                <description><![CDATA[ I stumbled upon this pic in the popular section and I am confused whether one calls it a copying or actualy an 'inspired' artwork?<br />
The picture is this  <a href="http://yue-iceseal.deviantart.com/art/Drifter-of-Ice-Wizard-73185119">[link]</a> vs. the picture similar from a gaming website <a href="http://www.pcgames.com.cn/netgames/photo/0506/pic/pcZerA0505060302_thumb.jpg">[link]</a> ? Looking at the one from DA there are very subtle similarities between the two, like the shoulder postions and the face looking down on the viewer...I mean is this an artisticly inspired creation or simple tracing?<br /><br /> ]]></description>
