Elf! But my Elves are different. They’re not graceful or immortal or any crap like that. They’re a conniving with a streak of racism and a taste for power.

Lots. He’s very pretty and very tall (for his time period). He also has sort of a weird taste in fashion – it comes from growing up in a wealthy, very female-centric family.

He’s rather antisocial, which makes him a little eccentric, seeing as he is King and all. A lot of people find him (personality-wise) completely insufferable and childish, but those people tend to be ones that deal with him in a business setting. Normally, well, he’s spoiled, I’ll tell you that much. He can be very friendly though, when he feels comfortable and knows no one will ask him to do anything. Magic-wise, though, he’s very unusual. He’s extremely powerful and completely self-taught.

+ What would be his/her most recognizable feature(s)? +
Very blue eyes and a discolored patch across his nose.

+ Would you consider your OC as attractive? +
Yes, attractive. Not cute, sadly. Lynx has a soft spot for anything cute but he doesn’t pull it off himself. Jiao does. : )

Yes. He’ll get annoyed a lot, but he’s actually pretty difficult to anger. Unfortunately, when he does get angry, it’s usually overreacting.

+ Does your character ever get depressed? +
Haha. That whole tirade with his sister left him drastically incapacitated. He got over it by becoming cynical tho. He’s usually pretty practically minded, but has fits of self-pity.

+ Leader or Follower? +
Both. He leads when he has to and is really good at it. He’s normally very passive though, and will just kind of go along with the flow, at least, until something drastic happens or someone ticks him off. Then he’ll take over.

+ What is the main aspect of his personality? +
Lynx has sort of a difficult personality to quantize. If he had grown up in a different environment, I think he’d be a total flirt. He has a lot of natural charisma about him that (now) he feels too unconfident and unhappy to utilize. He’s an amazing leader when circumstances warrant it and that’s the only time he displays that sort of behavior. He has a lot of different sides to his personality – he can go from being passive to being the center of attention in seconds. As a result of the trauma he experienced, he has a deeply sarcastic and cynical streak that a lot of people don’t even realize is there. He covers it up with the extreme politeness expected of his station. He’s very smart and he’s very quick witted when he wants to be, but he’s distanced himself to such an extent from the rest of the world that he comes off as cold and rather careless. His sense of humor is a little off, but you’d have a hard time getting past the sarcasm to find it. Lynx is one of the most powerful magic users alive, but is deeply uncomfortable with his magic. He’s an amazing swordsman and tactician, but hates showing off and exudes such an aura of not caring about anything that most find his weapon skills actually quite surprising.

Nope. Lynx’s father, Tamaen, died when he was very young, leaving him all alone with his mother and older sister. His mother, Queen Elricia, was a little on the insane side (comes from inbreeding) and she died four years before the story starts. Her daughter, Elania V, took over the throne for a while, but died under mysterious circumstances, forcing Lynx to take over the Lynxbladi throne (as Kan Makael III).

+ Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events? +.
Hell, yes. Poor guy. I feel bad for him. Lynx was always really close to his sister (a little too close some may say), but they began drifting apart after Elania became Queen. Elania eventually chose to marry Regent Okirun of Artensia, an engagement Lynx entirely disapproved of. On Elania’s PR procession through Lynxblade, her escort (including Lynx) was attacked by D’nani rebels. Trying to save herself and her brother, Elania employed a large amount of mind-element magic, which had the unfortunate side effect of unbalancing Lynx’s precarious mental state. College had made me insane. Well, let me rephrase that. College here IS insane and it brings out the inherent crazy in all the people that choose to come here. Where is here? CMU. Go Wikipedia it. Then Wikipedia the KGB and the Kiltie Band. Yes. You see what I mean.

Anyway, Computer Science for the win. I am now a Computer Scientist. A very bad one at that, but I have all the shirts and crap and stuff and I live in Wean Hall. The distinction is very small. Also, I have gone from sleeping 11 hours a night to sleeping about 6 in a very shot period of time. I've also waisted most of my current meal blocks on coffee. Mmm...caffeine...

So! New art. Sort of. Done instead of doing my homework and/or sleeping. There will be more art soon too, as 21-127 just breaks my mind and I end up drawing obsessively. Right, it turns out that my little brother of all people got the last kiriban at 500 -_-;; Instead of a picture, he is getting Samurai Legend Musashi pants. They are his present for going through pages upon pages of anime until he found my DA account. I will post a picture of them when I finish. Those orange things are HELL, tho.
