in other words, here's some crap you could care less about.



1. I'm kind of shit scared of mascots. no real REASON. just the idea that someone is INSIDE that giant outfit SCARES me. I'm okay with mickey mouse though. go figure. Also kind of scared of bridges.

2. I get nostalgic about the stupidest things. Like video games. I don't know.

3. I used to draw. then I realized I sucked at it and then I stopped. I don't miss it. At all.

4. I don't know what I want to do with my life anymore. It should upset me but I'm kind of indifferent towards it.

5. I lose friends quicker than I make them. Usually. Some of them stick by me.

6. I like the instrumental soundtracks to TV shows and video games.

7. I turned down my dream job to work at fucking Harvey's and I feel like such a dumbass every single fucking day because of it.

8. I have a really short temper and I absolutely HATE stupidity and having to REPEAT myself because of stupidity.

9. I want to eventually live somewhere other than Surrey but I like it here so I don't know what I'm going to do. Steveston would be nice. Or Vancouver.

10. I have a really hard time speaking my mind to my friends, no matter what they do to me or themselves. It pisses me off.

11. First time I tried to read Twilight, I got a splitting headache. Not making this up.

12. I have to have the volume levels on things set on a multiple of five (5, 10, 15, 20, etc.). It really bothers me if Its not set that way, and I know its not.

13. I would be a vegetarian but I like chicken too much.

14. Some of my closest friends are younger than me. It makes me question my intelligence and maturity levels sometimes.

15. I've been to AE every year since it came here. How's that for nerdy?

16. If someone close to me moves, I have to photograph their house for memory's sake. I hate remembering a place I liked without being able to see it in front of me.

I'm taking my art out of storage, because even if everyone says it's a good idea, the fact remains that this /is/ a community, and therefore, taking my art down is hurting the community of DA.(even if it's just /one/ gallery. Without galleries of art and written work, DA wouldn't be as strong as it is). I will not be posting, however, that much is sure.

I don't know all the details of what happened to Jark, and I'm beginning to get the feeling that we, of DA, will never know exactly what happened. What we do know, however, has been enough to cause quite an uproar in the community of DA. Either way, I'm not posting up to/on/after the seventh.

It's quite amazing to me, however, how the /community/ of DA is pulling together to try and succeed. Here's hoping that all this is cleared up soon, and well.
