today i've been drawing with my wacom a lot, it's been a nice change and very refreshing i just need to find the perfect fishy to finish off the big drawing i've been doing today and then it'll get submitted.

the competition was to "create a piece of art that reflects our community, something that symbolises us! it can be anything out of the ordinary."

but i did order a remote control for my camera, AND..... a holga lens (from holgamods.com) for the canon 400d!!! can't wait until that baby arrives.

i have most of the week off to do nothing much until i move back home, so my plan is to get inspired (i might finally get round to reading "the art of looking sideways" that has been on my shelf since i bought it) and take plenty of pictures/do lots of creative things.

I really just don’t know. I have searched deviant art for artists who are sick of boring, emotionless portraits and cliché run of the mill, unimaginative landscapes and still lives.
