Oh, and...I do like Christmas, I really do Its just some aspects of it I like to have the same every year XD (such as the weather)

My street has a reputation as being of the 'must see' streets in this area for its Christmas lights. It's even mentioned in the paper most years XD
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the 'christmas spirit', but when it takes approximately 30-40 minutes just to get out of your damn street...you start to have second thoughts XD

Our family and I try to annoy people away by not putting any lights up...but, it doesnt seem to work.

Anywho...I just thought I'd ramble on about that, cause you know, people leave crap in gardens of house's who don't have lights up, ie, us XD
Oh, amazingly it gets worse. Its not even Christmas Eve yet That is the worst night for it.

I have barely touched my camera in the past few months, and when I do, I'm finding that I am coming out with photos that follow the same base principles. For example, my past 6 Deviations (excluding 'Together' and 'Show Your Colours') are all very similar, if you look closely. So, if you ask me...this artistic blank has been going on for a good 4-5 months now.

Although my photography output is lacking, I am finding my other hobbies are thriving, such as my sport, drumming and computer game-playing.
I spose it's one of those things, give and take.
I just wish *all* of my hobbies could be going as well as each other at the same time

I got up at 4.30am to watch this game...and damn it was worth it!

We only needed a draw to get to the second round, and that theory looked bad when Croatia scored an amazing goal from a free kick 2 minutes into the game.
Then Graig Moore converted his pentaly which came from a Croatian handball in our box to level the scores 1-1.

Our no. 2 keeper played a shocker. He fumbled what should have been a simple save early in the 2nd half to give the lead back to the Croatians, 2-1.

Finally we got our second goal from what was really an offside from Kewell. But it went un-noticed and we leveled 2-2.

There were alot of blunders from both sides, as well as ref who gave one Croatian player 3 yellow cards during the game. Not realising he had already given one when he held up the second later in the game, thus letting him continue playing although he should have been send off after the second.
There was our goal from an offside, which shouldn't have been a goal. as well as a missed handball in the box which should have been a penatly to us. But it evened itself out.

The scores remained 2-2 till the end, thus Australia are through to the last 16 and meet Italy on Tuesday moring (our time).

We definatley needed to get a win from that game as a win against Brazil is very unlikely, and a result against Croatia is gonna be very challenging.

It all started in the 26th mintue (if I remember correctly) when Japan got their first goal, thus my mood went downhill fast, along with our chances of getting through the Group Stage. For the next hour, numerous chances went begging. It wasn't until the 84th minute they we got our equaliser through Tim Cahill. I scared the living shit through our puppy as I yelled quite loudly as the ball hit the back of the net. I was stoked, Australia's first ever goal in the World Cup finals, and what a time to come!

Then in the 88th minute, through Tim Cahill again, we hit the front for the first time with a stunning long-range strike from the man of the moment. Off the left post, into the right post and into the net. I jumped up, did a few laps of the room and then continued to smile so much my face hurt

I remember saying 'just gotta hold on for a few minutes.' But, so much for that! John Aloisi fired our 3rd goal in the 92nd minute to secure the 3 points and send Australia, and myself, into a fit of frenzied celebration.

Next up is Brazil in a few days. A draw would be an amazing result, but a loss in reality is expected. Although, its busy in a good way.

Sunday: Field Umpiring all day.
Monday: Well...school.
Tuesday: Going to the footy. Wooness.
Wednesday: School, then play rehersals till 10
Thursday: School, play till 9.
Friday: School, play till 9, then afterpartay.
Saturday: Boundary Umpiring, then Korn/Disturbed concert till 12! Woo!
Sunday: More field umpiring all day.

Busyness. But generally in a good way. Hooray!


EDIT: Speaking of the footy...damn it was a great game!! Being a Collingwood supporter, it was made better by the fact we won, but I had an awesome time standing with about 30,000 other Collingwood supporteers in my part of the ground. Lost my voice yelling myself hoarse everytime we kicked a goal...but DAMN it was worth it!

Alrighty, here we go.

1: I have many nicknames. Some include...Chicken, Laddo, Laddy, Ladster, Jessica, Andrea...and the two most common, Yoshi and Clober Girl. You get the idea.

2: Name any sport in the world, and I am/would be willing to watch and/or participate in. I like sports of any kind, and love sitting down to watch sport in general.

3: Im thinking that last one didnt make sense at all, lets hope it did.

4: Currently I don't go to school, and I don't have a job. I'm going nowhere.

5:: That said...I've applied EVERYWHERE!

6: Is learning to throw a boomerang. Properly.

7: Regularly breaks into Olympic Park and spends the day there. Not that its hard. At times with company, which is a plus.

8: Has an incredibly sore neck, right shoulder, and back. Wants a massage.

9: I only know these: emotions on DA, cause I am too lazy too look up in the list

10: Has a cheesy team name for the league bowling. "Dial-A-Superhero". As my teammates nickname is Stretch Dude.

11: Forgives very easily, forgets easily, but isnt one to 'remember old times'.

12: Wants to be either a sports-photographer (watch gallery for soon-to-be developed sports shots), sports or music journalist, or Sound and Lighting Tech.

13: I'm thinking 20 is too much...

14: I got my hair cut the other day, and I dislike it very much.

15: Doesnt like massive group social-outtings. I'd rather either a small group (3-4), or just with one other person. Generally the latter.

16: Doesn't get drunk for the sake of getting drunk. Firmly believes booze isnt needed to make a party fun.

17: But. It is fun watching drunk people, talking to drunk people, and throwing things at drunk people...and watching them trying to figure out what hit them, then give up, go back to 'hooking in'...repeat.

18: Prefers girls as friends over guys. But dislikes 'girly-girls' immensly.

19: A comb hasnt touched my hair in about a year.

20: Puts off shaving face for as long as possible. To the annoyence of parents, friends, ex-teachers...generally everyone.

Our first league game is tomorrow night, so today, I had a day off school so I figured I'd go down by myself and get a bit of practise in for tomorrow.

Latley I have been getting around 140-150 on average, so I figured if I kept getting that I, that would be competitive enough for the league we joined. As most teams average around that mark.

Anywho. To my practise. Sometime I surprise myself when I bowl good...and lemme tell you...I was surprised today! I somehow managed 7 strikes in a row from the 6th Frame till the end, and finished with a total of 226. Beating my old best score of 183 very easily.

I was like....O_O...and I was laughing everytime I got a strike cause I was thinking 'how the hell am I doing this GOOD?!'

Lets hope I can go half as good tomorrow with Elli

Also. This year is my first season of open-age cricket. There are 15 grades of seniors, and my club has 5 teams. A team in the best grade, a team in the 2nd best grade, a team in the 5th best, 8th best and 14th best.

At the start of the year I was told I'd be in our 4th best team, which is in the 8th best grade out of the 15. I was happy with that. Then a week later I was gonna be in the 3rd best team, the 5th best grade. I was like O_O Scary.

Then on the morning of the first game last Saturday, I got moved up to the 2nd best team, the 2nd best grade out of the 15 possible divisions. I was seriously like O_O. I couldnt believe it, in my first ever game of senior cricket I am starting in the 2nd best grade of open-age senior cricket in the RDCA.

I am very happy with how my sporting adventures are going.





Anywho. Im gonna stop now. Its just none of my friends expect for Elli seem to like the sports I do. So yeah...I have to express my happyiness to somewhere other than my friends.

I have this tiny cut on the top of my foot from ages ago...its been fine for a while. Anyway, yesterday I was having a kick of the footy for an hour or so at the local footy ground...but after that long I had to stop cause my foot was getting sore, no biggy. I drove home, walked around, did other random things.
About 2 hours after I got home I though 'Hmm...I'm gonna take my shoes off'. So I did, and to my surprise...my WHOLE white sock was red with my own blood. O_O 'WHAT THE HELL?!'
Apparently tiny cuts can bleed like fountains...

Then today, I was at the cricket nets with Dad, and he was bowling bouncers so I could practise my pull shots. Silly me lost my helmet last season, and I havent got money to buy a new one. One would have come in handy...as one particular ball I just didnt pick the length, and I half ducked, half went 'oh crap'...and it hit me flush in the teeth. Fuck it hurt! So now my lip wont stop bleeding.

Anywho, thats my life and death story ^_^

Hasnt been too bad though, my friend slept over the other night, and we were still awake at 6am whem my Dad got up for work...he told us to go to sleep...but we were like 'meh', and we stayed up for another two hours.
Then we woke up at 11am, and with 3 hour sleep, had another 6 games of bowling!! Damn it was hard with only 3 hours sleep...but it was fun!

Hmm...then I got told she wasnt welcome to our house again...why, I dont know. But lets hope they wern't serious. They = parents

Anyway. AFL Grand Final tomorrow. Dont really care who wins...but I'm sliding slowly towards Sydney...see I wanted a Victorian team to win...but since that cant happen, I kinda want Sydney to win, with their South Melbourne links and all.

Well...thats my last 2 days in a shell.

Bowling was fun...had six, yes SIX games yesterday night with Elli.
I'm happy o say I won 4 of the six games. Only...we bet on two of those 6 games...and those two games Elli happened to win...yet I won the four that didnt count. Ripped off I tell you! It was an interesting bet to win to...20 pokes were on the line. As I said, she won the bet...so I had to hold my hands above my head while she poked my stomach...>_< NOT FAIR I SAY!!

Being pulled out of school...and my parents wont even let me finish the last 2 days of term so i can see my friends. Its damn annoying. Not that it really bothers me that much, since all my friends are shitting me, except one.

I played in the battle of the bands last friday...and all of my 'close' friends didnt even turn up...except for one.

I organised bowling for this friday with my 'close' friends, at the end of my last day. To kinda have some fun with them for my last day of school. Again, only one person said yes...

This one person is the person I have known the least amount of time out of my friends...yet she is the only one acting reletivley like a friend.

Bah, fuck rambling, I could go on about other, many other things. But i wont.
