06/10/08 - I got a note back from ~ManuelMishonu, where she told me that she's too busy to keep up with this club.
And, since the other moderator has decided to quit, this leaves me on my own.
Therefore, I have decided to close this club down. There are barely any active members left in here and the club needs a serious clean up. Plus, I'm already a moderator over at ~Junangeki, so I can't keep up with this place. Which, in other words, means;

KYO-LOVE IS HEARBY OFFICIALLY DEAD. I'm sorry, guys.

If you want to, you can always join

, my new Kyo club. It's new, fresh and filled with active members.

With this, I now leave you guys. It's been a pleasure to moderate this club for you!

9/28/05- My entry to the chibi Kyo contest has been entered. Waiting for one more before I can close the contest. (If you're working on one, note me or comment to this journal entry so the contest won't close before you bring it in. I'd be happy to have 2, 3, or even 4 more entries!)
9/26/05- I ( ~ManuelMishonu ~_^) have decided to join the contests too. Partly due to low turnout, but also because now I have more free time on my hands then the first few weeks of school. Come enter the contests if you dare to face me. (

I'll play fair.) May the best entries win! This means that the mod pick awards will be solely judged by ~dudeitstegan . Remember, even though we haven't come up with the prizes yet doesn't mean you won't get public recognition among our 80-some members if you win.

It's obviously politcally driven to shut him up because he speaks out for the underdog and tries to let the public keep informed on important issues the US government would rather us remain ignorant and therefore complacent about.

You can see why it's important enough of a point to raise in a mostly unrelated club. (People like Kyo could get arrested for performing a concert that criticizes the government XP That's my reason for posting this and I'm sticking to it!)

Please fellow Kyo fans, read about it. If you're informed, you're already helping to protect your rights to legally criticize the US government (who really NEEDS to be criticized at the moment >_< ) .

This also gives me an idea for our next contest. Details will be provided at a future date.

7/10/06-It's about time we had another contest! Hmmm....as for the theme??? It's summer time, and I know everyone usually hates their crappy summer jobs. SO! draw Kyo working a summer job(that has nothing to do with the band). Examples: fast food resturants, lawn care, etc. BE CREATIVE!

6/4/06- It has been confirmed that Dir en Grey will not be performing at the first three shows of the Family Values Tour in the United States, because they have a couple of Tokyo shows they were preschedualed for. link here: [link]

Description:
Okay guys, this contest is all about Kyo crying. The word you need to have in mind while drawing your entry is "SADNESS". Not anger or hate, SADNESS. Draw Kyo looking all sad, crying. Make him look heart broken. Catch the emotion well in the drawing, and you're the winner. ;D (Confusing? Note *Sato-ri!)
Since I personally think this is a rather beautiful emotion to draw, I'd like to say "no chibis", but that's up for you to decide. Though I think it's a lot more moving to see a more realistic/grown-up Kyo crying, than seeing a chibi crying. Just my two cents. ;3

Rules:
1. Kyo has to be crying in the drawing.
2. TEARS, people! Important.
3. Keep it pg 13.
4. No tracing/copying off an already made picture. The only exception for copying is if you are making a collage, and it needs to be relevant to the contest.

Rules:
1. It must be a drawing of Kyo.
2. Please be creative. ^^
3. It must have our club's name on it. Our logo "feel the Kyo love" is optional, but hoped for.
4. Size needs to be small enough to not be cropped when it's put up. So the width should be less than 400 pixels.
5. Send us the link to the picture in a note as soon as you can.
6. There is no limit to how many entries you can send in.
ps: if you feel you need to edit your deviation entry after its been sent, that's absolutely fine.

DEADLINE: July 31st is the last day to submit. (If we have less than 10 entries up by then we will extend that deadline at our discretion and we'll put up the extended deadline date.)

PRIZE:

Thanks for all your suggestions & ideas.
The topic is 'Lyrics'.
Just draw a picture that represents one of DEG's lyrics. It can be a single line or a whole song. It doesn't *have* to have Kyo but of course, it is definitely reccommended.
It will be judged on how well it represents the 'feel' of the lyrics.
Those who don't participate may help me judge if they have any sort of instant messenger (preferrably AIM), though if you decide not to participate because you want to judge... well, participate.
END DATE IS THE 1st of January OR when I get lots of submissions. Don't procrastinate, but if anyone needs that deadline to be extended, send me a note.
