It's a project of =bewarecalamity and =SesshysRose where 100 not very popular artists get featured by as many people as possible. I am one of the "revolutionists". If you are as interested in it as I was/am, go to *The100DProject.

Life is seemingly getting shorter. The day is over and I am left with lots of things to do yet again that I didn't get around to today. Especially Wednesdays are exhausting. School til 5pm, piano lesson at 6pm. Not home til around 7.15pm. Then eat, homework, dA, bed.

Personal Update

Christmas is over

And I hope you all had a good time. Mine was rather calm. I never got into a christmasy-mood but I survived it alright. Had a good time with my family. Didn't get very many presents but that's ok. Wasn't expecting much anyways. Just didn't feel like Christmas at all and now that it's over it still doesn't feel like Chirstmas was there or like it is still to come or something. Odd feeling, really.

Family

It's odd how much I have had to do with family of sorts lately. First my sisters came home for christmas. That was good even though it was a bit exhausting. It seems my sisters get along as long as they aren't in the same house.

but it worked out alright. Not too many fights. So we had Christmas with my immidiate family: My mom, my brother, my sisters, and me. On the 26th we had Christmas at my dad's...or rather at my dad's girlfriend's house. It was us kids (me and my siblings), my dad, his gf, her kids, her brother and his wife, and their kids. Also her son had his gf there and the daughter of the brother of my dad's gf had her bf there too. Yes, confusing, I know. It was actually not too bad. The other family was really open and so it didn't get too akward.
Then today my cousin (whom I haven't seen for years), her boyfriend and my ...ermm..i dont know how to say it in english... she is the daughter of my (other) cousin...came to visit. My great-cousin (I'll just call her that) is 9 years old (last time I saw her she was 2 or 3) and she is staying at our house. She is a real sunshine though and is getting along good with everyone. Rather outgoing and very open and happy to be here and get to meet us all. My cousin and her boyfriend are staying at a hotel. They are only here for a couple days.
It seems odd to me to have so much to do with family. I wouldn't really call myself a family type of person. It was a weird feeling to have so much family around really. Kinda felt like the way people talk about family meetings but I never really experienced anything like it before. I have my aunt and uncle from my dad's side living in the US (they used to live in England though) and I only see them every couple years. My cousins (their kids) still live in England but I rarely see them and don't have anything to do with them really. My grandma lives in England too and she is the only one that I am actually really in touch with. Mainly on birthdays and holidays though but still. Then on my mom's side I have an uncle and aunt and their kids but they live in the South of germany, couple hours away, and as I said last I went down there must have been at least 6 years ago. So I don't really have anything to do with them either. I don't even know why I am telling you all this..lol..but yeah. Maybe you can find something interesting in this rant.

In less than a week?!?!

I mean, seriously?!
And I am not even in a Christmas-y mood at all. I have bought no presents so far. I have baked no cookies. I have sang no Christmas song. I have felt no Christmas-y feeling so far whatsoever.
All I feel is tired and exhausted but at least I finally had my last exam today!
I'M FREE!!!

Wishlist

I have seen how people have put up wishlists for christmas. I realised that I haven't been in the mood to even think about what I want for christmas. Thinking about it there are only few things I want...and even less that are actually things I could get. Basically all I want is a sofa for my room and a new sim card for my phone. One I'll get from my mom, the other from my dad.
Don't get me wrong though, I'm not trying to be difficult. I'll be happy about everything I get. I am not really someone who is all pissy about gifts. I am happy to receive them and I'm happy about everything. Especially self-made personal things. Pictures, memories, little things that have something to do with an insider...things like that. I'd rather have a self-written story by my brother than have him buy me some expensive parfum or something.
So I am sure I'll be happy. I am actually alot more worried about what to give to people. *sigh* I wish I'd have another two weeks, not just less than one.

Christmas Concert

So I had my not so very wonderful Christmas Concert in school today. I had a solo and I screwed it up. I started too early (the piano-intro wasn't done yet but she had looked at me so that I thought it was my turn...) and then stopped when I realised it. My pianoissian _{is that the word?} kept on playing so after the laughter had stopped we could just go on like nothing happened. Unfortunaly that little incident got me so nervous that I basically messed up the whole song. My voice was shaking, as was everything else and I know I could have been a million times better. I am just so disappointed because I had been looking forward to tonight for long and now I ruined it for myself because I know I could have done alot better. *sigh*

Hey everyone.

I'm back. ^^

Sorry for the last, rather depressing journal. I'm doing alot better.

Don't really feel any need or want to talk about it here. It is a long story. Just know that we talked and I realised that I was being too harsh and too selfish. (shut up rachel, I was too!

)
Yes, he made mistakes aswell. Yes, he hurt me too. Yes, he wasn't really being any better.
But I was just seeking for all of the blame and fault on his side, not on mine. And I realised it. And I am sorry.
Although he will never see this anyways.

Anywho, we are on speaking terms. More than that I guess. It's a really hard situation to describe. It's a really odd friendship to describe.

But I'm good. Still kinda having a lumb in my throat and still kinda anxious about things but I am positive that we'll figure it out. Because thanks to one of the most lovable, amazing, awesome, sweet, best, greatest, nice, friendly people and friends ~attackpanther (I love you hun!) I know now some things that I needed to know. And one of them is that he wants to save this friendship just as much as I want to.

So yes...that's all I thought I should let you know. I am back though I am kinda busy really. 5 hour exam tomorrow, after that babysitting and a rehersal in the evening. Tuesday I have school til 6pm, a rehersal at 8pm and I need to study for a test on Wednesday where I have another test, school til 5pm, final rehersal at 5pm to 6pm and then the concert starts at 7.30pm. I'm singing in two choirs and a solo. Wish me luck. ^^
So yeah, i am rather busy really BUT only 5 more days and I am on my well-deserved and well-earned Christmas break.

Oh and I don't know if I mentioned it but I talked to Deo and he knows that i don't want to go out with him now. Doesn't stop him from flirting with me, telling me he wants to be with me, marry me, and that he misses me though. but I can live with it because he knows that I don't feel the same way about it so he won't interpretate anything in it that isn't there.

And Paul..for everyone who couldn't tell...was the one friend I was talking about earlier this journal. As I said, looong story. you can ask me if you really care to know (I am an incredibly curious person myself so I will understand.

) and I can send you a note with what happened but I'd rather not put it out in public.

Crappy night. I'll be off for a couple days. Can't handle this right now.
Stress in school.
Failed my music test.
Had a test yesterday, one today, one tomorrow, one monday.

Hey everyone.

It's late and I should be in bed but I wanted to get that other journal off of my front page.

First off, thanks everyone who commented on my last journal. I love you guys. You have no idea just how much.

I just wanted to let you know that I am feeling alot better. I talked to Paul and we are good again. Deo and I talked on the phone for like 3 hours today. I really do think I am slowly falling for him and I still don't know if I like that fact or not. And Sabrina (a friend from school) asked me to hang out this Saturday. She's going to come here and we'll cook together and go out dancing in the evening and then she'll spend the night.

I am quite excited.

So yes, things are a heck of a lot better.

Well I realised that I have not done a real update in a long time. I mean, I've kinda updated you but not really. I left out loads. I remember how I used to say everything on here. How I wouldn't mind giving away things that have bothered me, how I'd just say things that I've been thinking and wondering about, how I'd talk about my emotions. I haven't done that in a long time and somehow I feel the need to at the time being.

I've been really down lately. Sunday I sat around all day getting extremly depressed. I cried a good amount of time, thought about cutting, and even checked on google if my anti-allergy pills would be able to kill me if I took all of them at once. I know this sounds bad. I don't even think I'd have done it even if I'd have found the information "Yes, that's going to be a sure death for you". I think I'd have just been like "good to know" and put them away somewhere. But since all I could find was that they basically wouldn't harm me too much I just threw them away. But yes, I was down. Extremly down. I don't know what my problem was. I don't know what was bothering me. Just lots of things coming together I guess. Nothing dramatically really happened. There was no real reason why I was feeling the way I did. I just know that I was extremly down. And I remember not knowing anyone I could go to. Actually, no. That's wrong. There are plenty of people that I could have gone to. I remember there being nobody I wanted to go to. The only one that I actually felt a need to talk to was my friend Paul. But the problem was that he was a main reason of my feelings that day. The fact that he's been ignoring me for a rather long time made things bad and then the fact that it was his birthday and I send him what I thought a sweet gift that I thought he'd like with a letter that said how much he meant to me and the such. And the only thing he really said about it was "yeah I got your gift. oddball". That wasn't quite the reply I was hoping for.

Fortunatly after a whole day of crying and suicide thoughts he got online and I talked to him. I told him how I had been crying all day and how the whole time I thought that I wished to talk to him. His reply was "hmm" and I said "yeah, pathetic, isn't it?".

He said "no, not at all" and asked me how long I've been feeling this way. I told him about a week but never as bad as that day.

Amazingly enough he said "I'm sorry for having a go at you lately. I've just been in a real shitty mood and then it just pisses me off when you're being stupid".

I don't know what's worse. The fact that he did it or the fact that he knew he was doing it.

And you want to know something else that's pathetic? I told some people in school about Sunday. And do you think anyone cared? Do you think anyone came to me and told me "hey, maybe we could just sit down and talk about this"? Do you think anyone said "Next time just call me, I'm here for you"? Nope. Nothing.

The only thing I heard was "oh. that's not good".

Heh.

Tell me about it.

And then my used-to-be best friend a looong time ago said "Yeah, I remember in 7th grade when we were talking about suicide and then you were the only one who said 'Actually I think I'd be able to do it.' and then you were missing a bit later and we were looking for you a couple of hours and later you said you were in the woods on some sort of cliff thinking if you'd be able to die if you'd jump down."

I've never been normal.

As a child I was hiding and waiting for people to look for me. Unfortunaly I was always hiding in the same spot so at some point someone would ask "where is Carla?" and they'd just say "in her hiding spot" and they wouldn't worry about me. I was just too young and all I got out of it was "nobody would care if I was gone."

I think I was about 6 at the time. Maybe a bit younger, maybe a bit older. I don't quite remember.

I was first thinking about suicide when I was about 12.

I found a diary that had lots of entries that started with "nobody loves me. everyone loves my brother better" or "my life is shit".

I've always been creative though. There was one that went something like "My life is a vase. People smashed it on the floor and now everybody comes and steps on it."

Thoughts of a 12 year old that is.

And I haven't even had such a bad childhood. I mean, ok my parents have never really talked to eachother the whole of what I can remember and seperated when I was 1... ]]>

Hey everyone.

Just wanted to update people real quick. The whole Paul/Deo situation is more or less solved.
I talked to Paul and he admited that he was scared of losing me to Deo and that our friendship would become less close because I'd end up liking him better or something and after me asking how much I mean to him said "You mean the world to me". He also said that he sees me as his friend, not more and I am absolutely fine with that.
Deo and I talked aswell and I made sure that he knows that I only see him as a friend and not more and he said that's fine and he never expected to be my boyfriend. He said he liked me more than just a friend but as long as I am cool with his feelings and everything he's fine with it too. He said he is not in love with me but he really likes me and I said that maybe we'll have a chance if I do decide to go to England for a year as an aupair which right now more and more seems like something I want to do.
I love the fact that I can talk to my friends like this.

Also I have been doing alot with Hanna lately. I really love her. It's so great to finally have someone I can just go to/call when I feel like crap. I've been fighting quite a bit with my mom lately and it was good that I had her. Spend most of my weekend at her house and I am feeling alot better now.

We watched the whole second season of Sex and the City. I didn't think I'd like it but I actually do.

Other than that I am going on, what we call, "Chorfreizeit" tomorrow which is just 3 days during which the choir goes away in a youth hostel to practise all their songs for the christmas concert because we don't have enough time in class. I hope it'll be alright. Don't have many friends in choir class but I am getting along quite good with most of them this year. We'll see I guess.

So much to that. I think it explains alot already. *sigh* But that's truely only part of the whole story. but you know..it's so complicated. the chorus really fits to the whole situation though.
Ok let me try and explain a bit more because I want to know what you people think even though the situation might just change alot tonight but we'll see.
I went to England to visit one of my best friends, Paul. I've known him for almost 2 years now and we're really really close. Since he is a boy and I am a girl there have been moments of me thinking "what if..." if you know what I mean. But fact is that I basically told him I liked him and he completly ignored it...basically his way of saying "no way"! lol And then I heard from another friend who he talks to that he doesn't want to ruin our friendship by trying anything because it would suck if it didn't work out and with me being so far away it wouldn't work, he said. So that's what I knew when I went there. Over there things at least seemed a bit different. 99% of the people I met knew who I was (people I never met, meaning he talked to ALL of them about me) and I was only gone for one night (went to visit my grandma) and later I heard how that night he was sitting around with his friends complaining the whole time about his bed being so empty without me and how he missed me and the such. (Yes, we slept in one bed but other than cuddling and hugging nothing happened!) And also he got a new job the day i got there and so he had to work alot so I hung out with one of his best mates who I met only over the internet before I came and he seemed rather jealous about that and got all weird when we three were together and was almost mean/rude to his mate. Then the last night I was there I was like having my head on the arm of his mate and he lay down next to me (the other guy was behind me and he lay down in front of me) and he took his hand, picked up my head and put it on his arm. So now basically i was laying in his arms instead of his mates. And he took my hand and was like petting it with his fingers which he didnt do before, the whole time i was there. It just seemed a bit odd. So that would be problem number 1.
Yes, there is more.
Problem number 2 and at least at the moment the way bigger problem is his mate. Or not really him as in the person but...ok let me start a bit earlier. lol
That mate, his name is Varun but everyone calls him Deo, and I were hanging out for the first time *ever* on Thursday (the day I got there). Just got some food and watched a couple DVDs. my friend came home from work and seemed a bit distant and cold. _{Otherwise everything's been rather busy. I'm done with my first exams/tests this year but I will have alot more and more important ones once my vacation is over. I am on fall vacation right now. Started yesterday and I already feel like it's been at least a week. I am odd, I know. Not that I am missing school.

I am going to London on Thursday. I am super nervous but really excited aswell. I'll be visiting a really, really good friend of mine, one of the best. I've known him for almost 2 years now, we talk on regular basis (almost every day), and we always have lots of fun. The problem is that he lives in London so obviously we don't ever see eachother. I have met him once last summer while I was over visiting my grandma with my dad and my brother. I took them along when I went to London to meet him, just in case yano. At that time I didn't know him that well. But yes, so I did meet him before and I remember having lots of fun that day and it not being toooooo akwardly odd. I am still really nervous though because ..well...because. I was even nervous when I met people again who I have seen every day for a year/years. I am always nervous about seeing people who I think have a specific image of me. Well, we'll see. I mean, he is the kind of person who I tell everything. He knows I am nervous about meeting him and honestly I think he feels about the same. So we'll see how things go. I'll let you know when I am back because I don't have internet over there.}

_{On my personal life...it's rather stressful. School this year is incredibly exhausting although everyone told us that the senior year is going to be easier than the junior year, it SO isn't. *sigh* But I will survive most likely. I wish I would only be able to sleep though. Lately I have troubles falling asleep and I wake up during the night alot. That means to my stress and business, I am also always tired. And I have this weird thing with my hands that they just randomly start shaking without me doing anything. *note to self, go and see a doctor finally*

No worries though. Just about another month and I am going to London to visit a really good friend of mine. It should be a lot of fun. And tonight I am having a party for my birthday. I know it's almost a month ago but I don't care. hehe. So I should get going and continue cleaning the house. Just wanted to arrange the contest before I forget and I thought I'd give you a little update on my personal life since I haven't done that in a while. Hope you are all doing well!!}
