My earliest memory was the conversation I had with jark on IRC. We used to frequent #mp3 and #deskmod and other desktop customization chatrooms.

I was 18 when deviantART first opened its doors. I was so young and naive. I had this idealistic vision of an online community of artists, coming together to promote creativity and the freedom of expression. We had no idea that it would actually succeed beyond our wildest dreams.

Sheila turned 21 on Monday, which was a blast. I took her out to this nice restaurant down the street from my house called Jeffrey's. It was really good and we got a big bottle of wine to celebrate.  We then proceeded to get crazy down on 6th street. It was a blast, but i've been tired all week and unable to catch up on my sleep.

Work is going really well. I really like my job and I'm learning a crapload of CSS along with Indesign and other stuff. Plus I get to design some and code some. It's a good fit for me.

I had a big Ultimate game against Riverside on Saturday that ended in a 15-13 loss. We played well though, so no complaints.

2) i got a job offer from a company called SEO Metrics. they are a one stop shop for search engine optimization and web design. it's pretty cool and the job would be fun. but i have an interview later today with the UT Law School. So, things are going better I'd say. Nothing has really changed, but we're having a good time. And I guess I can be happy with that for now.
