I got to sleep over at a friend's house last night, it was good to get to escape from my dad and his anger-management problems. the friend is weird... but it was a chance to not listen to my dad pick fights with my mom all night. me and the friend went swimming at the pool in her apartment complex. was fun.

now that I got an mp3 player (edit: HO SHIT, IT'S AN IPOD SHUFFLE, SHWEET!) I'm working on looking up where to get songs from. hm.. tell me your favorite song? I'll look it up and add it to my mp3.

School started. It's, well, school. Normal. Makes you feel tired at the end of each school day, so that way you get a good night's sleep and wake up at five every morning and the vicious process continues each day. At least, if you're like me, that's what school does to you. I dunno. -shrugs-

Anywho, I'm in sketching with my friend Rionna. It rocks! We recruited a new member, a way cool freshie girl. I can't remember her name. But that's besides the point because she's great! And we (Rionna and me) might try to recruit this freshie boy named Westly at freshie girl's table, since he seems like he's pretty ok. Sketching class rocks. It's the one class during the day that I won't get told to put my drawing stuff away during. And the teacher's all hippie-like, and she likes the shirts I wear. XD Ho gosh I love school. *NERRRRRRRRRRRRD*

So anywho, what else to ramble about.... oh! I requested for Eaglefire to draw a monkey, and he said he would. Yay! I'll draw him something in return.

Yesterday I edited my layout background piccy on Gaia for my profile. It's magicaly pokemonrific now. I'm working on a story.. since I'm pretty good at grammar and all that jazz since I like English class.. n stuff. Anywho, I need to get working on the map of the world in the story. Basic plot is that this girl, Elvane (the username of one of Nuffer's mules on gaia online. it's not a story about her account or anything, I just like that name), who gets trapped inside a world. I don't know how yet. She has to save that world before the time on a silver stopwatch that she recieves stops, or else the world that she has to save and herself will be wiped off the memory of time. Ah, at least I think it sounds good.. I'll get art of Elvane, the world's map and art of the silver stopwatch and other things for the story posted soon.

I've been thinking, and I'm going to start looking for some good markers for art. I'm thinking of getting Prismacolors ([link]). The local art supplies store sells them, I'll have to see if their prices are very different price-wise from the website.

I got two WWF t shirts a while ago, I'm wearing one of them for the first time today. It's white, and has the logo for WWF on it. It's awesome, I'll take a piccy of me wearing it later. The cuteness of the panda on it will make you jealous, I just know it will.

At the local library, my brother and I are on TAB, Teen Advisory Board. Tonight's a meeting for it, and they rented Mystery Science Theater 3000! Puppies for anyone else on here who knows what MST3K is. So, that's where I'll be in about four hours- watching that movie!

I might get my ears pierced soon. Yep, I'm fifteen and my ears aren't pierced. My mom said that when I think I'm old enough for it, we'll get them done. My cousin recently got her's pierced, so that kind of helped to convince me. Either way, sometime in September my mom's going to take me to the doctor so we can find out if my doctor can just pierce them. If she says no, then we'll go to a shop in the mall that I know does ears for free.

The Monthly Collectibles for Gaia came out yesterday, they're Plasma Gear and Summoning Tomes. Summoning Tomes looks a lot better, and they also have two dragons in Summoning Tomes! I sent in my cash for two envelopes yesterday, I'll have both envelopes be for Summoning Tomes. I'll have one on my avi, and I'll keep the other one in my inventory. I'll have the light version of the dragons on my avi.

I've forgotten how good Cute Is What We Aim For is, until I remembered Curse of Curves today. So, I looked it up on YouTube and now I've been listening to it all day.

Oh, and I'm currently working on lineart of Axel (from Kingdom Hearts) for fan art. I'll scan the lineart in and then color it in The GIMP. But my brother's hogging the computer with a scanner on it today, so I might have to scan the art in tomorrow. Either way, the piccy will be a Start of the School Year present for my friends on here.

My dad comes home from Las Vegas late tonight/early morning tomorrow (his plane gets to the airport at like, 11:55 at night or something). He said he wouldn't be home until around 1 in the morning. Mom's at work and won't be home until after 6 tonight, and then she promised me that she'll take me to blockbuster so we can rent The Nightmare Before Christmas, my favorite movie. Then we can watch it tonight and.. yay.

I finished the petpage for Ryukui yesterday, that was good. I wound up just typing out everything for the blog/textbox thing last night. It's frickin IMPOSSIBLE to find a font color that goes with the layout and shows up perfectly! Grrr, darn you leaves from the tree in my backyard! I've gone through black, yellow, turquoise, black and then brown for colors, and currently I'm trying Chartreuse. I'm getting the color names from here: [link] by the way. Tektek.org toolbar is godly.

Ah! Chartreuse works good brightness wise, I just need it a smidge darker and then it'll be great! Hn, now I'm trying Green Yellow. Dun work. Tan is current font color, and it looks like it might be the right font color! Take a look at it please..

Here's this weekend:
Well, on Friday my dad left around 3 pm to go to some conference thing in Las Vegas. He'll be gone until Tuesday, yay! My dad has lung, kidney and colon cancer, and he's got anger problems. So, this weekend is like a vacation for my mom, my brother and me.
Friday night, my brother and I went to our friend's house (friend is named Andy). Andy also invited April-Hope, Stephanie, Ryan and Mark. Them, Andy and my brother are all going to be seniors in high school, and I'm going to be a sophomore. We all shared Andy's Wii, and I got my butt handed to me at Wii Sports: Baseball. We didn't go home until one in the morning, it was great.

Saturday.. what happened yesterday.. -thinks hard, closes one eye- ... -asks mom what happened- My mom and brother had doctor appointments in the morning. They came home, and we all watched Ella Enchanted (they slaughtered the book, but the movie is okay) while we ate lunch, since that movie was on disney. We sat around the house, and then we went to five o'clock mass.

Which brings us to today. I woke up around 10 am, ate coffee cake for breakfast. Headed down here, drew some art of my lupe on neopets since I'm working on a petpage for him. I ate picked up the sticks in the front and backyard, watched Camp Lazlo while I ate lunch. Now I'm just doing some work in Paint on the art of my lupe, just cleaning it up and adding color.

I usually like to sleep in. But since school starts in, what, -figures it out- two weeks, 14 days, I thought that I should start waking up earlier so I'm not a dead fish on school day mornings. And around here, there's always really cool sunrises and sunsets. The digital camera's working. I was going to take a piccy of the perdy sunrise.

Dad woke me up at 11.

Eh, there's always those sunsets. But if I go to the park down the street today, maybe there'll little photogenic kids playing at the swing sets.
