When I was 3 years old.

Right hand.

Female. But it's a matter of practice, I guess.

Long hair.

Facing toward the left.

âIs it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Front view ... and 3/4 side is even easier.

âWhat do you have problems in drawing?
Hands and perspective.

âWhat do you like to draw?
I like drawing girls. With long hair and a nice share of hips and nice legs ... and lips.

âAre you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
Both. Even though traditional is more fun for me, the best results come off using digital methods.

âWhere do you start drawing from?
The shape of the head.

âWhat is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I rarely draw what I really want to draw. Since the past years, I only remember drawing requests for other people. I don't remember the feeling anymore, when drawing what's in your head. And if I wasn't wasting my time with other stuff ... I would've done something about it already.

âAny tips for coloring/shading?
Pen pressure and eyedropper tool are your best friends.

âHow long does it take to finish a piece of art?
1 week with all the procrastination. Total of 10-20 hours, I guess.

âWhat music do you listen to while you draw?
Something that I can sing along with.

âHow long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Probably instantly. I have so many ideas in my head. I'm afraid that I won't be able to realize them all in this life.

âYour favorite drawing utensils?
Pencil.

âYour favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
Green, blue, turquoise.

âYour favorite style(s)?
If I only knew to name them. >:

âWhat kind of artist are you aiming for?
One that regains the ability to enjoy the process of drawing.

I had some kind of a cosplay comeback after two years and it was a lot of fun so far. Next time, I'll be at gamescom 2009 in KÃ¶ln, cosplaying Megami Ibunroku: Devil Survivor with ~chocolatekiller and Nina.

I should draw more, too. I just don't have a proper desk for drawing at my parent's place (who I'm visiting over summer vacation). >:

Yesterday, this new huge shopping mall called MyZeil opened in Frankfurt and of course, I've been there on the opening day.

It was goddamn crowded but the building certainly does leave quite some impression. Amazing architecture.
If you ever go to Frankfurt, visit myZeil!

So, in that 7 stories shopping mall, I found the new love of my life: Sacha.

A shoes & accessories brand from the Nederlands and I'm totally in love with the style. I'm bad with words so I can't describe and their homepage isn't really convincing either. Because in reality, their stuff is a lot cuter.

I sooo wanna work there!
And I hope I can get myself a pair of their stuff soon.

I'm so slow. It's been 9 months. D:

First of all, thanks a lot for those many comments and faves I received in that time. I'm sorry that I was so slow with answering or often didn't answer at all.

Loads of stuff happened and I learned a shitload of helpful stuff from the events (even though most of them were rather frustrating ... but isn't it always like that?).

I got into the college but I dropped it in the end. Kinda decided not to study something art related after all. I'm not regretting it. I'll just keep working hard.

Made some friends in Frankfurt, had some short affair.

Joined Eintracht Frankfurt for cheerleading and tumbling. Made even more friends there, got quite into shape because of it and wow ... muscles, holy shit.

Got a job and been enjoying life without having to worry about money all too much.

Been to Finland and had a great New Year's party. Made many friends in Finland.

Got into a dÃ©ja-vu. Though, this time I'm the winner, ahaha. Quite some experience.

I'm in an relationship as well, at the moment. I think it never felt this nice and natural.

Also, a lot of unlucky stuff but I'm not going to emo about that now.

Most of all, I've become very independent these days. I never realized how spoiled I was before. Being single, living alone, caring for yourself for some time ... it was time to learn that. I think, I've been doing well and tough.

Okay, this was pretty random.

But finally, I had time to update my deviantART a bit. I've always been busy with work and cheerleading.
But I was hospitalized after someone called the ambulance on me last Saturday. And since then, I've had a free week. And I totally needed it.
I'm full of strength again! Also for drawing, that is. <:

I'm back!

I had so much stress the last three weeks.
It really was inconvenient to break up with each other at such a time because I was about to finish school and was busy with my portfolio for a new school. And, well, additional stress with finding a new place to live in without having an internet connection wasn't really what I needed. But hey, I made it.

I applied for an academy of arts in order to study communications design.
My grades are too low to apply for other subjects so it had to be something where my skills can make up for my grades. At least I hope that I'm somewhat good enough ... I've seen the portfolios of other people and they are so impressing, I really don't know if I can get into that college or not.

I handed in my portfolio yesterday, on which I was working on for the last weeks (which was too less time, but it was my fault that I started so late.) Everything was so complicated but I'm really relieved that I made it in time and that everything went fine in the end.

I didn't sleep much, only 2-4 hours per night for the complete last week. That's why I slept almost all day and night yesterday.

I am living in Frankfurt am Main now and I could get to college with my bike in a few minutes.
I'm sharing a flat with three other people who are a lot into punk rock and very politically dedicated. They are so different from me but, well, they are really nice so far and I love the flat, too!

I've been making a lot of music lately.
Breaking up with each other is always hard to take and whenever I feel lonely I start writing songs or playing on my guitar.
I also found a pretty nice newcomer band in Frankfurt. They are called Midas Effect and I think that they are quite nice. *random*

I'm sorry for ranting so much.

Actually, I just wanted to let you know that I'm back but that I won't update that much for a few weeks because I'm tired from working on the portfolio.

P.S.: I really really really want to see Paramore live! T_T

*leinef and I have been thinking of creating some kind of a Ragnarok Online crew which unites all the wonderful artists who are devoted to the world of Ragnarok Online.

- Artists can claim a place in the crew with their character.
- A form including links to every member's deviantART pages will be created for placing into everyone's journal or shoutboard.

So, what is it supposed to be good for?
Artists with the same interests are often scattered all over the community. Even if you know each other's work already you might never really got in touch with each other or didn't feel connected to each other. We could change it!
The game might be a bit old already but the fans are still here, let's show everyone, that we're still here.

Plus, the extra pluggage on every member's page brings many visitors to your own page~

My self-esteem died today (must be like the 1000th time...), but, oh well, fan art business is serious business, I tell you. It's all about popularity. Which I definitely don't have. Duh.

It's just that I really wish that there were people who would want to pay 43 million Zeny for a drawing from me, as well.

I was near to quit drawing today (okay, not really) ... I blame it all on Jan because he has no sense for art at all. And makes it even worse when he tries to cheer me up - he just fails at it.
Sometimes I really wish I had a boyfriend who at least appreciates art. (But, oh well, he's got other qualities, of course ...)

Well, knowing my boyfriend as a pretty 'normal' person who doesn't have the slightest thing with me in common, I would've never thought that he actually has friends who are very gifted artists.

So we decided to invite some of his art-freak!friends and some of my art-freak!friends to have a nice evening. Unfortunately ~chocolatekiller and her sister Sarah couldn't come but Siethu, *farbenleere and *ahojohnebrause were here.

Even though I was enough of a stalker to find out those two dA accounts, I couldn't figure out wether Siethu actually has one or not.

The day would've been even better with ~chocolatekiller and co. around ...

... but we had fun, yeah?!
I mean, we beat 86% of Through The Fire And Flames (Expert) in Guitar Hero III with five people, everyone controlling one button. 8D
And we watched The Big Lebowski for like the 100th time. This movie is made of so much crack that it's hard to take, haha.

I want to do this again, one day. With ~chocolatekiller joining the group.

P.S.: More thoughts on certain people go to my LJ because no one needs to know this. Except for my dear flist.

I just need a place to get my anger out over people who can't respect fanarts and their artists.

A friend of mine is currently creating a new style for a message board. He is very good at it but when I asked him where he got the fanart in the header from he just said that he doesn't know.
So, I told him that using that fanart without permission is not allowed. If he knows the artist he should ask first. But all he replied was:

"I don't give a damn about this fanart rule, I worked on this style for all day and I won't change it anymore. That fanart rule doesn't even interest me."

I said that he wouldn't be happy either if some idiot steals his board style that he worked on all day. But he didn't really care.

You may need one day for your graphics but the artists needed several days or even weeks for the source that you are about to use.

There are many talented artist who make their site not accessable to IPs outside asia already. I don't want it to become worse.

For some reason I seldomly dare to post in Livejournal communities because I'm afraid of negative answers. I mean, there are so many talented artists in this fandom that my art can't keep up.
After trying to convince myself for hours that nothing bad will happen by writing a post about taking Katei Kyoushi Hitman REBORN! related requests ... I posted it!

And it was against the rules.
Now, I will never ever dare to write a post in the hitman_reborn community again, haha.
