Or perhaps I'm making a wee bit too much of this. Perhaps it'll be just another tedious link in an endless series of topically connected entries, all united by a common thread of desperate vanity and lust for attention and approval. You be the judge.

Specifically, these are the rules received from God (or Goddess, in the case of the delicious *megsmad): the first ten (10) people who post a comment in this journal, will be featured and immortalized here! Yes, my friends, I will select my three favorite works from among your panoply of undoubtedly stellar Deviations, and will celebrate their obvious brilliance in the body of this journal.

Of course, as always, there's a catch: in exchange you must post your own "feature" journal on your page with me in your first place. That seems like such a small price to pay for the psychological blow job you will have received.

But wait! There's more!!! My choices will not merely be my favorites from among your works of art. They will be the ones which most clearly illustrate what, in my opinion, is most compelling and artistically significant in your work. And I will reply to your comment with that critique.

Oh for Heaven's sake! Stop cringing!!! I'll be gentle.

As an example, I'll address my three choices representing the lovely *megsmad: All three of her pieces featured below are profoundly articulate yet each speaks with a casually unpretentious voice. They reveal an effortlessly surprising complexity. I can't guess where she'd draw her limits, and in art that's very exciting! (And knowing the proclivities of many, many Deviants... no, I'm not talking about nudity. Or more precisely, I'm talking about much MORE than mere nudity.)
