I've only been gone a week and there's already a huge pile of email, most of which I know will be crap. I hate to think what my work email account will be like!

There's also a huge pile of watched deviations to catch up on. The nice thing is I know this won't be a pile of crap so there's something to look forward to.

And then there's my own pictures to work on. I went out with the camera and got some lovely landscape shots before my holiday which need processing, and then there's the pictures from the holiday itself. And I'm bound to go out with the camera again before the weekend is out. So much to work on!

I'm going to need a holiday by the time I've caught up!!!

Hope you're all well

Pete

The great girls and boys at the Fractured Axel forum helped me decide on a Talon Standard by Jest of Eve kites. Just like anything else, there's something strangely exciting about waiting for someone that you know has been made specifically for you. I met the man who created it a couple of weeks later at a fly-meet which was really cool.

And then to top things off nicely my wife bought me an Ultralight version of the Talon designed for those days with lighter wind. I'm such a lucky guy.

Reinstallation of Lightroom went smoothly and my library is back. Everything there appears to be in one piece, thankfully

Having a play with journal skins as well. I believe the skin will be credited when saved, otherwise I'll come back and edit.
