First of all, Happy new year, everyone!

I think by now the entire globe is in 2008 so; may it be a year full of productiveness and fun ^^ Those are the things I want most anyway hehe.

I'm thinking of buying a laptop... Often times I find myself wanting to just crash on the couch and doodle/color something, and I can't because I only have a desktop computer (which is extremely old and laggy, too. It's from like... 2002 or something). But this leaves me with difficult choices @_@.. Do I want a mac or not, I really don't know! It's powerful, but expensive. Looks pretty, but runs on an OS I still don't feel comfortable with... >_< ugh. Or maybe I should invest in a new desktop first... sigh, decisions decisions!!

In new events, Ive cut my hair really short

It's been pretty long since forever so this is a nice change. I'm maybe planning on dying it some fun color in the near future, but I'll keep it black for now

I think it looks a bit like utada hikaru's usual hairdo

Wooo it's been a busy week, even though it's vacation

I took so many pics these past days that I decided to post a few of them here and give you a little update of how my vacation is going ^__^

Dec 21: The mad hat party
My sis threw a party with a hat-theme; no hat, no party! There were lots of people and lots of hats ^^ Here are some of the more charming ones.

Dec 23: Ming's bday!
My sister turned 22, hurray! We had a big dinner and my dad had decorated the entire dinner table to look christmassy ^^

Dec 24: Christmas dinner
Had a BIGBIG christmas eve dinner with Thomas' family. We watched the national science quiz afterwards and I had a pretty good time! Thomas' grandma got me a present

! It was a book for learning chinese haha ^^ The title reads "Chinese? Easy!" but a friend told me that the actual Chinese title reads "Chinese? Work hard!". Typical right? haha

Dec 27: DIY/Game-day
Haha.. my sister and I had this idea of having one day in the vacation where we would have a Do It Yourself afternoon. So yesterday we went out and bought all these typical artsy things like glitter and paint and stuff ^^ We ended up making a box for flowers (looked like a coffin after it was painted entirely black), some earrings, and 4 fairy wings. We used a tutorial by Emilie Autumn from youtube lol -> [link] . It was HEAPS of fun adding all the SpakRLes and fake christals and what not xD hihi so girly n_n...
Afterwards, my sis and her friend terrorised my face with stick-on plastic 'jewels' in order to acchieve the real eh... fairy effect!! Click below to see some of the pics of the process ^^
That evening we had a little game night, where a bunch of 22+year old friends of my sis, + me & thomas sat down to do some board games lol.. it was good fun ^^

There's this amazing new artbook out for Lineage2. It's called 'Art of Lineage' and it was a prize in some kinda fanart contest that ended half a month ago. I really don't care that I didnt win it or even better, that I didn't participate at all, I just want to buy the book. Problem is, I can't find it ANYWHERE. That's right, I've searched for it on every ebay/amazon/etc site, worked through several lineage2 fansites, but the closest I got to finding the book was some czech website featuring images of the contents of the book ( [link] ).

Does anyone know more about this? Is it just that it's such a recent release that makes it so hard to find, or is it simply not available for sale yet? Pleez halp TT__TT I gotta have it, the artwork should be amazingg...!

Heyy everybody, happy holidays!!
I'm back after 2 weeks of cramming for school >_< But I think my examns went fairly well

Even maths!

OK so! I went out and made a christmas journal. But then I realised I'm a noob and don't know CSS worth crap and things were starting to look like a turd. So thomas helped me, and LOOKADIT NOW!!

hehe hope you guys like it, even though it's only got about 4 more days to be up officially... Guess I'll have to make yet another one for the new year ^^

It's christmas break now, and there are tons of fun things to do hee-hee

Tomorrow's my sister's (*ming85 ) birthday! I bought lots of presents hohoho

I also have sooo much I wanna draw and do and make, not to mention plenty of work (commissions) to finish up. So I'll be keeping busy this holiday lol.

Okee now I gotta go put on the warm new clothes I bought yesterday afternoon ^^ And head out to meet frienz at the movies. We're gonna see I AM LEGENDDDDDD! Anyone seen it yet?

In the game you can create all sorts of flowers by combining them or even having them mutate!

Please take a look and give it a go, it's very innovative and fun, not to mention you can create some really beautiful looking flowers if you try!

It seems dutch kids channel 'JETIX' has decided it was a good idea to translate bobobo-bo-bo bobobo to dutch and air it!!

Ookok. This may seem harmless at first, but think about it; the series is about a huge guy with a yellow afro, who fights evil, coming in the form of spoons with faces, by instantly growing his nosehair a couple a meters and using it to slap around.

I've seen the series ONCE at con a couple a years ago, and here's what happend. I fell asleep. But it wasn't because I was extremely tired or something, no.. my brain just couldn't handle it anymore. The repeating cycle of insanity followed by madness (madness? MADNESS!) which never seemed to end....
And now, kids watch it every day! It must be unhealthy in the least o_o!

Slept in cozily next to bf, woke up feeling good, had breakfast, played with hamster + tubes and watched "Polar bears & global warming" on animal planet. Then we went outside to visit the supermarket for some bread, cheese, ham, donuts and energy drink, to consume in a little forest nearby. We had a nice walk and watched alot of granny people walking their dogs in the forest. Then thomas went home. I finished some things I had to do and tried my hand at some graffittie style art. I'll submit it in a min ^^

Soo what else? I don't know. I should be studying right now. Next week is full of evil tough tests. I'll probably get started on that tomorrow. Also, i'd like to make a new lay-out for my journal right here but I can't really decide on what color to pick... I've seen some nice and simple CSS journals in fresh colours that I really liked (like fresh yellow/green and light blue and stuff) but I haven't made up my mind yet. Suggestions, anyone?

OHYES! I finished the game ' Portal ' ! (thomas got it in the orange box with half life). OOHA it's great! It's clever(ly done), and innovative, and FRESH, and very very cute in a new way!

AHH and the ending song is so much love ^__^

but don't listen to it before beating the game, because it's x10238 times better if you know what it's about

On another note, I've started watching AVATAR ..omg. I really told myself I was never going to get hooked on that show because there were just so many avatards around and the fanfics were grossing me out SO BADLY that I wanted to keep a safe distance from the source of it all. But thomas convinced me (as with many things) to watch it anyway, and it's actually pretty fun

I've almost finished season1 ! I really like apa, the big dude-thing those kids ride on. He looks so very fluffy n__n hehe

Pfoo that's all for now. I feel like having blonde hair again ^^

it's really ashame because I've already seen about 5 guys in ridiculous female superhero outfits @__@ so.. traumatizing..ahh....
It's kinda cool that I helped my sister out with the posters for this event (she's with Cheesecake! and had to do the con-book this year): the poster I drew is all over the place here!
