okay so, on saturday my friend and I actually decided to go to Supanova. We weren't going to because Yuri Lowenthal's gonna be there, we didn't want to buried under Sasuke-fangirls : D
but because Tara Platt and Stanislav Ianevski (played Viktor Krum in Harry Potter, Nee-Nee and I find him strangely attractive...also he's Bulgarian!) are going, we changed our minds. Also, on Sunday my family and I went to Newcastle (it's about two hours south of where i live) to celebrate my step-cousin Kate's 21st. There I found out my cousin Nick and his friend Gabby are going to Supanova! So now I'm definately going, on sunday I found out the existence of 'Human Sacrifice Alice' a song from Vocaloids, so now I really want to go as the First Alice :'D maybe Nick can go as the Second Alice and maybe my sister can go as the Third Alice! unfortunately, we have Rin but no Len for the Fourth Alice's :'|

the past few days have brought the most horrific act of nature seen in peacetime Australia. Hotter-than-hell temperatures brought so many bushfires tearing through the state of Victoria, the state where my old man lives. As of right now 131 people have died and this is expected to top 200. Here is a quote from a man in the Kinglake region: "Everybody's gone. Everybody's gone. They're all dead in their houses there, everybody's dead." the town of Marysville has been completely burnt to the ground and so many people are missing. A man from Mount Beauty went to help fight a fire and when he returned his house was gone and his children dead. Another man doesn't know if his family are alive or dead after his wife finished the phonecall with "I have to go, it's getting really bad" the last time anyone saw them they where running into the house he can't go look for them because the state emergency services won't let him. The fires stretch hundreds of kilometre's and are about an hour from the city of Melbourne, capital state of Victoria. This doesnt't affect me personally seeming that I live in Sydney and for the fire to even bother my old man it has to travel a few hundred more kilometre's. But I expected I would feel bad. It doesn't feel real, nothing feels real.

I was in Victoria before the fires started and it was over 40 degrees (104 Â°F) for a whole week. Victoria is often made fun of for how fucking cold it is, my stepmum's dog keeled over due to the heat. it's the hottest it's been in Victoria for 150 years. For the few days I was staying with my dad the temperatures where:
27th Â 32.9 Â°C (91.2 Â°F)
28th Â 41.9 Â°C (107.4 Â°F)
29th Â 45.8 Â°C (114.4 Â°F)
30th Â 45.0 Â°C (113.0 Â°F)
and this is on the 'surf coast' where it's usually windy. It's just awful, I feel awful

well, I just came back from my school camp, it was mildly awesome and it's nearly my birthday! *will be saying that for a while*
Ryu-Ryu put up what she wants for Christmas on her journal, and I wish to answer at least some of them! so here's the rules and what I want for Christmas!
