As far as im concerned, i think that's very strange to permit to 12 year old kids the buying of a gun...
personnaly, i don't understand this concept...
The USA are the country which counts the most gunfire in the world(particularly in schools what's more)... i find that's very frightening and i think it's in part because americans can buy guns.
