend "Sunny" and what a story he is.
The story with Sunny is rather unique and crazy & I think Klaus is smiling down from the Rainbow Bridge and looking out for me. It seems rather ironic that the last journal I wrote I was telling how I had put my beloved German Shepherd to sleep and how I spent my 4th of July spreading out his ashes at his favorite spot in the forest and now I am writing this journal, the next one, to introduce you all to the dog I have nicknamed "Awesome Dog". * I have gotten quite a few inquiries asking if I would be selling calendars on DA this year. The answer to that question is yes, and over the next couple of weeks I will be uploading a lot of photos for that very purpose.

Fall. All I can say is that wow what a time and it isn't even over yet. In the coming weeks I am planning out another Fall photo meetup for local Coloradoans at Fairmount Cemetery for Fall color. I love that place and it is going to be a blast! That being said....

The last few weeks have been utterly insane. Our annual Fall meetup was fun, had a great time and met a LOT of new people from G+ who joined us.
