I had this very obnoxious girl in my class, who thought she was all that and so on and so forth. She had a very different style from mine and she drew her characters with a few simple lines in like 20 seconds and she was done. Very impressive. :)
I however, go about my drawing differently.

I don't know what was her problem, if she was annoyed with me for staying too long on the pic or if she wanted to teach me, in some awful way, but...

I know I shouldn't say this (but this is my journal, I can do as I please, HAH!), but I really hate waiting around for comments. Sometimes I get comments minutes after I submitted my art. (spoiled brat - yes?)

They are coated with nougat, chocolate or lemon-something. It's all very delicious but I do like the nougat one best.
I can't stop thinking about them. I want the store to be open in the middle of the night to fill my craving.

Interesting fact - when my mom went to England in her youth she got hooked on donuts and gained a few pounds (they didn't last though). Maybe it's my genes that are telling me to eat donuts. I kinda miss sketching around, becoming pleased with a pic, scanning it and spending hours on it in PSP.
But oekakis are good, and I like my oekaki BBS. Soon I've had it for a year and it has made a great difference in my life. It's so simple and fun and... a good way to release creativity.
There are of course tons of people who are so much better at oekakis than me and I can just hope that someday I'll do oekakis too, that don't even look like they are! But then again, the charm of oekaki kinda disappears then.

It'll be great to scan pictures again. I actually drew a sketch on paper today for the very first time in like a year. And it turned out very good if you ask me so I hope I can make it gorgeous when I color it. ^_^
Then I won 90 dollars on poker - so that basically paid the cost of the scanner. :D
And me and my boyfriend who's still visiting are meeting one of my friends tomorrow and maybe another friend.
