Well, maybe not wasted..
but it is nearing its end.

Uni resumes in 9 and a half days now, and I feel anxious and nervous and whatnot, although I am quite looking forward to getting back into some sort of definitive routine. I have been living the gypsy lifestyle for far too long now. I threaten to have a tanty when I realise, for instance, that my favourite pair of shoes is at the Sydney house (as opposed to the Glen house, the Bay house or the Newcastle house.) I feel as though I have travelled a million miles, but it's not as if I have nothing to show for it. Alas, it is still exhausting.
Alas, I am still whining.

My fiance' got his Learner's Drivers Licence the other day. Terrifying. But still so proud of him.
Hooray, I say. Hooray!

Now .. off to search the deep dark depths of tEh iNteRWeB for second hand text books...

Current mood: stressed and frustrated

I am up to my tits in uni work, and more debt in thousands than I can count on my 10 fingers. Yes.. this is bad. This is not where I wanted to be at this point in my life. But, to be honest, I had no idea where exactly I wanted to be at this point in my life. I'm pretty sure it wasn't (still) panicking over stupid uni assignments and being too poor to buy fucking groceries, though.

I need a day at the beach, a nice long shag and a big fat joint and/or bottle of wine.

I need a fucking holiday.

I feel relatively inspired this evening, but too lazy to really do anything about it.

In theory, tonight is a night for poetry. Tonight is a night for art, for writing songs, penning erotica, taking obscure macro shots of items in my fruit bowl, making fresh pasta...

In reality, I'm sitting in my pyjamas with a bowl of frozen yoghurt watching The Footy Show of all things, and being confused about cheerleaders in general, but mainly just scared at being able to see their ribs.
