she wants us to pay for her lawyers, she wants us to pay money because apparently our dogs bark 24/7 and they can't be outside (nevermind their kids are running around screaming for hours on end right behind our house in plain view of the dogs and our dogs don't make a fucking PEEP) and say their 'dinner prayers' and can't have the doors or windows open even though we see their windows open ALL DAY
and since they are moving in august they say that their house wont sell because of these 'nuisances'
and even though they parade their little dog up and down the property line from time to time to get our dogs riled up we need to keep our dogs inside all day except for 5 hours for 'exercise' on our property or in a place away from our property (aka no walks around the street)

this is fucking bullshit

my arms and legs are shaking and i think i might go puke.
why is this system so fucked up?

it's been two years since i could walk in my yard without looking over my shoulder every few minutes to see if that witch is looking out her window at me. and we are apparently the ones at fault??

you know, i'm so not cut out to deal with this crap.
not cut out for it at all.

fortunately the vet said if there was anything that happened and if she had gotten preggo she wasn't concerned, since she is well-developed.. but that doesn't make it any better, i really hope my dogs weren't getting it on
grrrr

so it lasts for up to four weeks, so for the next month my dog will be locked up 24/7
I feel kinda bad for her, but i do NOT want her having puppies at nine months.. not good at all in my eyes, just too young to have to dedicate all those reserves to new puppies.



i'm praying that she's not.
because normally dogs have to breed at exactly the right time, riiight? so hopefully it was too early in her cycle.

so, my dad & I were playing co-op on gears 2, barely even three minutes in (he hasn't played it yet, so we started from the beginning on a new save slot) and the fucking 360 falls over. there was like this loud KKKKKK sound for a second, and it continued like normal so we're like oookay. then it said the disc was unreadable just before the next fight or something.. after marc, dom, and carmine met up with Tai.

it scratched a really, really deep band in the disc. no joke. like a quarter inch thick little band all the way around this one part. I bet we could still play other parts, but not that part of the game.. whatever was stored in that little band.
game's totally fried, now.
i'm so bummed ahhh i love that game

he said he'll buy a new one, so i feel super guilty. sighh

our other dog is named Aegir, Aegir being the norse god of the sea

and so I think I'm gonna name her Valkyrie, which is basically the "chooser of the slain" according to Wikipedia
Valkyries would escort dead warriors to the underworld, or something along those lines? correct me if I'm wrong :D

her current name is Lassie.. but that makes you think of a collie T_T
she's AKC registered, and is about 9 months old.
It's like fate, 'cause we got Aegir when he was 9 months old :giggle:

she's such a sweetie.. you look in her eyes and you know exactly what she's feeling. she's got really long eyelashes too 8D

when she is maybe 2 or 3 I think we might breed them.. once we get her hips and elbows x-rayed to make sure they are good.. we'll check the ratings on her pedigree, too. just to make sure there aren't any in her ancestry that had bad hips or elbows. we don't want puppies that are at risk for hip or elbow dysplasia. it's really common in GSDs

... WAS AWWWWWWESOME!


No spoilers, I promise! :)

I saw QoS on Friday night. ;P I was so worried that they would botch it! (I liked Casino Royale, not sure what public opinion was/is :P) Daniel Craig is PERFECT for this role! He brings a LOT to the character of Bond! They did a fantastic job of adding little sparks of humor around without turning it into a cheeseball movie, yet made sure it wasn't so serious you'd fall asleep! The action sequences were well done, too :D

The intro was quite lovely, as a bonus!

The theater was PACKED! Aghhh we had to go off-road to a different parking lot because there were no spots :XD: It would have been a breeze if my mom would have decided to put the truck in 4-wheel drive, but she didn't.. so we kicked up a bit of snow on the way :P It was just over a ditch, really. Maybe 4-5 feet, but still fun :P

It was almost impossible to get to where the food etc was, everyone was just pushing each other around haha... ahh but the movie made up for it. (:
