So we were waiting for the Red Line train and sat down on these 3 seats. R didn't get a seat, so she asks my sister, "Can I sit on your lap?" And she lets her, because, why not?

All of a sudden, this one guy sitting behind us asks out of nowhere, "Are you guys in high school?"

Of course, they all answered that we were (I stayed quiet), and then the man asked my sister, who was sitting closest to him, "Can I ask you about lesbians?"

I nearly burst out laughing. This random stranger thought that the three of us were lesbians! (V ended up being ignored. xD) My sister couldn't resist, so she answers, "Sure thing." I don't know how she did it, but my sister answered all his questions with a straight face. The funniest part of the conversation went something like this:

Man: So what do you find women that you can't find in men?
Sis: Oh, well, the way R makes me feel, it's so much different than being with a guy because she's so much more pure.
Man: Really? But have you ever been with a REAL man?
Sis: Oh, yes, I've been with lots of men, and I've kissed so many of them that I actually got mono. But the way that R kisses me, it's so much more meaningful than kissing with a guy.

He ended the conversation when the train came, and he was trying so hard to cover up his homophobia. He was like, "I'm just asking you these questions because I wanted to know what's up with the whole lesbian thing."

That was the most eventful thing that happened in a while. XD We had such a good laugh, because he really did think she was telling the truth, and he seemed like he was trying so hard to "understand" why anyone would be homosexual. ><; It was annoying the way he was asking the questions, but oh well, we had a good laugh.

So, here are 8 things about me.

1. I really like to donate blood! I've done it 4 times at our community college. I don't like the Red Cross's questionnaire though, because basically it's asking if you're homosexual or not, and if you are, they don't want your blood.

2. I don't watch anything on TV unless it's the Food Network or Family Guy.

3. I like to read, but lately I haven't really felt like it. ;^; The last book I read was months ago... -_-;

4. I've really come to enjoy drawing with my tablet! In fact, I prefer it now to traditional pencil and paper, mainly because it's already inked and my stupid sweaty palms won't ruin the paper! I have a really bad sweating problem... ><;

5. Over the years, I've probably collected over $1000 worth of manga. If I ever run out of money, I guess I have a backup plan.

6. I'm really bad at math. Seriously, I suck so much that I had to drop my Statistics class because I got so depressed with my low grade in that class that it started to affect my other grades. I really prefer science.

7. If we had the money, I would have majored in art or fashion design. I'm really fond of frilly and poofy dresses and would love to make them for a living! But...my family had to be poor. T-T

8. I'm majoring in Nursing, and will be moving back to the Philippines for 4 years to complete it. The sad thing is that I don't know if I'll have time to draw there, so I'm doing things as fast as I can.

I will accept any request, be it fanart, original art, fanart of your original art, etc. (Poems or fanfiction will also be free if I'm inspired by your request as my compliment to you. )

Unfortunately, I'm working with my uncle's laptop while he fixes our messed up processor, and I can't work on Photoshop on the laptop, so...I can't really submit any real nice art until later. As you can see, my traditional art skills are AWFUL because...I really, really, REALLY need to take an art class.

Have any of you guys read or watched the series "Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad"? It's crazy awesome!! I just finished reading the manga! If you're a music fan, or you want to read something "slice-of-life"-y, I really recommend it! It's got drama!

I went as Kurama today. There are no real pictures of me because it was only me and Allegra who went today, and we were too focused on seeing LM.C's panel. >w< Guuuh, I hate binding!! >< I couldn't feel my ribs!! I'm going to have a "photoshoot" of my Kurama cosplay though when my li'l sis gets back from Sacramento. :shudders at the thought of binding again:

Anyways, I got glomped! A bunch of people actually recognized me, and I was very happy to meet fellow Yu Yu Hakusho fans!

Oh, and what are the odds that I dressed as Shuichi Minamino would bump into someone dressed as Youko Kurama?!?! See, proof!! [link] I met my other half!! We were all like, "Whoaaaa!!" But seriously, what are the odds? AX makes all your dreams come true!! Now if only I had found a Hiei in the crowd... D:

I also met the English dub voice actor for Gai-sensei, Skip Stellrecht!! [link] Crazy!! When he told me and Allegra, we were like, "Holy sh*t!!" It was pretty random too!! (Yes, I'm aware that my face and hair are really shiny in this pick. T.T I wish I was pretty...)

AHEM, anyways, for anyone curious about why I've been MIA here, well, the truth is I've been going cosplay-happy since around...well, since my last update, hahahaha. And since the beginning of this month, I've been Yu Yu Hakusho-happy!!

So, as you can see, I've been very....er, busy? I finished my Bleach shinigami costume (I can be Rangiku, Nanao, or Nemu now!! ), and now I'm working on a Kurama costume. It's the yellow one he wore during the Dark Tournament. I'm even making a Rose Whip and a little bottle of that Fruit of Past Lives.

Yeah, I know, I'm really getting into this. But Yu Yu Hakusho was the first anime I, er...rabidly fangirled over. Ah, good memories...And now I'm back into the fandom, and I plan to be more rabid than I ever had been!! So watch out!! Yu Yu Hakusho art may come your way!! (Or not...I don't know.)

Also, I've been reading that one book...The Secret. It's pretty helpful, I feel a bit more focused and in control of my thoughts now. So, if you're as mentally instable as I am (or more...scary), I think it's time you do yourself a favor and get a copy of that book or DVD. That's right, shameless advertising, get over it!!

Homigosh, last night was DA BOMB!!

No, not "the bomb," it was DA BOMB!!

Okay, all lameness aside, it was seriously awesome! We went to Halloween Haunt at Knott's Scary Farm. It was my first time, and I was scared out of my frickin' mind!!

We went to the Lost Vegas maze first, and then this one guy popped out at me from the corner, and I screamed and tried to run while clinging on my sister and her friends. Then the monster started stalking me in the maze!! I started freaking out!! It was so awesome!!

Oh, and then me and Aregrie (heheh) were standing off to the side, trying to phone some friends that we lost, and 3 monsters tried to scare us. We said to the last guy, "Give it up, 2 other guys came before you and it's getting old." The guy just stared at us for a second, poked us, and then ran off!! OMG, it was so hilarious!!!

The sliders were soo freaky!! Especially the one clown with the chainsaw!! He ran it on the ground in front of me, and I seriously freaked out! ><

Oh man, the scariest maze was probably The Grudge 2 maze. Hollee crap, they looked so real!! And so much black hair!! :shudder: But the most fun one was the Vampire maze. Gina was hitting on all the vampires that were there!! They were so hot!! One of the girl vampires was practically flashing my sister's friend while he tried to talk to them.

Beowulf was a disappointment. I was hoping to see a reenactment of Beowulf ripping off Grendel's arm...and then slapping him around with it. "Why are you hitting yourself, huh?" The only scary thing in there was the giant, moving, life-sized Grendel clawing at us. @o@

I can't wait for next year. I am so going back!!

Duuude, we were almost to the sidewalk, and that sonofabitch speeds up about 12 inches in front of me! F***king bastard....

Today was a bad day too. Super scary.

Okay, the details are 3 people died within our area, around 7:30 am, and they were in high school, middle school, and elementary school, all by car accidents.

OKAY. WTF MATES?!

To add to the horror, the other day, my friend and I were making kennings (metaphors) in English, and for cars we called them "pedestrian slayers".

AAAAARRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I went to J-Rock Revolution. Flippin' awesome!! It was a great experience for me because it was the first concert I've ever gone to. I hope it's not my last because...:cough: the people around here are not getting along ever since that concert.

1 ~ I run out of energy when the weather is cold or when it's raining.

What was my "invention", you ask? A toilet paper dispenser.

But, seriously, who wouldn't get one if there was such a thing? I would buy one. No more worrying about running out of toilet paper again! What a luxory. And the secret? I want to not have to worry toilet paper while I'm doing my business.
