Ahhh.....what a great holiday!

I've just returned home this morning for Singapore, Malaysia- Kuala Lumpur and Thailand -Phuket.

I never knew how much i loved the beach, but then again who wouldn't love crystal clear waters and the blinding white sand of Phuket, Thailand?
I didn't get as many shots as i would have liked to because i was enjoying my holiday instead of working . But im sure there is a few i can still post up.

Can't say much about Singapore only that it's just like Sydney but cleaner. And there's just a whole lot of shopping centers everywhere. It will be good to go back once their version of the London eye is complete next year.

Malaysia is pretty cool. Petrona twin towers are incredibly huge! I couldn't fit them in a shot unless i layed down on the ground, but even then i'd end up cutting off the points. It's nice and cheap there for shopping and easy to get around due the their mono-rail system.

Well its good to be back. but unfortunately it is back to reality, and i have to finish up my portfolio and look for jobs- so i can afford another holiday. Hopfuly Japan and if not that , then South Africa in 2010 for the World cup

i'll post up some photos soon

If there is anyone out there who explain what is vexel art and how it is different from vector art. I can see that there is a difference- but i wonder if it has the same or similar idea to creating vector art.
Your knowledge how ever great or small will be muchly appreciated!

Ive recently started a new vector drawing using Flash.
My subject is Kate Moss. Im using a photo of her i googled. im finindg it really hard beacause its in black and white, and the Vector im doing is in colour so i have to make up tones and what not. And to make it harder the photo is very small, so defining where one part starts and one ends is a bitch.

So far- i have done her face minus the mouth. It looks shocking!

Anyway, wish me luck. Hopefully it turns out good enough to post.
