yay.. i have just been notified that I have recieved honorable mention in the Adobe Design Achievement Awards.... so that's cool... I'm still not satisfied until I win stuff like that... but at least I get to go to the Guggenheim.... :)   (the work i submitted has not been published online yet... perhaps soon...)

I'm also graduating from SCAD in 2 weeks, and theyre giving me the Outstanding Achievement in Photography Award... which I'm happy about as that was my humble goal when I started school here 3 years ago.

i've been working a lot in the studio and getting some good stuff, and my large format 4x5 landscapes make any digital image look like absolute shit... they are so clear its almost unreal...i can say, without being boastful, that they are some of the most beautiful images i have ever created...

i also have a 10 image series that i did with a holga camera. the negatives were shit, but the prints are heavily manipulated in the darkroom and they look beautiful...

so, anyway, just anticipate great things.. whenever i get the time... :|
