"it takes all kinds" is an art show coming up this saturday, march 7, 2009. it is at the Autobody Fine Arts Gallery in alameda ca. i'm excited about this show because the artists that i'm showing with are fantastic! task 1, john stuart berger, political gridlock, "hollywood" ken davis, and your's truly matt136. i'm going to have 100 pieces made up of shadow boxes and ball point pen drawings. the opening on the 7th is going to be out of hand. i suggest you go. i really do. this show will be up until april 12th. gallery hours are: thur-sun 12-6pm.

fantastic! i finished the lino-cut tutorial for a day of the dead craft book to be published cantata books. i also hope to feature some other pieces in the book. we'll see.... being that my take on day of the dead is more contemporary than traditional. my wife michelle (alteredboxes) will feature 5 pieces in the book. bonus!!
