Well its coming down to the wire...1 week left after this one! I have one more project to do for Illustration and 2 for ill media...these guys r nuts! anyhoo i got an A- in painting-since my stuff isnt exceptional lmao...hey im cool with that! I can not believe it is only 4 weeks left of school-technically 3 weeks after this one but OMG! it is crazy! I still have an illustration assignment due next week as well as a ill media assignment due friday-AND after that I have 3 other assignments before the semester is up! wow! SO i go tomorrow to get my schedule all straightened out for next semester and I am that much closer to my junior year-it has gone by so fast! I love it~ <3

As you can see I have been uploading a lot recently due to me uploading anything i could get my hands on that ive been working on this semester...my illustration teacher still has all the damned assignments and wont give them back for some odd reason-i think he is a thief! lmao jk-but anyhoo well i am exhausted so i am off! ttfn

YAYAYAYAY! Im soooo excited! My scratch board portrait of Vincent Price got into the Illest of Ill show at Ringling. This show is to recognize the best illustrators at Ringling from Sophomores to Seniors. The judge this year was Andrew Hem-and he picked all the entries. There were over 200 entries and only 70 picked-and mine was one of them! aahhhh! so awesome! I feel so honored to be a part of that. I have been so happy with most of my projects at school so far and I am loving it so much. I have to say Ill Media is my favorite class-since I get to do pretty much whatever I want. And now we are working with watercolor-learning a new technique, for me at least. I am absolutely loving the results. I will post one I have been working on soon. well gotta go!

here we are again...start of the fall semester...got figure II tomorrow, then a full day on tuesday..good thing im off wednesday...then back at it again with 2 classes on thurs and 2 classes on fri...fun fun! i hope i enjoy these classes as much as last semester, hopefully more! but right now im indifferent...got used to my laziness over the summer-back to work!

I had applied in January for the computer animation major at Ringling- and finally received a letter telling me I did not make it into that particular major- but to contact them if I wanted to be reconsidered for another major...soooo...I was frantic yesterday trying to figure out HOW to re-apply. I finally got an email this morning, and I told them I wanted to major in Illustration, and...I'm IN! hahahaha I am so excited and over-joyed, I can't stand it! Now I need to make plans on moving and finding the kids a new school- it is freaking crazy, but I LOVE it!

Just writing this journal to say hi! I havent written anything for a while, and i figure its time to get back and add some new stuff too. I am currently working on some Christmas cards for my hospitals craft show. A co-worker urged me to do them- so i am! I am kind of excited! I havent done anything for a while and it feels good to do something. I am also in the process of making a powerpoint presentation for my grandparents 50th Anniversary party (which is going to be shown at the party- eeek!) If anyone has any suggestions on how i can make it better (i know u dont know what it looks like, but i dont know that much about powerpoint so if anyone has something cool they like about the program), please send me a message. But yeah- hehe- i am also writing a monthly comic for the business office at the hosp. too- so much fun! but school gets in the way sometimes *booo* oh well. TTFN!

I really need to draw some more...i have gotten into a bad habit of not doing any work for loooong periods of time. I really need to practice and learn how to do line art and coloring in photoshop. just so much to do and so little time! ggrrh!
