I draped the two body peices and the sleeves on me just to see what it would look like, and it's so pretty! And the shiny fabric doesn't look too bad, I've seen some uchikake with shiny material in a similar colour, and I saw pictures of a girl that went as a maiko to a convention as a maiko on immortalgeisha forums; she had a real parasol and kanzashi and looked really good ~yuna19 thinks it might be to shiny, but meh, it looks good

On another note, two days ago I got those teeth pulled, it actually wasn't too bad, my dentist rocks! I've had five dentists in my life, and finally we found a good one. He gave me stickers xD.

Chatalina: A rich suicidal person, in love with Scruffy

Jerica: Native Canadian, too ghetto for everything, also emo

Jackie: Reminded me sooo much of it was scary.

Although everyone was pretty in my cabin (well, except Shelley [sorry, thats mean, but she scared me :S] lol), I... well everyone was equal. My counsellors were Magoodle and Cheerio. Magoodle was so cool and was a really good singer. If I ever get the video of everyone dancing to "We're all in this together" from High school musical up, shes the one who dances for Ryan, and Cheerio danced for Sharpay. Cheerio was really nice and helped Chatalina cope with her life (Chatalina cut herself during camp, it was disgusting and swollen. She could've got flesh eater disease!!)

Ok, time for the beach story. I was on the beach (duh) with Jerica (J) and Chatalina (C) and another girl. J and C both liked Scruffy, so when he came driving by in the gator (atv thing), the other girl pointed at C and me (me by accident!!) and screamed "these 2 like you!!!" I was so embarassed because he ran my activity!!!! The next day he didn't say a word to me. Then that girl ran after the gator on the beach and yelled "IS YOUR NAME SCRUFFY???!!!!" It was so funny. The next night we had a luau, and me and C hung out at the karaoke the whole night because Scruffy was there. I have a video of him and another guy singing "I'm like a Bird". I'll post it later.

Description of Scruffy:

Light brown curly hair, not short not long, about 5'8" (I used my height to do a comparison)

He had a lisp kinda (xD it was weird, his brother didn't) and instead of saying he'd be mad he would say (example) "If you lose a wheel, I will be displeased." It was funny. He had these boots with duck tape on them. He climbs like a monkey.

Also, I have a name for my kid. If anyone doesn't know, I've already said I'm naming my kid Mannolin (don't ask...), but now it shall be "Wolfgang Mannolin Scruffles"

This kid will kill me xD. Anyway, that's all I have to say about camp. On Monday I'm getting two teeth pulled XS It won't be fun, but when I get back I'll be able to go on the computer!!

On an update to my dancing, I have learned some simple tosses I can do with my fans. I can spin one fan while tossing it in the air twice in my right hand, then toss to my left hand and bring past my face. It's something shown in the Memoirs of a Geisha special features, and in her dance from the teahouse.

On another note, I'm finally going shopping on Friday with my mom. We're gonna get material for the kimono and such, and shop for accessories. We're making the kimono and obi probably, but I REALLY want to buy the obi-age. They're usually made of soft silk, and is like a scarf. I don't want to make one of those because they're so beautiful, I just need to buy one. I'm also going to buy 2 fans and obi-jime. I want to have the kimono and such done before I go to camp, which is in about 2 weeks, me and my sister leave on next Sunday. It's so fun there. I have extreme boredness right now.

I can't beleive it, two weeks and already 19 people watching me, even more than I got with ~fruitsbasketRULES in 4 months! Hopefully I will get up to that many pageviews again!!!!!!

This idea was thought of TODAY, so we still need artists, animators, local talent, and other people to volunteer as guests and to help out with technical stuff. This is going to be a hard project, but hopefully everything will turn out good.

Things we need:

-Volunteers
-Special Guests
-3-pronged extension cords (enough to lead from my garage. Don't worry, it's not too far from the park)
-Lawn chairs
-Tables
-Some sort of music player, preferably a CD/cassete player that can play burned CDs
-PEOPLE!!!

Events

-Cosplay costume contest
-Fanart contest
-Presentation contest
-Dancing
-more to come!!

There will be a small price to get in, but not nearly as high as the prices of the real anime conventions!! It will be between $3 and $10, and you can access all events. There will be two entrances, one at each end of the park. You will get a stamp on your hand which must be shown to get into each event.

This sounds like something huge, but hopefully it will happen.

Okay, first it got worse, with my damn wrist thing (there are four plates in your hand, and the biggest one on my left hand gets stuck and i cant push it forward or else it hurts like hell, so i wear it in a tensor bandage so its hard to push forward). I've had it for about 2 days now, and tonight will be my third night, and my dad is taking me to my physiotherapist tommorow so he can show us how to cure it if it ever comes again. Last time I got it was 3-4 months ago! WOW a long cure. Anyway, hopefully it will be gone for tommorow!

Tommorow I have yuck chores to do, as like every Saturday, but tommorow is also the last day I need to do chores before I can bid. The kimono I want now is emerald green, and is in mint condition, from Japan. Here's the [link] for it. Lovely eh? Cheap too!

Anyway, I also have to do chores because my long lost best pals are coming for a sleepover woth their mom! My mom and her mom are close, they've been friends for, like, 12 years! Clinton (the oldest) is a couple months younger than me, and when we were young we used to love camping out in a little hideout in his basement. I think Kurtis, my sister's age, likes me! He's so cute, and he's always hurting himself when he tries to be a daredevil. Robbie is, like, 10 I think, and he loves to hurt me. A couple years ago he told me to touch a stick, which he had dipped in fire, and I did! I am so stupid sometimes. Once me and Clinton had a karate school at this cottage their dad's parents own, and Kurtis, Robbie, and my sister were so stupid and they beleived we had powers!

This was the chant to give them the "ability": KARATE MATE KARATE MATE OO-AAAH KARATE!

Wow we're stupid!

Another uppie, I got a pro haircut today. When my stock photos are up, you'll be able to see. I finally got my hair thinned (my mom has always said I haD enough hair for three people), and I got a few bangs (just a few, bangs look stupid on me because I have glasses) and a bunch of layer. It looks pretty good!

Tommorow I'll be swimming! It was so hard for me to take a shower today with only one hand, but I managed (yeah, like I'd stay dirty!) I love my pool, but it has salt water that tastes like snot (don't ask...)! And then my mom and dad had to put MORE salt in! Practically an ocean in our own backyard! Pretty cool though, for an above ground pool!

Anyway, I'll stop now, I doubt you want to hear more about my lovely life! Well, maybe, but that's just stalkerish!

It's not a pretty sight so far. Any ideas for the white makeup? Baby powder doesn't work, it just rubs off, and it becomes a solid/liquid when you mix with water O_o.
