1: My court case finally got dropped 3weeks ago and i'm finally off curfew which lasted 15months!!!!!

2: I have 1341 deviations to view and about 200 messages.... dear lordy!

3: Over the last week i had a revelation!!! (not those chocolates you buy) and yeh i want to start uploading some new stuff on here so keep those eyes freshly peeled!!

My statement of intent was to basically produce a range of pieces within different situ's using only materials i could find around me. Using urban art as a starting point and then working in the footsteps as such artists as Heather Jansch and Andy Goldsworthy i would produce pieces that would only work in the given location so i would have to think of idea once at the area so it would work with the surroundings. The only preparation i could do was to think of different scenarios and what i would be likly to find.

To make my locations totally random i had a map of North Devon and asked a total of 13 class mates to place a 10p piece sumwhere on the map. I would then draw around the 10p and this would be the area i would be able to work in.I travelled by bike and slept overnight if needs be.

Due to the time scale of the examine i only managed to visit a total of 6 sites.

I only used a basic tool kit i.e. masking tape, penknife, camera and myself etc

Final pieces were a set of framed photos - which earned me a cash prize, a place in another exhibition and A Distinction for my final grade. So one happy chappy here. Although i wudnt have made it through if it wernt for a few people!

Il post my pieces over a few weeks i think. they get better!

Anyways College is over!!!! Just had our private view on Monday for the exhibition we put up was a great laugh cos well....there was free booze Also some high up judges came in yesterday and i got a £100 prize for my work and a slot in another exhibition in a bigger Gallery! XD there were 5 of us in total that were picked. I'l have to submit my work on here so you can see what i've been up too bit of a contrast to my usual mediums i must say.

Had the best day ever today in a long while. Only went to college to drop off my books but bumped into a friend and we went to the Beach. She drove us in her mini and we messed around in the ocean until our clothes got too wet and decided to just bury ourselves in the sand. I wish i was there but im going to sleep now. Havn't had much sleep in the last 9 days as im a total slacker and real bad when it comes to dead lines!

anyways take it easy - il be sure to check every deviation, journals and messages over the next few days!

So yeh well college is nearly over now, and its going well I tend to show up for lesson for all the wrong reasons though lately, I just enjoy the company there.

Went to Court on Friday. Big thanks to thoughs that supported me but its abit more serious than i thought. Been on Curfew now since the 8th of December and im still not off it. The case is going to be taken up to the Crown Court in Exeter (the city) where i'll be trialed for three days. I'm not too worried about it because it wont happen until This December coming, so i'll cross that bridge when it comes to it.

I have an Exhibition with a few other street artists on Thursday so you'll see some of the work im putting in for that shortly.

Finally i got some photos and work to submit but i just been real lazy.

Well hows it hanging - hope its good! Just felt like updating.

Yesterday i had chiness which Amor's mum ordered and i woke up with red fingers :S which was werid cos i washed them like twice and they were still proper stained from the sweet and sour sauce.

Couldnt get to sleep to easily and when i did - i dislocated my wedding finger cos some dippy sod stepped on it - was kinda cool, then i woke up (not so cool)

Felt ill the other day - like cold/hot sort of ill but that'll be it for the year - also dismounted off me board going down some hill and ended up in A&E, not my choice - just better safe than sorry.

Good week planned actually so yeh

Not really on hear as much these days cos i just seem to be mega busy.

Painting tomorrow

valentines was unexpected (well i knew it was coming ) but valentines should be unpredictable i think.

my brother got beaten up the other day - really the wrong thing to do as he's twice the size of his attackers and they teamed up on him whislt he was drunk, kickin him in the face whilst he was on the ground. Hmmm....they better watch there backs.

Did some volunteer work with my mate down at a small school on saturday - teaching little kids how to graff and sharing stories. Was good and got some biscuits, dosh and satisfaction out of it

Watch texas chainsaw masacure last night - both the old and new back to back, was a first for me. Poor wheelchair dude - i wanted him to survive, the old one was more of a laugh than anything.

College is going strong - making a graffiti interior instalation as a project so should whack it up in the upcoming weeks.

sewed up a hole in the crotch of my trousers today too which alot of gals had been complaining about - dam i sound like an old perv or summit - but then again they shuldnt be staring.

Well ive got alot to say but i dont want to ramble but it seems im already contridicting myself.

Firstly been in more trouble and im now on curfew till the 29th of february! (9pm - 7am = home time) - basically till im off bail. not gud - but thats the life i lead

Secondaly college rocks my socks off!! - actually doing real gud and me tutor just told me to basically relax over the holidays cus theres nought to worry about

Thirdly im off on holiday to see the family for three weeks in the Philippines this thursday so i know the deviations are just going to be piling up!!! but il check erm all out - jus like the 80 i did yesterday "phwe" *mops sweaty brow*

Lastly i will upload a new piece tomoz and i got a few other things i wana whack up but aint had the time.

Have a good christmas and rember the reason for the season.......pleasin

Ok i went down to the dariy factory at 12:30pm with a mate to do some painting and some art coursework - so basically taking photos of the flacky paint and moss. Anywho we left at 5pm and i went to meet Hickey who was went to be coming down with me but he didnt and that - so went to H's (check him out here [link]) to get a cup of tea etc and got back on the bus knowing that i would have to do it alone.

I get to the factory about 9ish again - all my stuff is already in there on the top floor but i left me crowbar outside and had me flashlight. I was crapping myself but made it to my little den thing where i had me sleeping bag, cruxifix, video camcorder. I decided to use the camcorder cus it would be easier to catch summit on there then waiting for me too push the button on a stupid camera. I went but into the building with a flashlght, lantern, crowbar and video camercorder - i can safely say it was the first time in my life i had properly feared for my life but i said i would do it to a few mates and they all wana see the footage (which is basically me swearing and mumbling). The whole experience started off really well but they was a time my flash light started flickering - no joke. i heard the occasionally loud bang but i knew it was a faulty door on the 3'rd floor cus i heard it all day in the day time.

I ended the inside footage after about 30mins because paranoia started to become a reality. I was in a dark room filming a freaky bit of machinery hanging from the ceiling when i heard a bang - i started to move from the room and that because i didnt like staying in one place for too long. They was a near by staircase with flacky wall paper etc but had some sorta rusty liquid running down it - all this just seemed to be building the heart rate up, i was halfway up the stairs when i started to hear repetative banging - over and over again from the bottom floor or first floor - thats when i thought fuck it! It sounded like someone trying to break free from somthing or someone running heavy footed up a never ending staircase. anyways i quickly walked to my den whilst the banging continued and thats where it ended.

The main reason i freaked out was cus it was alien as in - it was new, i was they for 5hours earlier and never heard the repeatative banging, then whilst creeping around for 30mins and it starts. I didnt get much sleep either - one hand on the crowbar and one trying to tuck the sleeping bag under my ass. I could really only properly feel safe once daylight came out to say hi which was around 5am and woke up about 8.

Anyways all i can say is that it was an experience - i would gladly do it again but with people or even just the one. I did bump into a girl off my college course and she said she'd do it with me next time cus she's also chosen to look at run down buildings etc

Anyways im editing the footage to make a short film or summit. i'll do it for coursework too and i'll whack it on youtube for you guys to see in the next week or so.

Been doing abit of DIY for mums mates today - being passed around by women isn't as fun as it would seem but i got abit of cash which means i can treat a few mates instead of them taking me out all the time. Got a few things to load up tomorrow which i hope you'll like.

Dont know if many of you remember me talking about a creepy building - an old dairy factory, well i said i would take some photos etc. I've now set up a ghost hunting night as a few people are known to have commited suicide down there (fact not fiction) and we'll take camera's,video etc and stay the night. So far i think i've got two mates who have the guts but im hoping for a team of at least 5. should be an adrenaline rush/ experience. I'll take many photos for you guys - they'll probably all contain hobo'.

Anyways he saw the paint and then asked to look at mine hands - which were covered in paint from the mazda project. After that he didnt want to listen to me with reason's like "the paint colours on me hands dont even match up with the cans in my bag!"

Anyways when we got to the station he told the Sargent that he arrested us because "he noticed one of our bags were slightly unzipped and he saw a spray can" - like hell he did. We were arrested at 9:30 so it was a totally waste of my time and his. Seriously im not happy - wen is carry around spray paint an illegal offence ? Well im guna talk to a mate at the police station and hopefully get him sorted out.

In the end we didnt get charge but i expected nothing else cus we dint do jack!
