see a friend of mine did something to me that indirectly affected me badly...

she might not know it.. but i don't blame her .. because what she's done led to something which led to something else which made me feel bad.. again.. indirectly

REALLY bad..

i was just sippin hot chocolate few minutes ago while watching TV.. you know that feeling when you keep stairing at the TV as you are watching it but you don't really give a sh!t about whatever is on the screen?.. you keep watching and watching while your brain does not register anything cause you're still thinking about that incident.

i think friendship has become a very cheap commodity.

she's my friend.. she's gonna help me doing this or that .. he's my friend .. he works in that company (which backs up our business)

ppl who know me well would say.. "easy for you to say.. everyone is your friend!.. you should start filtering people"

but that's not the point..

even if you filter everyone you know .. your relationship with your best friends are always questionable..

could it be any simpler?

I don't really know. I guess I'm not the expert anymore....I've moved on, and what I do isn't necessarily photography. It's got elements of it, but it's not "click and publish" anymore..

You know, when I was 20 I thought I knew everything. I was completely sure about everything. Now I know far more, and yet I'm much less sure. For me, it's wonderful to live in that paradox.

Oh, boy!.. i've been acting like an unresponsible chimpanzee, when i should be progressing. That depresses me, but in my present state of mind I say that somewhere down the line there has to be a solution. I have to wake up to the truth that i'm still here.

People think I'm on the edge .. Honestly.. I think I am the edge.

life isn't very uplifting..

funny to think that yet only 10 years ago, people were saying that I would be someone big.. I would change the future while I thought completely the opposite.

now i believe that .. while the same people are trying to convince me otherwise.

Been busy with Viva Dubai.. our company.. true that we're goin on a roller coaster now.. just like every other person in this city of glamorous sins .. yeah that's what we should call Dubai!

Don't get me wrong.. I love my country .. I love this city .. you have no idea :) .. but let's all sit back and watch how deep are we going !

anyways .. had a great week .. been recording few songs for one of our artists .. he's gonna release his album soon .. got a couple of interesting projects coming up ahead .. yea .. we try.. we try .. :) ..

The Rules of Environmental Photo Contest
Have you taken a beautiful environmental photo? Take a chance to participate in our 2006 Offshore Arabia photo contest for chance to win fabulous prizes!!

The photographers must be amateurs and representing themselves not any organizations. The categories are as follcms:

1. Best underwater photography award.

2. Best above water photography award.

3. Best coastal/arid landscape photography award.

4. Best aerial photography award.

5. Best urban photography award.

6. Best wildlife photography award.


Rules

1. Prizes are awarded to the first, sond and the third place winners for each category

2. Maximum size for photos isa full frame 8X12.

3. No frames allowed! This allows judging of photos, not the framing!

4. The RECSO judgesÂ’ decision is final

5. The images must be from the region.

6. Each photographer can enter up to three images for the conference but cannot participate in more than 3 categories.

7. The images can be used by the RECSO or the sponsor (for any reason) roya fty free e.g. to promote the competition, shot of the day (Offshore Arabia Magazine, or home page).

8. All images must be your copyright and has to be send to RECSO 2 weeks prior to the event.

9. The size of the picture send to RCSO must not exceed 1 MB.
