Got a Wacom Intuos4, bunches of lotion, new ihome, a rogue statue, and a gift card. The wacom and statue totally filled the quality portion over the quantity aspect.

Then my boy treated me to a lovely dinner and a movie on sunday because of him working most of friday. I cannot complain, it started out a shitty birthday, but ended great. I had a good time in the end, albeit very tired. XD

'The Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program provides new clothing and/or toys for
children. A sponsoring company or corporation places a Christmas tree in a secure, high-pedestrian traffic area or lobby. The tree is decorated with numbered paper angel tags with the first name, age and gender of a child who will receive the gift. Contributors remove one or more tags from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags. The toys are then delivered to the unit and later picked up by the parent to distribute to the child/children on Christmas Day. '

At my school, every class gets a number of angels to raise money for, which we then turn around and shop for toys and clothing to give to that child, who otherwise might not have gotten anything.

To help raise money for this great program, and to allow for more angels to be helped in the Salt Lake, Utah area, I am doing art commissions for in exchange for money to give the program.

The art will be relatively cheap- 5 dollars minimum to get a picture, then it is your decision whether or not you want to donate more then that or, in some cases less.

Lets work together DA and shed some light onto a child's otherwise gloomy Christmas.

When the final count is taken, I will match the donations from this project with my own money.

If we get enough, We can even help an angel all our own and say it is specifically from the artists at Deviantart!

So give a little, sponser a christmas, and get art in return. <3

And I almost died.
No freaking joke.
So here is the thing.
We go up and we are like dang..I think It may rain....But not yet.
Lets go check out the lake!
Okay!
4:00 Pm
We arrive at the lake, get out and set up to fish.
We would have canoed..but decided we did not trust the skies.
we are just setting up the rods when thunder breaks the calm silence of the area.
My cousin and sister, well...Book it up to the car being wimps.
So I am left on the lake shore with my dad and uncle.
We laugh and shrug still getting our lines into the water.
When a flash of lightning rends through the grey pallet of the sky.
We are like.
Ok.
We are so leaving now. So as my dad turns to fix his pole and my uncle bends over, I happen to be the lucky one to see heavens wrath in its fullest.
The bigget bolt I had ever seen came ripping through the sky hitting the edge of the lake, 50 yards away.
50...f-ing...yards.
And the loudest crahs of thundar make as all crotch low to the ground in shock. My dad saw it from the corner of his eye, and my uncle did not see it at all. But aparently the look of total awe and fear in my face made him hurry up.
So here we are, facing a steep climb to the car. And we are -booking- it.
I totally biffed it running up, and my dad had to help me.
Then it started to rain.
I am -not- talking a drizzle.
I am talking, full out, 20 fucking gallons dropped on your heads at once rain.
We get in the car and are all, totally scared shitless. Unable to see before us, but only the knowledge of shit, there are alot of trees right here, keeping us going to start the car.
And as if our visability was not great already. Here comes the heaviest hail storm
I have ever seen in my -life-

I mean.
DAAAMN
I look at the time

Longest fishing trip ever I reccon...
So we drive back to camp slowly, and carefully, only to find the entrance of our campground blocked, yes blocked, by a freaking tree.
And I must have no fear in me when im in an adreniline rush because I about opened the door right there, in heavy rain, to try and move the tree, or climb over to get the camp host.
But my dad stoped me.
So we waited...and waited.. for the storm to pass by at least to a drizzle before I could convince my dad and uncle to get out with me to move it.
And we did, all by ourself. The line of cars behind us offering no help.
lol.
And my sister and cousin sit in the car like chikens to afraid to get out and help.
So after moving the tree we went and hung out in the campground, low lieing clouds looking like smoke and freaking us out to think that a fire was going to surround all sides.
We are all alive
Shaken, but alive.
And looking back I realise only one thougt went through my head.
And it sounds... cheesy kinda, and weird.
But I was like. O.O T.T She wont know what happened to me. I will be dead and never get to talk to her again.
And I was like.. man... where are my priorities? lol.
So this whole trip really taught me something.. When the going gets tough.. I am able to act. Able to do what is nessasary and when it comes down to it... I really do not fear death.


So the rest of the trip went by on a comparitive note, rather mundane rythm... Except for last night, waking up to yet another storm and having to go potty. I swear...
It is hell to try and hold it in when you are in a little tent...surrounded by water... daaamn.

So thats my trip... Yay... Im back.. Kinda...
My laptop is kinda....special ed right now.
And both chargers are... very dead.
So I need to send them in.
So.. Ya'll may see very little of me until I can get that back..

Tears streamed down my face, as I held her to me.
I could feel the tears stain my shoulder as I rocked her back and forth.
I prayed
But there was nothing that could quell her crying.
I never in my life.....
Felt my heart so torn in two.
This little girl in my arms.
Holding on tight to me.
It felt like the worst 20 minutes of my life.
Holding this little girl who never cries.

Now she is smiling.
Laughing like nothing happened...
And I am just shaking my head.
Why can we not find strength like that anymore..
To laugh when only 5 minutes ago you were is so much pain?
I love that child.
And I hope I can continue to watch her.
Even when it gets hard.

Oh my sweet jesus.
Wow this movie was absolutely amazing.
I was impressed on so many levels.. It just.. Was..wow.
Optimus.. was amazing. It was so nice to hear that shinning g1 voice again.. And.. Though megatron looked nothing like any of his old forms.. He was seriously cool.. Lacked his whinny nasaly voice from the series..But still. Very great. For once I could say that Bumblebee was like.. My favorite..

Great News Britney- Jazz is perfect persona in this and delightful.
And I must say.
there is a scene.. in this movie.
That is..
The best EVER
It was like.. OMFG
ROFLMAO

Hehe..
The xbox shot was a nice touch too..
Overall..

wow.
A great film.

Though I am mad about one thing.
No transformers Theme in the entire thing.
