No, I'm not really a Tomato Box Fairy... I just felt like it, hehe.

SOOO I updated my DA with a few new pieces of art... and a couple of changes!

I replaced the old image of Ao that was taken with a digital camera, with a scanned version, and I finally got up (and finished) the colored version of the Nileregwen & Legolas fanfiction image!
Also there's a new pic that I drew last night in boredom while watching "Ghost Hunters Academy" that is supposed to be Gackt... cosplaying Lockon Stratos (Neil Dylandy) from "Kidou Senshi Gundam 00".

On the bad news side... my laptop's monitor is on the frizt so I have a big cluncker of a monitor sitting on my desk (which makes text blurry so YAY FOR TYPOS!). Kinda sucks, but what can ya do, ne?
I've been watching "Axis Powers Hetalia" again, though I've only seen up to episode 26... but it's just do damn cute and funny!
Right now I'm listening to all of Daisuke Namikawa's songs from the series. He's an awesome seiyuu... actually one of my top favorites!

AND IT'S HARD TO GET INTO MY TOP 10, DAMNIT!

Who are they, you ask?
Well... here are my top 10 seiyuu!!!

It's hard to make that list, and Daisuke is number 6!!! He's my favorite of, what my mind considers, the "2000" seiyuu class.
You'll notice that 1-5 and both 8 and 10 are seiyuu that were popular in the 90's and who are still popular today. The others, in my mind, came on the scene later.

Okay so first off, how come the last journal entry had me watching anime that had an ecchi element... and THIS entry does too?

On another note... oooo... pretty art!
I added a "Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core" piece with Genesis ("My One Winged Angel"), and I also added a "Slayers" piece with Zelgadis and Xellos ("Detour").

I haven't been drawing much... but I felt like drawing was more fun today than writing so... yeah!

Actually, what I really liked was Tomokazu Seki [ 智一関 ] becoming a seiyuu god once again with his portrayal of Gin and Enjin (two people, same body).
The man's voice range is unreal, and the fact that he can switch from deep to high in a split second blows my mind.
And the evil laugh... KAMI-SAMA! It was creepy and chilling and... oddly enough... very Joker-esque...
Tomokazu-san needs to play more villains in anime, I swear!

Anyway, I loved it. It was awesome. And so, for my entry into an Anime Art competition on MAL... I drew Ao in a swimsuit.
It had to be a chick, and I'd just finished watching Yozakura so... I picked Ao (cause she was my favorite of the girls).

Yes, it's the week of doom.
But actually, it's almost over.

For today, I only have to finish making some Japanese questions, write 2 more pages for an English Romantic lit paper, and do a couple more bullets for my Shakespeare Performance Project.

However...

I have 8 more Mixi Japanese entries, to finish 4 more Japanese monitor session papers, a 2 page Japanese composition, another 6 page English Romantic Lit essay, two take-home final essays for Shakespeare, a Henry IV essay for Shakespeare, one more Astronomy homework, my Shakespeare Final, and my Astronomy Final...

That last mini-paragraph is due by Thursday of next week.

Me thinks I've got my work cut out for me, ne?

Well, apparently you can't make wallpapers for anything from real images.

Thus...

I'll probably not be posting up much stuff on Deviant Art anymore.

Sorry guys.

Apparently, DA's gotten very uppity (as has the rest of the world, it seems, on things that are copyrighted). Eventually, the day will come, when unless you drew it or filmed it or composed and played the music for it... you'll not be able to show off anything you've made... even if it is for fan purposes only.

Personally, I think that such items should simply not be available to be made into prints. Showing off desktop designs, especially when you've given credit that something (such as the images from movies or animes themselves) is the property of someone (like Disney or Warner Brothers or the like) should be show-able, simply not buy-able.

After all, copyright laws tend to focus on things that make a profit. Obviously, I don't make wallpapers or icons for money now, do I? I make them for friends, but other than that, they reflect the things I'm interested in.

Anyway...

This coming week, at work, I'll be uploading a bunch of wallpapers to my website, [link] so you can still view them there.

Just make sure to check my website regularly, because I tend to make wallpapers at least a few times a month (depending on what I'm interested in at the time).

I'm also not going to be putting up any fanfiction on Deviant Art because it's simply too big a hassle. So, if you're enjoying any fanfiction I've posted, be sure to check me out at [link] to see more and for updates to the stories you love.

But the wallpaper that I just submitted (and made my featured deviantion) just.... GAW!

I LOVE IT!

Soooo...

I've seen "Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix" twice in theaters (kinda low for me but I've been busy).

Here are my 3 favorite moments...
1.) Sirius punching Lucius in the face.
2.) Lucius's entire group of scenes in the Ministry of Magic.
3.) Fred & George Weasley's "escape" from Hogwarts.

I've also read "Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows". I bought it at 12:15am on 07/21/2007 and I finished it at 10:00pm on 07/23/2007!

BE WARNED OF SPOILERS BELOW!

Here are my 3 favorite moments...
1.) Lucius and Narcissa actually giving a damn about Draco and wanting to find him with every fiber of their beings, even if the Dark Lord doesn't care.
2.) Snape's memories... I knew he wasn't evil... I always stayed by him!
3.) The fact that the Malfoy's all lived and were not put in jail (Rowling said so in a recent interview that they were all acquitted) and knowing that Draco had a son named Scorpio.

Here are my 3 hated moments...
1.) The death of Fred Weasley and the ear loss of George Weasley.
2.) The deaths of Lupin and Tonks.
3.) The death of Snape.

It's actually a new image of Lucius Malfoy for the fifth Harry Potter film, "Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix".

I wanted to eat the picture after initially wanting to glomp it... but Amanda said I couldn't cause I'd get ink poisoning...

So...

With the aid of Stef and Pippin (mental aid, not physical), I ended up taking my favorite image of myself and putting it INTO the prophecy!

TO ALL OF THE WALLPAPERS THAT I MADE OF WILL TURNER FOR "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest".

I made them all a long time ago actually, but never uploaded them until now.

I've also given you guys my first Post-Viewing of POTC3 wallpaper, entitled "One Day... In Ten Years" and it is my BABY!

I have declared myself the keeper of Will Turner's Heart. I stole the chest from Elizabeth... it's mine now.

See the little heart in my mood! That's it!

Anyway...

I've seen the movie 3 times (people stop telling me to go see it). Once at 8pm on it's opening night (5/24) and then again on 5/26 and on 5/27.
I went EVEN though I've been sick as a dog over the weekend.
I still tried to make POTC3 beat that damned Spiderman 3.... YET I FAILED!

POTC3, for it's opening weekend gross, made $142 million.
Spiderman3, for it's opening weekend gross, made $151 million.

I TRIED SO HARD!

As they say in "Inuyasha in a Nutshell"...

"It crushed my dreams! It crushed them so hard!"

Okay, so I replaced 'She' with 'It'. STILL!

Go see it if you haven't people. It's a terrific movie. And don't forget to watch what happens after the credits! (there's a clue to it if you actually read the cast list...)

So, my friends Jon and Sean last night... we went to eat at Ruby Tuesdays.
The place screwed up our order soooo freakin' bad that we ended up getting the entire meal free.
Bored, and it only being 8pm, we decided to go to Barnes & Nobles (which is in the mall here).
Well, we got a bit sidetracked.
Jon wanted to go see if Stef worked (his GF, one of my best buds) so... we started to make our way to the other end of the mall.
Well, Sean got distracted by the Anime in this new music/video/games store.
After that, we started to go again...
But got distracted by Game Stop.
Then we went on again...
But then we all got sidetracked by swords. I bought me an incense holder (because I can't find any of mine) and we moved on...
Only then Jon and I got distracted by calenders. He bought one about France and I bought an LOTR Black and White portraits one. I couldn't decide between it and a John Wayne calender...
So we finally got to JC Pennys. We talked with Stef for a bit, then decided to head back toward Barnes and Nobles.
I got sidetracked by clothes for $3, and then I found the guys in Tilt playing an "Alien" first person shooter.
Afterward, we finally made our way to Barnes & Nobles, only to find it closed on the mall side, so we had to walk back outside the mall and go in.
We all, naturally, headed to the Fantasy section. I grabbed the "Dragonlance" anthology which has "Raistlin and the Knight of Solomnia" and "The Story Tas Promised to Never Ever Ever Tell". But then Jon was wanting me to read this Dragonriders of Pern story, because he thought I'd like it, so I grabbed that.
We found Sean, naturally, in the Manga.
So I start looking and Sean and I become fascinated with the ones that were sealed for explicit content. We try and guess, from the cover, what's explicit about it while Jon talks to this girl who works there (and who's been in a few of our English classes).
Then...
I see it...
"RETURN TO THE LABYRINTH"
Actually, I saw the hot guy on the front... who turned out to be Jareth...
Thus, I bought it.
I got home, by then it was 10pm, and I went and ran a hot bath. I actually read the entire manga in the bath and, when I got out, decided... "I want to watch it!"
So, I dug around in the plastic containers under my bed and found my copy of "The Labyrinth" and started watching it.
By about 1:30am, it was over, and my mind was going...
"I want to write a story with Legolas in the Labyrinth!"
And thus...
That's where the new photo manipulations came from.
I think, even though I've just started a Dragonlance story, that I want to work on an LOTR story involving Legolas and the Labyrinth.
So far, here's my idea...
It's not long after Legolas' mother died (or sailed... I'll have to re-read some of my stuff to get the backstory that I've come up with for the prince right) and Legolas is having to care for his very young sister, Legolia (because I think I had it that their mother died giving birth to Legolia). Thranduil's busy with the kingdom and Legede is off on a campaign with a bunch of warriors to protect Mirkwood. Thus, Legolas is alone and caring for Legolia. He's going to be a teenage Elf, so he'd look a bit younger than usual.
And then the story goes kinda like the Labyrinth, except I think I'll make up different characters for him to encounter than Hoggle and them. I might have him encounter a Faerie like Toby does in the Manga. But it turns out that Jareth, in a way, wants Legolas to rule in his steed. He's also partially attracted to the feminine looking Elf. However, this isn't a slash. There's a twist in there that I haven't quite worked out yet that will keep Legolas from being attracted to Jareth himself. I'm thinking of having an illusion that Jareth creates of a beautiful woman. But it'll still basically be Legolas' quest to get Legolia before the 13 hours are up.

First off, there's the desktop. BTW, if this is your art, tell me so I can give you credit for it.
Secondly, I've added 4 images.
The first is also my Favored Image that you see to the left. It's of Raistlin reaching out, all bloody, for the Dragon Orb at Astinus' in Palanthas.
The second is just of Raistlin Majere with lyrics from "The Soulforged" by Blind Guardian (the title of this journal is also from that song).
The third is an image of what Raistlin's writing might look like. Both his language of magic (runes... since I don't know what the language looks like for Magic in Krynn) and then in common.
The last is an image that I took a bunch of people's works and merged them into one, with some lyrics from the song "Raistlin and the Rose" by Lake of Tears. Don't worry though, all the artists got props from me in the submission!

If anyone wants to color either of the Black & White photos, feel free! I'll give you kudos!

I suppose that's all... running off to dinner and then to work, hopefully, on my screenplay.

I've updated my Deviantart with a new pic that I drew and colored...

G.I.R.!

Yeah, it's of G.I.R. from "Invader Zim" and he's dressed like a Turkey for Thanksgiving.

I've recently become obsessed with "Invader Zim", and I've been watching it daily.

Though, the other day, I got a bit distracted by the Promo Trailer for "Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix". It's my favorite of the HP books and, in my opinion, the saddest (yes, even sadder than HBP).

I just hope my poor Lucius gets his day... err... well... not really day... but I hope he's in it as much as he was in the book.

*sounds like G.I.R.*

But I NEEED Lucius (*coughJasonIsaacscough*)! I NEED him or I will explode! That happens to me sometimes...

I've had this strange thing with twins lately...

Raistlin and Caramon Majere from Dragonlance...

Manu and Panahasi Ardumir from my LOTR RPG...

Elladan and Elrohir from LOTR...

I don't know why, but I love writing and/or reading about twins, especially ones that end up being polar opposites of the other.

So, I thought I'd post up this image which I did a long time ago. It's from some screencaps of Cassander (played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers) from the movie "Alexander". He just looks like how I have always imagined El and Ro.

I've added the first 5 chapters (and the prologue) to my Harry Potter fanfiction, "The Difference Between Life and Dreams".

If you like the Malfoys, or Lucius in particular, please read and respond.

This story has NO slash and NO child abuse. It's my take on Lucius.

I want to thank the great Jason Isaacs for his portrayle of Lucius Malfoy... that is the ONLY reason I ever watched Harry Potter in the first place, and it is thanks to him I've read that fabulous book series.

I've added a bunch of photographs by me to my gallery.

They were taken from my July 13th, 2005 trip to "Fort Stanton Lives" in Fort Stanton, NM.

My favorites are...

and
"Ghost Soldier of the Civil War"

These are only half of the pictures I took, but the others have elements in them that show that it was a re-enactment show and celebration. I didn't use those because they did not have the same old time authenticity.

But anyway, I hope you all like them. If I get enough people who like them and perhaps want to buy a print, I'll open up a print store.

I've been thinking about hooking the scanner up to the laptop and just working it all from the floor, but who knows. I've got a few pics I want to put up definitely.
A couple are from Tenchi Muyo, Sailor Moon, Slayers, Gundam Wing, a few more DBZ pics, and Rurouni Kenshin.
I haven't been drawing much lately... doing more writing. To be honest, I haven't even been writing much either.
My LOTR Fanfiction muses seem to be on a summer hiatus. It'll life when school starts on the 22nd... it always does...
Course, there's also the fact that I'm not really interested in any animes right now. I saw all of Ai Yori Aoshi last week, and a few eps of Hellsing... Of course I like Inuyasha and Full Metal, but not really enough to draw them...
*sigh*
I need some inspiration... I need some art classes mostly though (I can't draw bodies to save my life).
But I am gonna start doing some nature water color works soon (so I can sell them at the family reunion's auction next August).
Who knows, maybe inspiration will strike?
