This is the online home of fantasy author Shane Moore's Abyss Walker series.
Check out his works and the myriad of talented artists bringing his visions to life.

And speaking of art, I'll be displaying a sculpture inspired by his novels at Archon 33 during my weekend-long sculpting demo. Mr. Moore will also be in attendance to meet with fans and sign/discuss/sell books.

1) Grimstone Studios is in the middle of developing their first professional client's website. It will be live by summer's end. More on that later...

2) I have been commissioned to sculpt a promotional piece for the Gencon launch party of Shane Moore's latest fantasy novel: Birth of a Nation! To experiment, I'll be chronicling the entire process here on DA. The character I've been asked to bring to life is Petrovisk the Greyshalk (think tall bearfolk-Wookie-bugbear creatures).

3) Summer is here!!

After that beastie leaps off my table I'm not certain what is next. I'm jonesin to start a massive Tiamat sculpture. And she will have a big ol Soccer-mom booty! No sleek, svelt dragon queen for me.

Just completed building and uploading (and testing and testing) the new online art gallery for me and my muse/partner-in-crime, Spookygoss.

My beloved DA will be my art archive while the new website will be my professional 'online business card'.

(Starting in March I'll be available to build websites.)

I got a call today to sculpt a 3-foot dragon for a friend's 2010 promotional book tour.
